Great food, great prices, working out the kinks all new businesses deal with but they are worth the wait!

The owners are from PA so their cheesesteaks is way more authentic than the local crap I mean the local Philly steak places here. I live 40 minutes away in Belle Chasse so anytime I'm in the city I try to make it over here. They have a nice pretzel too I get that sometimes.

We purchased the bathroom pass which was maybe $20 for 10 bathroom passes. Something like that. And since there were multiple parades, we ordered food multiple times. The first time we ordered the philly cheesesteak, I mean, I had to! I hear the owners are from PA and had to try some authentic philly cheesesteaks. And fun fact! A yinz is a PA dialect that is basically 'yall' to us, so yinzer means someone who speaks the PA dialect! Back to the food. I selected provolone as my cheese and it was great! What a cheese pull! And they are NOT stingy on that meat; the sandwich was STUFFED! And working a full day of day drinking, this sandwich hit the spot. So later, after a couple of parades, we ordered the chicken this time. Again, STUFFED, and again, I got the cheese pull provolone. Everything was decently priced, especially for the overloaded sandwiches. The bread was pretty good as well. Soft, not hateful hard like some french breads can be. This may be dong phong or something close to it. And I like that they use poboy bread and not a traditional philly cheesestak hoagie - it makes it more personal adding that butterfly touch. The place itself is very tiny. Maybe 3 tables inside, and 2 or 3 picnic tables outside. The guy inside is quirky, goes with New Orleans. I had a great time here, it is great location, smack next to a bar and a coffee shop to boot.
