Sushi was good. You have to order it via a tablet. They do have sit down options. They don't hold back on the food portion size for the poke bowl. Service was nice and friendly. Clean place overall.

WOW! Amazing. When I drove up I wasn't sure what to expect BUT, it is definitely a new go-to when we are in Orlando. Hidden gem? ABSOLUTELY! Ordered the Krab Bomb Salad - delicious and so fresh. Oh, the best part? They sell Poppi drinks.

This is what happens when Venezuela have a date with Japan!! A fabulous mix of flavors! This story began with a small food truck and two dreamers who believed that the sky was the limit. They loved to make people happy, and everyone knows that the shortest way to happiness is... Food! There is more than Sushi and their rice is something to remember and the sangria, can't miss it! Their always experimenting with new things, so always ask for the latest. They do caterings too!!

We had an amazing dinner. We sampled 5 different signature rolls and decided to order the Omakase- a surprise entirely up to the chef! It ended up being our favorite and it turns out it is called "The New York". The staff is beyond friendly and so helpful. We ate in the outdoor garden and it totally added to our experience; it was charming, peaceful and the ambiance is really nice. I HIGHLY recommend Take a Sushi if you like great food, variety, very reasonable prices and amazing friendly service!!

Everything about Take a sushi is fantastic. The food is to die for and has such great flavor and variety. The staff are very friendly and have great knowledge of what they're serving. The patio outsides provides for a beautiful out door dinner or you can chill inside with the comfy furniture tables they have to offer. 10/10 would reccomend!

I have to admit I was very hangry before coming here so my demeanor and attitude was very unapproachable. But I want to say who I think was the owner was very sweet. She helped me figure where to get my drink and explained how to receive my order. The atmosphere is pretty chill with lots of plants giving it a relaxing ambiance. The food was perfect 10/10 me and my boyfriend order sushi burritos which came out fresh to order. My boyfriend couldn't stop raving about their spicy mayo and eel sauce. Definitely will recommend to friends and family visiting Orlando.

Five stars!!! This is one of the best sushi restaurants in the area. We visited on a Saturday night around 9:00 and it was pretty busy. You will need to place your order at a counter and pick it up when your buzzer signals that the food is ready. The menu was a little confusing since they have an old menu and a new menu that does not contain all of their food options so just look up the menu online. At first glance, it will appear that the sushi is expensive but they don't sell typical rolls. Their signature rolls have 10 pieces but they are HUGE. One of their rolls is easily the size of 2 rolls at any other sushi restaurant. I would typically eat 2 rolls anywhere else but I was full from one roll here. It's definitely worth the price. The sushi was so flavorful and so fresh I was in love after the first bite. The inside of the restaurant has seating but the best seats are outside. A lit patio area that can set the mood for date night. I can't wait to come back to try more food. Highly recommend

I was in the mood for sushi and decided to visit a sushi restaurant located on Sand Lake Road in Orlando. We chose this place based on the positive reviews and were drawn to the appealing exterior and the wide variety of sushi options. My girlfriend and I visited on a weekend around 2 pm, and to our delight, it wasn't very crowded, and the place appeared well-maintained. We took a seat as there was no one to greet us, and we noticed a QR code on the table for the restaurant's menu. After a few minutes of perusing the menu, we made our choices: - California Roll - Fried Popcorn Shrimp - Krabi - Fried Gyoza - Sweet Tea and Soda We decided to go to the cashier to place our order. The gentleman who assisted us seemed a bit reserved, not very warm or friendly. We ordered, and he provided us with the total bill along with a buzzer that alerted us when our food was ready. I noticed they had utensils, chopsticks, takeout containers, sauces, and napkins neatly arranged at the pick-up station, and the area was impeccably clean. I also had to fetch my own soda from the fridge. The food itself was outstanding and tasted fresh. Our total bill came to $40. Food: 5/5 Customer Service: 3/5 As for returning, I'm not entirely sure. While we loved the food, the customer service left much to be desired.

The food here was delicious and so fresh! After eating everything even tho most was fried we didn't feel gross from greasy food or like we ate too much! The food here felt so light and tasty! We got there right when it opened with a couple other people and it didn't take long for them to make the food! The patio was beautiful and a great spot to hang out! This was our first time visiting and I will definitely go back in the future!

Congrats on the new location! Look at this beautiful establishment! These folks have it going on and they are so friendly ! The sushi is so tasty! Look at my photos and you will see what's up! Can't wait to come back!

Amazing sushi! Quick and delish. We got the BURRITO TEMPURA, PROTEIN - SIGNATURE ROLLS, and TOSTONES DELUXE (3 PCS).

However, it is quite fun, when we got there on a Saturday night, they were having a Taylor Swift look alike performance. I absolutely loved it. It turned out it was happening every hour so we were able to watch her perform twice. They also had someone selling jewelry and an artist painting, overall it is such a fun vibe. If you want a standard table, you need to make a reservation, I made a reservation like 15 minutes before and they only had outdoor seating and high tops available. We chose a high top and it was fine. They do have a kids menu so my son was able to order a cheese pizza with a side of fries and the other one ordered a chicken quesadilla with a side of fruit. On the kids menu it says cheese quesadilla but he really wanted chicken, I was surprised the chicken was a bit spicy. He ate a couple bites and then asked for his own cheese pizza after seeing his brothers. All the plates are meant to be shared so they come out whenever they're ready. My older son's cheese pizza came out immediately and then my younger son's chicken quesadilla came out after all our food had been delivered. I think this is what made him want a cheese pizza because he didn't have his own meal for majority of the time we were eating. When we finally ordered his cheese pizza it then took a long time to come out. I'm guessing it's because it's woodfired and his pizza was behind a ton of other pizzas whereas with my older son we must've ordered at a good time. My absolute favorite dish was the marinated cucumbers. It was a light and delicious. It reminds me of what I find at a Japanese restaurant. I also got the butter chicken, it was OK. I didn't find the chicken super tender so I would skip it next time. We also got the maple glazed chicken wings. I found the breading to be overly salty. I ended up taking off all of the breading and my younger son ate a ton of the chicken. I would skip it next time. We got the steak skewers, which were pretty delicious. Again didn't love it so probably would get something else next time. My husband did not like his ribs so he definitely should skip that next time. So overall, the food was OK, but my kids absolutely destroyed their pizza and I love the atmosphere, which is why I'm giving this place four stars. I see that it has great potential. If parking is a problem, I recommend parking at icon park and walking because it's about five minutes away. Our server was super nice, she was a bit slow, but she also had a giant table next to us, which could've contributed to that. I would definitely come back. I enjoyed our experience here.
