From the outside it looks pretty simple--just a white truck with a menu--but don't let that fool you. I ordered the mahi-mahi fish tacos, which came with red rice and beans, and I have to say they were some of the best fish tacos I've had in my life. My wife ordered the fish and chips (also mahi mahi), and it was delicious too. I've eaten at plenty of food trucks over the years, and this one takes the top spot. The Kekkahot chicken was just as impressive. If you've had Zippy's Korean Chicken, imagine that but better. The chicken was incredibly moist, the breading stayed crunchy, and the savory sauce coated everything without making it soggy. The only thing that kept this from being a 5 star visit was the mac salad. It was a little bland for my taste, not bad by any means, just average compared to how good everything else was.
