The products are AMAZING and the owner was a joy to work with when I had to choose the right gifts to send to my family.

If you want to feel like you're still in the islands after you've left, just order this Lilikoi puree and float it in your smoothies and margaritas.

OMG these are the BEST ube pancakes!!!! We got the chantilly with it and they were heaven. It was…read moreactually our first real taste of Hawaiian food on our trip and my husband child and I were all taking turns at the pancakes because they were perfect. Super fluffy and delicious and rich with the chantilly. We got so much food (spam loco moco and I forget what my husband got but it had lots of types of meat) that we were unable to finish the pancakes, and my husband refused to throw them away and we took them back to the hotel. The spam loco moco had very generous helpings of spam (I wish it had been more crisped up but that's my only complaint), gravy, and everything. I kept thinking I wasn't going to eat even half of it, but I chipped away and kept going back for more and ate more than 2/3 of it! My only complaint is that it took a long time to get the food. My kid is super picky/sensitive about smells and didn't like the smoky meaty smell inside and insisted we go stand outside without sunscreen so I was stressing. Also, they are closed several days and we weren't able to hit them up a second time before we had to leave. I was dying for more of those pancakes. Definitely give them a try!!!

Everything is prepared with so much care and love, and the quality truly can't be beat. A must-visit for anyone wanting a real taste of the area. And don't skip dessert you have to try them! The poi balls with ube sauce are a standout, and the banana cream pie is one of my absolute favorites.

Arrived here around noon, but noticed a handwritten sign on their door stating they were running…read morelate. The boat arrived a bit later than anticipated. They have 2 long picnic tables right outside to sit, but other than that it'll likely be takeout. The parking lot is very compact with a 15min time limit. Not sure how strict they are about the 15min limit, but just be courteous so others can also park and enjoy the food! There was already a line when we arrived, so I recommend getting there early. Their poké also tasted so fresh! Their portions are smaller and prices are higher for the amount you get compared to other poké places... but for sure it is quality over quantity here. I'm OK with that. I'm not a huge ahi poké gal, but they didn't have salmon so I just got it with the garlic shrimp. But everything was so delicious! The seaweed salad, imitation crab salad, kimchi, and kimchi mussels were all good. Fairly simple to order: bowl vs plate (1 side for bowl and 2 sides for plate, 2 servings of poké). Brown vs white rice. Top shelf: sides. Bottom shelf: poké. They also offer a variety of sauces for your poké. They are all pretty good, but my favorite was the avocado aioli. The wet Hawaiian and Pele's kiss were also good per family. Definitely worth trying and repeating. Personally, I prefer this poké place over Pau Hana Poké. Service was nothing spectacular, just efficient and busy. No small talks here.

Da Poke Shop has been on my YELP Bucket List for a while now. I was Finally able to cross it off…read morethe list. We're from Oregon and when the Da Poke Shop opened, it was our regular lunch time and we were ready for some "broke da mouth" eats. We're obviously from out of town and the YELP App. was our foodie guide. Da Poke Shop looked unassuming and a little confusing as to it's location. MAPS was helpful. After drooling over internet pictures, we headed out. Da Poke Shop was easy to find and the pictures didn't do it justice. (A little tip. They get busy fast. We showed up a little after opening and about 15 people showed up after us. The specials sell out before noon.) My Wife got a Poke Bowl (1 rice. 1 side. 2 fish.) I had the Plate (2 rice. 2 sides. 4 fish.) We had Kim chi mussels. Garlic prawns. Hawaiian Poke. Sweet Poke. Shoyu Poke. Lomi salmon and a couple others I can't remember now because we devoured our food. My Wife managed her bowl. My plate was ambitious. I almost ate everything but fell short a few bites. Not to worry, I saved the rest for later. It was everything I hoped for. All the fish is Hawaiian caught and sold. Even the fish is local. The staff was friendly. It was a great experience. There is a picnic bench out front. We ate at home.... just .08 miles away. My Wife already mentioned she knows we're coming back for mor. Not today but foe sho.
