The salon is very pretty and kept clean. They have lots of colors and designs to choose from. Here's my problem...the lady started to pick the old gel polish off my nails instead of soaking them. I told her I wanted my nails to soak to which then she replies "that will take longer." I told her I didn't care bc I wasn't going to let her ruin my nails. My other issue was she only let my feet soak for about 2 minutes before she started buffing them. Then when she was using the stone she put no effort into removing the calluses. Horrible! Made an appt for my granddaughter for her 16th birthday. Making appt was fruitless as we waited with everyone else and were not put before others that had no appt. Overall attitude of staff was terrible. Staff were on cell phones throughout service. The woman providing my pedicure was rude, rough, and never spoke a word to me. She gestured with her hands pointing up or down for me to put my feet in or take them out of the water, She used the pumice stone on the top of my feet, which really hurt, and then just smiled at me like she dared me to complain. . My granddaughter finished first and was on to get her nails done. The girl doing her nails refused to do a simple nail design on one finger ( a flower that resembled a daisy), The woman doing my pedicure placed hot towels on my legs and left and started doing another pedicure. She never came back. I sat there until the towels were ice cold. I started to take towels off to get up when owner came over and finished my pedicure. I told her about the experience i had encountered and asked if someone could please paint a design for her. She told the nail tech and she completed it but made my granddaughter feel very uncomfortable. I would never recommend this place to anyone. PITIFUL read more

Wouldn't even give them 1 star if possible. Was told it was a 30 minute wait, but then got seated a few seconds later. Came in for ONE broken nail and am still sitting with my finger soaking while the lady who started is sitting behind me doing someone's manicure. This salon does not respect your time. I stopped in and was told there would be a 10 minute wait. After 10 minuets they asked if I could come back in an hour. I called and made an appointment for a pedicure, I was called back 15 minutes after my appointment time and my pedicure didn't begin for another 20 minutes. I made a specific appointment with a specific manicurist and I was called back 20 minutes after my appointment was to begin. Very disappointing. read more

This is a wonderful nail salon! It reminds me of previous nail salons in other states I've lived. Living on the West and East coast spoiled me and coming back to my childhood hometown could be challenging sometimes while visiting. I would recommend this nail salon since they have up to date nail technician and technology. read more

Stopped in to get dipped nails as my regular salon was booked. The young girl who did my nails spent more time on her cell phone than she did on my nails. When she finally got done, there were bumps in the powder. I didn't have more time to spend so I just paid and left. Probably won't go back and if I do, I sure won't get her again. read more

Had been looking for a nice place to get my pedicure and thought I would try them! Only open about a month, nice clean with new fixtures and very friendly! Had a great pedicure and sugar scrub plus massage and got towel treatment for$26! Definitely coming back! Right next to Kroger's and UPS store in the Village of Coventry. I stopped by because I figured since it was new they would be good. I got a gel manicure and a deluxe pedicure. The pedicure was not as deluxe as I expected, I have paid way less for a better pedicure along with better treatment. When it came time to polish everything looked good until I went home and in the sun. The polish was half complete on one toe and you can see the lines from where they didn't cover it all on the second coat. I was very upset I spent over 60$ and I could of done everything myself. This is my new go-to! I had a deluxe pedicure with gel and powder dip nails. This place is extremely clean and all the employees are friendly. There is a shared sink at every station, brand new massage chairs, and the entire place is spacious. My pedicure massage was awesome! It was a true massage. I had gel done on my toes and there was no need for any plug ins for the lamp and no worries that it would ruin your wet nails as their lamps are cordless and go over your feet. The man who did my powder was also meticulous and perfected my nails. He was careful and ensured they were to my liking. I love this place and will be back! read more
