Rare gem. Worth the walk. Extremely particular with food preparation and quality. For example their signature dish, sucking pig, is raised on their own farm. Fried rabbit stuffed with eggplant, eggplant layered parmesan. Tortiline eggplant.

Amazing service, food and atmosphere. The eggplant Parmesan is a must. End the meal with the almond cake soufflé.

Creatively and eclectically decorated within an old house, we were seated next to a bed and my seat was actually the bed. With only 10-15 tables throughout, I would recommend if an intimate dinner is what you're going for. Now, the Genovese pasta was divine, not the typical Neapolitan style as it contained no tomatoes in the sauce. Simply made of the most tender roasted pot roast meat and onions cooked over 9 hours that day and then tossed with penne pasta. We also tried the eggplant meatballs for antipasti, and it was not as memorable as the pasta. We will definitely be back before our trip is over. I would have given 5 stars but our waitress got very busy and didn't come back to ask us if we wanted after dinner drinks. Unfortunately, our lovely experience ended sooner.

Like stepping into a chic home, E'Divino is adorned with modern art, trendy music and shockingly low lighting which proved almost impossible to find in Italy. Nooks and crannies filled with tiny tables and chairs are sprinkled throughout the space which boasts an outdoor garden with bistro lights and model-esq locals laughing over half full glasses of wine and empty plates once containing fresh pappardelle and local seafood specials. Our server led us to a table pushed against a bed centered in the largest section of the room where we promptly sat, giddily excited by the unusual sitting arrangement. Let me clarify that although the ambiance was stylish, the music hip and the lighting low, E'Divino does not have the makings of a "trendy" restaurant - those that often evoke the sense that all creativity was put into the interior design and reputation of a place with little thought left to the ingredients or quality of food. The food was in fact excellent overall. My boyfriend has the salmon crusted with fresh herbs and spices, flavorful but not overpowering and the fish itself was well cooked. I had a shrimp pasta well coated in a light olive oil sauce with subtle flavors of garlic and parsley that tasted of the sea and a sun soaked day on the Tyrrhenian Sea.

I was so looking forward to a leisurely afternoon at this Capri Beach Club after my good friend…read morecame for several days and told me all about it. It was one of the highlights of our 2-week trip to Europe. It is definitely a splurge, but knowing that going in, we thoroughly enjoyed it. We took the little boat on a scenic ride over from Marina Piccolo, picked out a great location for our beach chairs and umbrella, then had a lovely lunch at the restaurant at the top, overlooking the ocean. Service was quick and attentive. We had the fried zucchini flowers stuffed w/ goat cheese - pretty good, but honestly, pricey ($25) and not as good as the ones we get back in San Diego at Cucina Urbana. We then shared a fried assortment of shrimp and calamari, which was tasty (although not quite as good as the ones we had at Da Fernando beach club in Positano). My daughter enjoyed her fresh catch of the day - sea bream (sold by weight, $45). And we had a bottle of white local Amalfi wine that we really enjoy and is only $32/bottle, Falaghina. All in all, it was about $450 for the 3 of us for lunch, drinks, beach chairs, umbrella and boat transport ($10/person each way). But best of all was lounging on the rocks in the little cove, overlooking the beautiful towering Faraglioni rock formations, and swimming in the crystal blue waters. It's super salty, so it was effortless to just float and relax. There were about a dozen well-dressed Italian guys celebrating a bachelor party, singing and dancing, and doing shots, which added to the fun, Italian ambiance. A really memorable, beautiful, relaxing day.

The Caprese salad was rubbery with awful tomatoes on a bed of wilted, lettuce, and dried oregano. Nothing fresh about it. Our linguine with tomato olives and capers had zero flavor. The bread basket left a lot to be desired, I'm not even sure the seagulls would've eaten it. Word to the wise, when you come for the beach club use your €60 credit per person on booze! The service was not attentive. Just an overall bad experience. Do not come for the food!
