No hint of the wood grill flavor I'd been really looking forward to. It was a tough cut, and the flavor a bit off, perhaps they season with lemon? Or maybe the cut was a bit past its prime? Anyway, the steak fries it came with were a real highlight of the meal. Wife, wanting a lighter meal, ordered the lobster tail. Her side, badly overcooked and burnt brussel sprouts, was bad. Replaced with steamed mixed vegetables which she liked a lot more. It's a pleasant place in an unexpected location, and service was very friendly and helpful. I want to send love to a locally owned spot like George's, but it's not a place we'd return to. When we want a great steak in a wonderful atmosphere, at about the same price, in the area, sorry guys, but we'll be at the 360 grille.

Also when we did get it to go order after waiting about 30 minutes to get it, I believe it was forgot in the kitchen, and rather than remaking it they just sent it out to us. I did complain about it however we got no reply for management or from swamp johns about our complaint. I noticed there are some responses for management when you get a good report, which there are many good things to say about Swamp John's, but when there is a problem it's good to know that is also addressed and responded to and that you're not forgotten. On this occasion the dinner was a waste and yet the complaint went unanswered. I would definitely go back because I know the one time we did get cold food it was not typical but there are some things that could be improved such as the parking lot and responding to customer complaints when there is a problem.
