This place is HORRIBLE!! I came for a bridal party & my guy was horrible. He was not friendly at all, cut the side of my toes really short (where hang nails are) literally hurt for over a week. Horrible paint job for both nails & toes. Then for a "massage" he slapped the back of my neck with NO lotion. My toes or nails haven't ever looked so horrible. From hearing issues from many of my friends I always believed that da Vinci nails was the best but after what I recently witnessed I will not be coming back!! This place was very nice. Love the decor and very clean. The staff was great and they did a great job on my gel main and pedi. This place would have gotten 4-5 stars but the massage was not good. My old place would massage my legs for 5-10 mins. This place only did for about a min. My main reason for a pedis in the winter is for the massage. This place is really nice and clean. Unfortunately, the staff just sucks. Don't go to Ken, he cannot polish for nothing and then will blame you and accuse you for moving too much, so that's why he had to put FOUR LAYERS of gel polish on you, ONLY for it to look like crap. And Henry, better attitude and friendly, he just rushes too much and needs to slow down in order to do your nails correctly. read more

They were extremely professional. My gel mani came out looking great however I was a little disappointed with the pedicure there was a lady who came in front of me who got the same thing and I was completed way before her, however my callus were gone so I couldn't complain too much. Also the reason they didn't get 5 stars is you have to tip in cash which I wasn't aware of until I sat in the pedicure seat. Otherwise very elegant and professional atmosphere. read more

Worst nail salon I have been to for the money . Nails were way to thick and uneven. They were at a slant and I had to file them myself once home ! My toes 6 hours later are still peeling ? I called ahead to make an appointment and said exactly what I wanted done. They made the appointment so I just assumed that they had the product available and skills needed. When I checked in I said I had acrylic and wanted an ombré fill in (my normal salon was closed and I needed a fill) Again they said ok and sat me with a tech. She said after looking at my nail " I won't fill in the white I'll just use pink" I thought that was weird but she must know what she is doing. My ombré I had used a nude color so after she filled it in it's pink at the bottom nude middle and pale white tip so it looks like an Easter inspired candy corn. I also had a broken nail- she attempted to lay acrylic and shape it but failed miserably. She did ask if the length was ok and I wanted them made a little shorter her reply "all of them?" I was so appalled at that reply I said forget it and leave them long-the one nail she had to do from scratch was made shorter and much thicker than the other nails. Not going back. Don't take business if you don't have the product. I would have been happy if they would have just told me they couldn't do what I wanted and I would have went elsewhere. read more

This place used to be consistently awesome but the last few visits have been dissapointing. When I get a pedicure I want pretty toes and soft feet. I get the $35 pedi which is a step up from the basic, but sometimes you get a good callus remover sometimes they do not do it. It us supposed to be included. Last visit it wasn't done and I left dissapointed, ended up going for another pedicure elsewhere shortly after. Then today I asked because she didn't do it and she suggested I upgrade to paraffin wax instead of doing what's supposed to be included, then did a crappy quick once over with the pumice. So out of my last 4 visits one was awesome 2 were just ok, today was not good. Try the place across the street in the Publix lot, less expensive and much better result. read more

When I first went there I really liked it I got SNS nails I paid $38 & I left her a $5 tip. Literally a week later my corner thumb nail broke I called to see how much they charge for me to fix it and she told me it was free. I wasn't rude or anything I didn't mind paying so when I got there the girl who didn't nails last week she had an attitude because she has to redo my thumb nail I was annoyed and didn't say anything any who she left it crocked and really thick and she didn't take her time. My daughter and I went to Da Vinci for the first time last week. The facility is nice and clean. Lee is amazing. She is kind and funny and did a great job w/ my daughter's pedi. My girl, who didn't have a name tag and hate to only i.d. her as the woman w/ port wine birth marks on her arms, was not as pleasant as Lee. I wasn't going to write a review and the more I thought about it the more I was disappointed in how my service was handled. I had a pedi as well. My girl was quick and rough. Not soothing at all. She then pulled out a microplane/pedicure rasp and started on my right foot. She was using a lot of pressure and going very quickly. With one quick turn she shaved off a 1/2" x 1/2" chuck of my back heel bone an inch above where she should have been shaving my heel. There is virtually no tissue at this spot and the pain was excruciating. Lee quickly came to my aid, but applied straight alcohol which burned in a way that I've never experienced before! The wound is where the achilles attaches so everytime I step the pain really stinks and it's been a week later and the wound has barely healed and I will be going to the doctor b/c after bandaging and applying antibacterial, the wound is becoming quite red and I'm fearful that an infection is setting in. I can't wear anything besides flip flops b/c of where the wound is. They still charged me for my pedicure! That is unacceptable. Your employee really wounded me and you still charge me? Not okay! The only reason that I am giving it a 3 instead of a lower score is b/c Lee was fantastic! read more

I went in over the weekend for a pedicure but wish I didn't. I was vocal about it being painful when the woman was digging on the side of my big toenails. I'm surprised I wasn't bleeding. The next day one of my toes was completely swollen, red and very painful. I was hoping it would have been better the next day but it hurts more than ever. It definitely seems infected and now I will most likely have to go to the doctor. read more

Do not go here it is just a waste of time and money. The manager was extremely rude and kept screaming at us in her native language. Then she got mad when i showed her a picture of how i wanted my nails done she payed no attention to it and that was irritating. She got frustrated because my grandmother and I were taking a long time obviously I'll be picky when it comes to my nails I want them to look great not shitty. I specifically asked for coffin shaped matte nails. The nails didn't look one bit like coffin they were way to square on the edges and long on top the looked like square shaped nails. The matte top coat didn't last at all and gave away shine. Also the lady that was doing my pedicure was rude to my mom when she pointed out polish on my skin. She didn't know what she was doing obviously otherwise she would have noticed. I spent at least $110 for my grandma and I they didn't even give her a senior citizens discount but whatever I'll NEVER come back here to get my nails done read more

The salon is beautiful, but...While the services were decent at best (both my husband and I got manicures and a pedicure), the "no tips on a credit or debit card" and "tips accepted in cash only" policy is very inconvenient and a definite deterrent. We will go somewhere that lets us tip on our $120 in services however we choose. read more

Wow. This just keeps getting worse. If I could give Da Vinci's 0 stars, I would. One star is being generous. Yesterday I talked to the owner Nick, regarding the situation. He offered to give me a measly $13.00 back (for my manicure only) out of the $84.00 my Mother spent on our manicures and pedicures. I found this insulting! However today, Nick called back and left a nasty message on my cell phone & said he saw my review on Yelp. He was very irritated and said (3 times) he saw no reason to give any money back, and he was not going to give me any money back. He also said I better never come in his salon again & that I am not welcome. I wonder what makes him think I would ever step foot in his salon anyway. They used unclean nail tools, were unprofessional, and caused a blister on my finger! I am beyond irritated at the unethical practices at this salon and the rude, uncaring, and dismissive behavior of the owner, Nick. I have been to this salon about 3 times and have always come in for acrylics. When I came in for the first time my nails were done ok by a woman named Bang. I was very happy with them and knew I would come back to the salon. That was May 2017. I went back in October of 2017 and was very disappointed a man there did my nails and they were very bumpy, thick and the matte top coat he put on was very splotchy! That was the worst my nails have EVER been done. I went back again less than 2 weeks later remembering the great experience I had earlier in the year. This time my nails were done by Sophie and they were gorgeous. I told her about my bad previous experience and I could tell she wanted to fix it. My nails this time were filled perfectly and looked SO natural. I decided to also let her do my eyebrows and she did a great job. That day was the best my nails and eyebrows had ever been done! I've had very different experiences here but overall I like it because of Sophia and Bang. Also I think two men work there and don't let my review turn you away from letting me do your nails.
