Daddy Ninja is located in Kissimmee on Osceola Pkwy, all the way at the end of the shopping center between Johnson St and Old Dixie Hwy. This place is popular so parking can be challenging. The hostess was friendly and found us a high top quickly inside. They also have regular table/booths, bar and outdoor seating. As soon as you walk in you can feel the energy, the Latin music playing, the voices carrying through the restaurant while the servers and support staff are actively moving about attending to their guests. While the space is intimate, the atmosphere is very inviting and has a nice layout. The food is an infusion of Dominican and Japanese cuisine, with an emphasis on flavor. They have plenty of options: Appetizers, Sushi (traditional), Sushi Aplatanao (fusion), Main Courses and dessert. Their cocktails are also fun and pretty tasty. Warning the sushi bar gets pretty busy, patience's is key and worthwhile :) Overall I really enjoyed my visit and will definitely try it again.

If I don't love anything else, I absolutely love a great fusion restaurant. This place has been on my list for six months to try and boy am I glad I finally did and I can't wait to go back and try more items. The sushi was delicious. The pork chunks were amazing and I love how they have both Cuban options and your traditional sushi. They also do specials on certain days I went on a Wednesday so all rolls were $10 apiece. Wonderful restaurant excellent service, beautiful inside and out I cannot wait to go again.

    Restaurant!!! Daddy Ninja!

I got to meet the owners!!! Super sweet. The food was amazing, the vibe was everything, felt like I was back home(Ny) The bronx to be exact. Drink was on point! I came all the from Palm Beach... so worth it!

Met here with some out of town friends for dinner. It's nestled on the end of a strip-mall that you've probably driven past 100 times. The inside is spacious enough. Plenty of seating inside and out, not too dark or too bright. The host was friendly and seated us quickly. We ordered the Ninja Platter which included 3 Sushi rolls, and 4 appetizers of the chefs choosing. We ended up receiving Yola (spicy shrimp served in a plantain), Gyoza, Chicharron, El Final with chicken, and 2 spring rolls. For the Sushi, we received Real Hasta La Muerte Roll (Salami, Queso Frito, Sweet Plantains, Guacamole & Steak), Kissimmee Roll (Shrimp Tempura, Cream Cheese, Sweet Plantains, Guacamole & Fresh Crab Salad), and the La Pela Roll (Shrimp Tempura, Cream Cheese, Sweet Plantains, Guacamole, Mixed Seafood). We also ordered a Daddy Ninja Roll on the side. My favorite part of the entire meal was the marinated beef on top of the Daddy Ninja Roll. It was tender and sweet, and I would eat an entire entree of just that. The highlights from the platter were Yola and Real Hasta La Muerte Roll. The shrimp were tender, a bit spicy, and paired with a small bite of plantain for some sweetness was perfect. The salami in the La Muerte roll added a perfect saltiness and was my 2nd favorite bite of the night. I will absolutely return for both dinner and for their fantastic Wednesday deals.

The food at Daddy Ninja is creative and fun as a Dominican and Asian fusion restaurant. Can you imagine sushi rolls with maduros - or sweet plantains - and ropa vieja?! This is where you'll find it. The sushi area is open and you can even see the sushi chefs preparing the rolls! I started with the Croquetas de Maduro which are sweet plantains and mozzarella cheese croquettes topped with fresh guacamole, with your choice of kani or ropa vieja. So good! I then, had the Kissimmee Roll from the sushi aplatanao menu and it caught me off guard in a delightful way. The roll includes: Shrimp Tempura, Cream Cheese, Sweet Plantains, Guacamole & Fresh Crab Salad. I also had a spicy tamarind Margarita and that was amazing. Be prepared to receive a beverage with a thicker consistency and a kick. The restaurant itself is decent in size. It's pretty without being pretentious or uninviting, and outdoor seating is available. Service, was good for me. While our server could've been more attentive, she wasn't terrible. I would dine here again when I'm in the Kissimmee area.

Let's get this straight. Yes. Celebrities do run this place. Chinito and he's dad Chef Mitsuhisa Nishio are behind the success of Daddy ninja. A mix of perfectly blend Japanese sushi and techniques with Dominican background cuisine. The explosion of flavors dominate a busy and overwhelming industry where restaurants open and close by the dozen. Not enough words to explain the amount of uniqueness to all the dishes including the sweet plantain attached to various rolls to a child style like drink called morir soñando with boba. Just a few examples of the variety that daddy ninja offers. The most recent expansion allow them to occupy two of the location on site and expand capacity. The decor and interior design is magnificent. Outside there's a patio that is perfect for large groups. We did try the mar y tierra roll that includes lobster as well as the churrasco with shrimp. The dumpling soup was a packed meal on its own and the wine selection was exquisite. Com check them out and you will have a memorable visit.

Wow!! This was a gastronomical delight. The perfect blend of cultures and seasonings. I LOVE maduro and my taste buds loved every bite. The sizes are shareable and we ordered all their especiales and several appetizers. Our attentive and never forgot to check on us and anticipated our refill needs. Really inviting interior with a cozy outside patio. The drinks were well crafted: we had frozen virgin pina colada and the happy hour sangria. pricey but worth it We will definitely return!

I've tried this place several times, and while the food is really good, the wait time for both seating and food is just too long. The staff are very friendly and do their best to stay attentive, but the service can be slow. The space itself is small and tends to feel a bit crowded, and parking can be tricky since the lot fills up quickly. The decor is nice, and I like how their logo is featured throughout the restaurant. It seems like they're still working on improving the space; each time I've visited, the entire left side was blocked off with black tarp. Honestly, the long waits are the main reason I haven't been back. Ordering to-go or online might be the best option, especially during their happy hour.

The food was Okay and the service was poor. The noise was outrageous, the people right next to us play the iPhone so loud and the so called parents ignoring them. Then the mouse over the restaurant is blasting. I was never so glad to throw away what food I had to get out and more than may not come back. Not impressed at all

Had a early supper on Valentine's Day hoping to beat the crowds. Got there around 4pm and waited 10 minutes for a table. After being seated we were greeted by what would turn out to be a great server. Since it was Feb 14 the restaurant was giving a free sushi roll to every couple in the restaurant. I ordered a additional rolls. The Marimor was our favorite. Service, food and prices all excellent. Looking forward to returning and enjoying other rolls and entrees.

Menu was digital, no paper. Drinks were delicious. We had margaritas and they tasted handmade, no mixes here! We dined on a Wednesday so we could have sushi specials. We ordered 8 different rolls and dined like kings. Staff were friendly and helpful when ordering! We sat outside and the weather and ambience were perfect! We will return (probably on a Wednesday)!

I've been here twice and I love it so much. The No Bulto Roll for $8 on Thursday is where it's at especially the $6 sangria's which are my favorite. This restaurant is a great place to meet new people especially if you sit at the bar. 2nd time here and I met a wonderful couple Jennifer and Maria. They're both amazing. I'm so glad to have met them both at this wonderful establishment. Back to the food, when I think of Dominican food I think of Daddy Ninja. A great place for sushi with meat or raw fish. A place to be with your friends and meet new people. A place where you can joke with the bartenders Cesar and Freddy. A place where you can escape reality for just a brief moment in time. Thank you so much for that. I will continue to come back on Thursday which is $8 sushi rolls. Thank you again!

We actually didn't sit down inside Chef Ha's. Instead, we were at a table just inside 3 Sisters Speakeasy. However, given the layout, we really felt like we were guests of both establishments. We ordered the 3 Sisters roll (crispy tempura battered shrimp accompanied by a refreshing cucumber topped with slices of steamed shrimp), and we really loved it. All in all, I would definitely recommend this sushi bar. I'm excited to return and try some of their other offerings (here's their menu http://3sistersspeakeasy.com/sushi-bar.html). And when we are ready to sample other fare, we have a sports bar to one side and a wine bar to the other!

The shrimp was crisp and flaky, cucumber fresh, spicy tuna mild and gentle, eel sauce sweet. Sounds muted? It was. I must commend the restauranteur for taking his clientele into consideration. This is a sushi bar attached to a pub type restaurant. While I hesitate to say that no sushi connoisseur is going to pull up a chair at the bar, the flavors have a wide appeal. Even going through the entire sushi menu, it shows simplicity and less complication. A perfect place for that one person in the group who wants sushi, or to try sushi for the first time, with the option of getting familiar food just in case the experience does not work out. Great idea.

The ambience is nice and relaxed, and the service was friendly and attentive throughout the meal. One thing that really stands out is the pricing. For an adult chicken hibachi with a sake and a child's chicken hibachi with a Ramune drink, the total came to about $60 before tip, which is very affordable for a hibachi dinner and show. Everything about this place was great. In my opinion it's even better than Kobe's, which used to be my go-to spot before I found this place. I'll definitely be coming back.

They hadn't been open too long and we were sat at a table that had no one else there yet. There was a table with just 3 people, so I assumed it was too late, but I think we would have been fine since their chef didn't come for a while and we ended up sitting probably 30 minutes before our chef came. We were told the tables need time to heat at their opening, but I've never experienced this anywhere else. Plus a whole family was sat with us after we finished our soups and salads, so we had to wait longer. I understand the diverse population of the area, but we definitely felt a bit ignored by our chef as he was speaking Spanish the whole time with the other family, it just felt awkward. The food was OK, but not great. I didn't realize they put teriyaki sauce on everything, including the veggies, steak, and shrimp, which I don't enjoy. Would I return? No, this just wasn't it for me. I think the flavors, and quality of all the food is much better at Kobé. Plus even when Kobe is packed, we are greeted and served faster than here.
