Fantastic all around. The Temaki was HUGE and filling on its own. I am a purist and salmon lover, so I wanted to keep it simple. I ordered the chili temaki, which was cubed salmon & tuna tossed in an extremely light mayo (can't taste it) and togarashi. It had a slight zing, perfect for spice lovers like myself & those who'd like to try spice but know they can't handle too much. The salmon special roll was classically delicious and refreshing topped with a dollop of kewpie mayo and scallion. I also tried the philly temaki to-go, which used raw salmon instead of the usual smoked and it was appreciated. You truly can't go wrong with their Temakis. I would definitely try a different roll next time or one of the combo sets because they have so many cool options. Besides the food being top notch (obrigado Chef Lucas), the service was also noteworthy. Ana and Gabriel were great. I learned that Gabriel was finishing his last week at Touken when I visited--I came to Touken originally because of all the great service reviews about Gabe, so Touken is definitely losing a valuable asset with Gabe's departure. However, the rest of the team is fantastic and offer a pleasant dining atmosphere. Next time I'm in Orlando, Touken will definitely have to be a pit stop.

The sushi here was really good. I got the salmon truffle and the Miami. Both were very unique, very tasty and had a unique presentation. The Miami was crunchy, and the salmon truffle was lemony and had lemon zest on top, which gave it a unique great taste. The server offered us this nice cucumber salad as a complementary appetizer, which was really nice, we had iced tea, but it came in a Lipton bottle. It was ice peach tea, which was really good. This place is Brazilian owned so they also have a specialty cocktail from Brazilian fruits, which we will try next time this place is very clean and elegant and we will be back again to try more food.

Had a amazing experience when I stop by this sushi spot I've been wanting to try. I always pass by when I'm going on. John young and decided to go with a couple friends to check it out. We went around 5pm when they opened for dinner and the server was so friendly helping us with the menu and popular dishes they recommended. Loved the selection they had and the amount of truffle on some of their dishes. We had the truffle combo and the unagi (eel) roll. Finished with some chocolate/ sweetened condensed milk, dessert, fried bananas with Nutella and a Delicious lime juice with strawberry drink. The restaurant shares a plaza parking lot and loved that they had late hours during the week and weekend. Definitely will be back, glad I visited.

Came after work with my bestie bc we love sushi and wanted wine. We checked out this spot new to us and omg we are obsessed. First of all the service was giving us "high end" vibes even if the restaurant was more casual. She was on top of everything and described the menu in detail for us. We had some wine and a platter of sushi for $45 that we shared between two that came with appetizers, sushi rolls, and dessert as well. The price and quality of fish was AMAZING. We love sushi so when its a good spot we rave about it. Such a cute restaurant as well. Maybe only recommendation for owners would be louder music to enjoy with the atmosphere & food.

The food was phenomenal, not a bad price. I got the "Hayabusa" sushi tray combo for me my brother and the old lady and it filled us all up. It was reasonably priced at $65 bucks. A great amount of sushi that we were surprisingly able to finish. The service was very friendly and prompt. The music was great and the atmosphere was very laid back and open. Great touch.

Cannot comprehend why we have waited so long to visit Touken Sushi The service, ambiance and menu are simply spectacular and sure to please guests in all of these areas. From sushi to yakisoba to teppan to even brigadeiro (gotta come back for this one‍) this establishment truly has an amazingly varied menu we definitely can't wait to come back and explore. * We ordered: Fried beef rice Yakisoba beef Philadelphia roll Salmon fritters Fried gyoza * They are located at: 12200 Menta St #106, Orlando, FL 32837 2910 Maguire Rd suite 1006, Ocoee, FL 34761

Touken Sushi had a ton of good reviews so we went to check it out. We are from out town coming to Orlando for an event. This place is small cute and intimate with only 9 tables. However, they should really invest in blinds because the outside lights are just shining right through the restaurant's clear windows. Once we sat down it took a few minutes for our waitress to popup. She got our miso soups out quickly and one dish, my son's salmon fried rice. For 30 minutes after, we did not receive our waters. Then my husband flagged someone down and asked for our drinks, she just said "oh yea sorry". They did not seem short staff and seem to have plenty of waitresses taking orders on electronic handheld devices. There were also many staff members behind the counter. We like to eat sushi a lot! We ordered all sushi besides my son's fried rice. None of it tasted delicious. The fried rice was too bland. I ordered spicy salmon hand roll. The roll fell apart as I was eating it. It also wasn't spicy or tasty. My husband ordered sashimi but was disappointed in the cuts. There was one appetizer we absolutely did not like, thankfully they did kindly remove that one item. The staff members were nice and the place is cute but I don't think I'll be returning. It was interesting to learn the restaurant is owned and operated by Brazilians. I don't think I can look past our experience with the food. We are sushi lovers and may be too picky but I don't recommend this place for sushi foodies.

Bianca was amazing & attentive! The sushi was fresh and the sake passion fruit was my absolute favorite. I was skeptical at first when I walked in and the place was empty, everyone should put this on their must do list and grab lunch or dinner here AS SOON AS YOU CAN! The restaurant is inviting, and relaxing I could have sat at my seat all evening but any stomach was too full to order anything more

Toucan sushi is a beautiful restaurant situated next door to zero gravity fitness in the same shopping center that has a Quest Diagnostics on Maguire Road at the corner of Roberson/Moore Street in Ocoee opposite Windermere. The man who served me was very nice. All in all it was a very pleasant experience. I ordered miso soup and a California roll to go. The condiments for the sushi, which include wasabi, ginger, and soy sauce were individually wrapped in small containers. The only thing I would suggest is if you'd like to mix up the wasabi and soy sauce you might want to ask for an extra container that is empty so you can mix it in the empty container.

Excellent service. Waitress was attentive and gave me a rose for Mothers Day. Sushi was fresh and well made. The change from avocado to cucumber in the fried chicken roll was effortless. The fried rice was tasty and the salmon was a good choice. There was a lot of salmon and worth the extra $$. The steak and salmon roll was also very good and tasty. It did take a moment for our food to come out (especially the rice) but that really meant they took the time to cook everything fresh (including the cooked parts of our rolls). Ambiance was ok. The interior is clean but kinda spartan: hard chairs and fast food like table. Flowers were everywhere and the decor was pleasant. Enjoyed the meal and will return.

So this seems to be a duplicate yelp page because this used to be hand roll sushi, but there are two different pages for the same restaurant. I wanted to try this place because it's right by my house. Unfortunately I have to report that the sushi, the fish was just not that fresh. After finishing eating, there was a heavy fishy aftertaste. The grilled salmon was pretty good that I liked. However, they're raw sushi items are just not comparable to other places in the area. My go to sushi roll is rainbow roll and it was extremely disappointing. We also found an eyelash on one of the sashimi. We inform of the manager and they took it off our bill which was nice. The ambience is beautiful. However, I will not be back.

    Sheila C.

Food was delicious. Service was great. Ambient was quiet. We will definitely come back.

If you come to this place ask for G to be your waiter. He is the nicest and most helpful waiter. IKIAB Sushi was fire. Lemon drink was tuff. And the decorations were really cool. They had geisha dolls all over. Ocean roll was recommended by the man himself G and it was delicious

It's near the parks but out of the way and hidden enough that unless you somehow discovered this gem, you'd have no idea it was there. Everyone was super kind and accommodating, and they even filled up my husband's water bottle for him with filtered water as she knew we were going back to the parks. I ordered the $42 Moso Omakase set menu, which includes six hand rolls: hamachi tasting, yamaimo, lobster, akami, toro, and eel. Each hand roll is served one at a time, so you're able to enjoy the warm rice, crisp nori, and fresh fish exactly as it's intended. At first glance, it doesn't seem like much food, but I was pleasantly surprised by how filling it was by the end of the meal. Everything was incredibly fresh, and I loved the variety of flavors throughout the omakase. The toro and lobster were definite standouts for me! The service was great--friendly, attentive, and happy to answer any questions. The ambiance is low key and relaxed, making it the perfect spot to catch up with friends over an amazing meal. The beef ribs were mostly fat and still very tough to chew. The chicken was woody breast, making it dry and very difficult to eat. The rice was even worse. They replaced it three times. The first two batches were hard, and the third batch was actually undercooked. The service was by far the biggest disappointment. Even though ordering is done on an iPad, they still kept forgetting items. We had to remind the staff multiple times before the food finally arrived. Every dish took 10-15 minutes or longer to arrive, yet customers are expected to finish their meal within a 90-minute time limit. This is a Japanese BBQ restaurant where the staff is simply bringing out raw meat for customers to grill at the table. There is really no reason it should take 10-15 minutes to deliver each order. To make it even more frustrating, the restaurant wasn't even busy. During our entire meal, there were only two or three other tables occupied, so it's hard to understand why the service was so slow and disorganized. To make matters worse, an 18% service charge was automatically added to the bill. I don't mind paying a service charge for good service, but charging that much when the service is this slow and disappointing feels completely unjustified. Our bill was over $210 for three people, and that didn't even include any drinks. At that price, there are many better Japanese BBQ options available. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back, and I can't recommend this place.

I booked through Resy for a 7:30 reservation, but came quite early around 6:45. Thankfully, they were still able to seat me at the sushi bar. I had to go with the usual old fashioned for my drink (16 dollars). It was a generous pour, and just had the right amount of strength to let me bob my head to the dancing lounge music. For my appetizer, I tried the tuna crudo. It was expertly prepared, and the tuna was quite fresh. I did enjoy the toppings and sauces too, but wish the sauce had a bit more flavor. For my entree, the Kasai don had various of different fish that was nicely presented. All the fish were fresh enough, but I was expecting the melt in your mouth tenderness from the fish, and the umami from the rice. While it was still good, it just didn't have the vibe from the previous years. I was expecting the quality to be close to Kadance or Juju, but it was more equivalent to Seito or Dragonfly. It was however, generous in portions, in which I was a bit too stuffed to finish the rice. For dessert, I wanted to do the chocolate lava cake, but I thought it would be too heavy for me. So instead, I took the green tea creme brulee. It was much lighter and had the right amount of earthy flavor. It also has various fruits to enjoy too. The service was good and professional. My server was prompt and I saw lots of people cleaning up and clearing plates. The sushi chefs were very busy, so I didn't see any of them engaging with the customers. The vibe is still upscale and the music makes the beat control my body. Parking was thankfully easy, but free valet was available too. The cost of the magical dining increased to 60 dollars for this restaurant, so it was definitely a splurge. While the quantity matches the cost, I wish the sushi fish melted in my mouth and had ninjas riding on my taste buds. I guess I was just in more stubborn mood and my expectations set too high. It was still an enjoyable dinner, and I am definitely coming again. And I am so happy that they participate in Resy benefits with my credit card, so American Express took care with almost half of the costs. Next time, I may splurge more with the omakase options, and maybe my taste buds will ride off to bliss. Overall: B+ (still a good and fun restaurant).
