Loved the paradise bowl! This is a rotating food truck open on certain days. You can try different flavors or like us take the bowl where you can customize the bowl, coconut, granola, drizzle etc. Quick service and I Highly recommend it!

This company started with a mission to teach everyone that plastic is a problem and wants to spread awareness to stop using single-use plastic like straws, shopping bags, etc. They serve their dole whip in a reusable, silver, pineapple cup or delicious pineapple shaped waffle cone. They typically have two flavors. One of them is the pineapple dole whip, and the other is a specialty flavor that they change out every week. We got to try the salted caramel variety. Both were absolutely delicious and I couldn't decide which one was better. Truly a gem on the island To find where they are at, you can go on their website or use the Yelp app to find their location and where they will be in the future We will continue to search this van out every time we go back to Kauai!
We saw a line for this food truck and decided to give it a try! I ordered the Ube ice cream in a cone and really enjoyed it!
Good but not great. Frankly overpriced for what it is (dole whip). Service was fine but despite no line they were out of pineapple cones so I had to wait 10 minutes or pay $2 extra for a pistachio cone. Felt like a petty upsell scheme, I waited the 10 minutes for a regular pineapple waffle. I got the li hing pineapple dole whip and I'm glad I got that over the normal dole whip. It was good, and the added pineapple wedge, plum sauce, cookie stick, and li hing powder were worth the slight upcharge if you like li hing flavor. Overall it was very good but dole whip is fairly standard everywhere, yeah it was refreshing and fairly creamy for soft serve pineapple sorbet, and the li hing topping was good but the price is very high for what you get, especially for a food truck parked on the side of the road.
We were driving back to our resort in Poipu when we stumbled upon this truck. Got the pip pop and the paradise cone with pineapple/kalo swirl. Was blown away by the taste. I upgraded to the Kalo mochi cone (which I recommend). It comes with a Kalo stuffing. Really enhanced the taste. My daughter loved the pip pop. Service was fast and super friendly. Highly recommend trying this if you are nearby.
We are and have always been big fans of the Dole whip. This took it to a new level. We happened upon them driving back to our hotel. The cake shaped cone blew my mind. It was like a nice fluffy cupcake and coupled with the dole whip I just can not explain it. Then the pineapple leaves on the treat gave it a sweet cookie finale. All I have to say is "YES PLEASE".

Everything about this was outstanding and I cannot recommend this spot enough. If you're in Kaua'i, you need to find this truck's location, and try it for yourself.
This was the most refreshing treat after a 6 mile hike. We were in Waimea canyon and Koke'e state park for the day and after driving down to the town of Waimea, we found Pineapple in Paradise and were literally in paradise. I tried the paradise cone which is a signature of theirs. I wanted to try the watermelon and pineapple swirl and I wasn't disappointed. I still preferred the pineapple but the watermelon was also so refreshing. The cone is a pineapple shaped cake cone - so unique and very tasty. My fiancé got the paradise float which is served in a takeaway cup and you also get a metal spoon. The float consists of the pineapple whip and pineapple juice. Loved both of the options and they were both perfect for the hot, humid day of hiking that we had. If you're looking for their schedule of where they will be, Instagram is the easiest place to look for the most up to date status.
Love this place! I recommend it to all who happen to catch the truck. I came across it in the parking lot of Kauai Coffee on Kauai Island. I've heard so much about Hawaiian pineapples so I figured I need to give this a try! The truck has a pineapple pattern and it's hard to miss. There are options for drinks and floats. I opted for the float that came in a Pineapple print container and spoon that you get to keep! It was about $21 which I found worth it because I really wanted the cute cup. The pineapple float was delicious with pineapple ice cream and pineapple juice. There are also other flavor options such as cranberry for those who are averse to pineapple.

Hands down best dessert we had on the island. We had one dole pineapple soft serve, one lilikoi soft serve and one swirl of both flavors. We had ice cream in cones at two other businesses on this trip but the cones from this ice cream truck were a million times better. Loved the crunch they had. The best soft serve that ever existed is on the island of Kauai. We tried the pineapple and limited pistachio flavor that sat on a baked cake textured cone. The tangy pineapple whip was out of this world! Still dreaming of it every day. read more

Check on their website to see their actual location as it can several times a day. We got to try them at the Lihue night market. They have a wonderful concept. Their ice cream cones were pineapple shaped. Only downside was it wasn't baked fresh and when we received it, it was room temp and soft. As you finish yr ice cream, the cone gets soft and mushy. Maybe they can coat the inside with chocolate to prevent that from happening. I ended up tossing my cone and just eating the ice cream itself. We had 2 flavors; pina colada and the li hing. They were beautifully presented. The coconut had some weird artificial taste to it, not sure if it was the flakes. The li hing was good. They ran out of the coconut bowls that I wanted so I resorted to the cone instead. Nonetheless, a tasty treat after a long hike. read more

We saw this little truck on the side of the road on our way to lunch and decided to give it a try. I can't recall the whole menu but I know they had the option between the traditional pineapple dole whip and ube. I chose the pineapple dole whip and it was delicious! My husband and I opted to share one because the serving size was very generous and I probably wouldn't have been able to finish it on my own. I also love that they serve it in a waffle cone in an effort to reduce waste. If you're lucky enough to catch them while you're on the island, give it a try! read more

This dessert truck was located somewhere in Kepaa instead of what this YELP indicates. Anyways, it was first Saturday and there was a street party similar to first Fridays on Oahu in Chinatown. There were lunch trucks everywhere and little stands along the sidewalks. Upon my arrival to the Pineapple in Paradise, I ordered the Strawberry and Dole Pineapple mix in a cone since they were sold out of the pineapple cone. The ice cream went very well together and I enjoyed every bit of it. The Dole pineapple NEVER fails me! The staff are friendly and super fast. I don't know where this truck normally goes as this is my first time in Kauai ever. read more

Stopped by the truck after driving through Waimea canyon and doing the usual tourist things, seeing rainbows and such. Had such a sweet tooth and when I saw this trucks name -- it was love at first sight!! Got the pineapple whip (which was green for the holiday season, haha) in the pineapple cake cone. I loved every bite!! So pineapple-y! Goodness. Then the cone!! I hate cake cones typically (they taste stale, dry and artificial to me)- I'm a waffle cone gal. But dang!! These adorable pineapple molded cones are actually cake-y. Fresh and so tasty- give me more cake cone!! Something I never say. I hope to come back to this little slice of paradise. Spotted the truck on our way down from The Waimea Canyon, located in the driveway of the police station. The truck has a handful of items to chose from. My husband and I shared the paradise file with whip in a souvenir cup and spoon. A little pricey at $21 but YOLO. Once upon a time I lived within walking distance of a spot that had dole whip on tap, and it makes me feel Dr Zeus describing the forbidden zone, because "it was once a paradise." That spot was located in international marketplace in all its sketchy glory. Alas, it was bulldozed to make way for for the sham that they replaced it with. But I digress. When I discovered pineapple in paradise, the paradise that the forbidden zone was had returned. Pineapple in paradise traverses the whole island to deliver flavor to a location near you. If you're looking to discover that magic that is dole whip you absolutely need to hit them up. Cancel excursions, rearrange your trip, be like Malcom and hit them up "by whatever means necessary." Also, if you're looking to flex some ice cream on ig or if you're a boomer post a poorly cropped photo on Facebook this is the spot. They have pineapple shaped cones, traditional waffle cones and even pineapple mugs. And with a constantly changing variety of flavors it never gets old. Stop what you're doing, check their schedule on ig and get in your car RIGHT NOW. 10/10 would return. read more
Today they had pineapple and pistachio. You can also swirl it if you prefer. Got the pineapple in a soft cone. The soft serve was DELICIOUS and so refreshing. My first time having a pineapple soft serve and it tasted exactly like pineapple. Well done!!! I don't recommend getting it in the soft cone as it becomes very soggy and doesn't taste as good. We didn't end up eating it because of this. The portion is MASSIVE. One cone was $8. Not possible for one person to finish. The two of us couldn't even finish the one cone. You also have to eat it FAST because it melts so quickly. Be ready to lick quick. Lol. This food truck moves around so check Facebook for location. We just saw it as we drove by and thought why not! Glad we tried it. They do accept contactless but they also accept cash! read more

If you follow her she let you know where she will be at and what's the special flavor. All here products or made straight from the island. Support local businesses. read more
