Great Yelp find for an American Pub. Love the repurposed building and learning the history. Our…read moreserver, Cindy, was fantastic as was the food. We tried the fried cheese curds for a starter followed by the AMAZING Rueben and chef salad and the chicken sandwich with pesto. Onion rings were made in house and were delicious. Food was excellent and served piping hot. Only suggestion would be to ensure fries have a nice mix of sizes (vs all ends as the bag empties) but the fries were perfectly cooked and having malt vinegar was great. Outside area would be a lot of fun on a warm day especially with a band! Will definitely return when in the area!

The menu had plenty of options and the kids menu was great. You know it's a good kids menu when there is Mac and cheese available! The food we ordered was pretty good,l as expected pub food. The sandwich was delicious and came with sweet potato fries as a choice. We loved our server! She was flexible and understanding and had a great attitude. All in all, we had a wonderful time. The restaurant pub was always buzzing with business, music was fun, place was clean and food and drinks and servers all available in a timely manner. Not sure what else you can ask for! We would come back any time and highly recommend to all!

The restaurant we intended on going to had an absurd wait and Tomaso's happened to just open up so we decided to check it out. We made the right call and were happier than we would have been at the original choice. Stepping foot inside you can tell this is a spot that doesn't try to stand out or be trendy and just serves tasty food and well made drinks! Which in reality what can you really ask for besides that? Based on this first experience I look forward to returning and if lived in Portland would be a regular spot! The seating is mostly bar stools with like 5 tables fitting 4 people at most. Due to showing up around open only one other table and one person were at the bar. By the time we left it was getting crowded though. I can definitely understand why now! Despite being the only server the bartender was extremely friendly and made tasty drinks! Their mango-mosa was a nice twist on a typical brunch classic. Next time will try their $5 screwdriver, how can you pass up on a deal that good. My wife enjoyed two of their sausage breakfast tacos and loved how packed full of deliciousness they were. I enjoyed their sausage burrito and it hit the spot! Prices were extremely reasonable as well with the large burrito only being $12 and each taco $4. My wife and I look forward to return for brunch but also to come back and try their normal menu too. Don't let the hole in the wall/dive bar vibes make you question anything it is well worth checking out! A new favorite for sure!

Close to more bars for extra drinks, easy to run into other friends. Also, it's a beautiful spot with outdoor seating in the warmer months. We opted to sit outside and enjoyed khao soi, katsu pork sandwich, and the honey soft serve. The portions are generous, as we were able to share and have leftovers. Each plate had so many great textures and flavors. We did experience a long wait between ordering, getting food, and receiving the check. It was a busy summer night so I wasn't upset, but do not plan on having a quick meal here. Get cozy, get an extra drinks and enjoy your time here. Apologies, but phone did not eat first this time-no pics!

Service: Great Food: We started off with soft serve and the seasonal earl gray outshined the house honey. The earl gray had a great flavor topped with an excellent syrup while the honey was mild and the chocolate shell didn't add anything, although the 'honeycomb' bits were delic. Crispy eggplant special - good, very small portion Pork katsu sandwich - pretty solid, interesting pickle Pad mee korat - good, small portion Value: Aside from the soft serve, the portions were very small for ~$17 price point, and the food was good but aside from the earl gray soft serve, didn't amaze to the point of paying a higher price point. Overall I did like this meal but portions were small for prices. I hope they keep the earl gray soft serve around!

Be aware, even though we were there on a Thursday and well past the normal lunch hour, the parking was still tough to find and the line was very long. In the end, it took more than an hour to get to the window to order. Once we ordered we sat on one of their deck areas and the food was delivered to us within 10 minutes. That being said it was absolutely worth the experience and wait. We got to chat with one of the owners. Very nice conversation. The lobster rolls and the plated lobster were generous in portions and tasted fantastic! The homemade tartar and cocktail sauces are great. The atmosphere added a lot to the fun as the line to order stayed constant. Definitely worth the visit.

Lobster was overpriced and had a texture like it had been frozen for months. It was way too cold and a bit icy, like they didn't even bother to thaw it before selling it. Carelessly piled on top of a piece of bread for no other reason other than to claim they "pile it high." Like, it's supposed to be a sandwich, not a pile of lobster on bread. The entire thing was tasteless while still managing to taste a bit off. Cash only. Great way to need to use an ATM on your trip because you'll run through it all here for nothing in exchange but a wasted two hours in line.
