This spot is a hidden gem around Sebago Lake, run by the kindest people you'll ever meet. We recently had brunch at Morning Glory, and it was worth the drive from the Portland area. The menu was overwhelming (in a good way), and everything we tried was delicious. If they don't have it, you probably don't need it. Burgers, waffles, pancakes, eggs, biscuits & gravy, omelets... we had a hard time deciding what to order! Don't even get us started on their morning drinks -- mocktails, the most creative coffees and lattes, and lemonades filled their drinks menu. We wanted to try everything, so we ordered the French toast, breakfast burger, breakfast quesadilla, and eggs Benedict. I still struggle with picking a favorite dish because it was all delicious. The burger and quesadilla were a highlight for us, though. The burger was cooked to perfection, and the buns were French toast. The quesadilla came with a very yummy maple sour cream dip, unlike anything I've had at other breakfast spots. That's the one thing about Morning Glory Diner -- they take your everyday breakfast foods to the next level. Their specialty coffees are another example of elevating simple things. We ordered the cinnamon roll latte and s'mores, and both were unreal--it was like dessert and coffee at once. They were topped with the most creative toppings (a cinnamon bun + graham crackers, and chocolate), and now I don't want to have my coffee any other way! If you're in the area or looking for a nice getaway from the Portland region, you cannot miss Morning Glory Diner.

Great food! Also got the banana bread latte and was delish. Eggs Benedict was also great!

The interior of the diner, very comfy.

We came here because we heard all about the seasonal lattes that come with pie or other baked goods, so obviously had to try them! This diner has an awesome menu with lots of delicious items you won't find anywhere else like a breakfast burger on French toast. The waitstaff was prompt and friendly and the diners were diverse so we didn't feel too out of place which can happen in rural Maine FYI. We will return!

We were able to park 20 feet from the front door. I had a cinnamon bun latte that was delicious. Followed that up with a tasty Rueben with fries. The server was great, friendly and attentive. The diner vibe is very comfortable and relaxing.

Great breakfast for a good price! Definitely recommend the pancake platter or the hunter platter. Good size place and always busy with people

Wasn't a fan of this place. The service was mediocre. We sat down and it took some time to get our order in which is fine because the place was packed. However, there was a couple who sat down a while after us and ordered at least 10+ minutes after us and they got their food before us. Got an iced chai tea latte and it seemed watered down. The eggs weren't very yellow and tasted like they were watered (or creamed) down. The home fries were overcooked and tasted like they had been sitting and waiting for some time. I'd give it another shot because it could've been an off day overall but I wasn't happy with this meal. And the consensus was the same with my bf and 2 friends.

Love going to Morning Glory Diner, they have the best tasting breakfast with fun new items each time you go in. I love the breakfast quesadilla with the maple sour cream, and the breakfast burrito and nachos! The homemade bakery goods are to die for & so are the super fun lattes! Each month they do a different flavor latte. Their prices are affordable, their staff is so sweet, and it's a family owned business so I love to support local always. Highly recommend coming here, there are options for anyone!

Great mix of classic diner menu items and a few creative items. They have seasonal coffee drinks, too.

We stopped in here after a long drive from Boston for a wedding weekend. Being from out of town, we…read morereally weren't expecting anything other than eating and we were very pleasantly surprised. Nice rustic atmosphere where we were seated nearly immediately. The beer selection was decent and had a great local variety to choose from food was delicious. Everyone else got a different version of burger while I ordered the pound and a half of baby back ribs. Everything was cooked exactly as ordered all while our server never wrote a single thing down. I'm not sure if anything will bring us back to that area but if it does, we will definitely be back.

When seated I had no problem that I wasn't seen until 5 minutes passed, or that I was not handed a drink menu until I asked for one. What I do have a problem with however is being treated differently to other patrons for no apparent reason. Visiting this town as a person of Latino descent has been a joy so far but at the Black Horse Tavern I finally understood why I was warned about coming to Bridgton. After the hostess sat us down, we waited about 5 minutes to see hour waitress, as she approached our table she immediately asked if we wanted drinks or appetizers, my boyfriend asked for a drink menu which seemed to bother her. After receiving the drink menu we waited another 5 minutes to then be met with another waitress because our original one passed us off to someone else who ended up taking our drink and entree orders. The original waitress did eventually return with our said beverages she slammed them down in front of my boyfriend and I. The only reason I know the waitress's name is Shannon is because I heard her greet another table and because it was on my receipt. We carried on and made the best of our situation as we enjoyed what we could of our dinner but even as she returned with the bill, she slammed it in front of my boyfriend yet again and continued having pleasant conversations with another group of people. As we left we didn't even get a "thanks for coming" or a "goodnight" as we left the restaurant.

Unfortunately, though most of our food was delicious (best buffalo chicken sandwich I have ever…read morehad!), we came in just after a storm and the restaurant's internet had been out. This caused some frustration among staff, and perhaps the few other patrons. One table next to us had two very unruly children and one teenager who was like us, quiet and polite and simply trying to get through the experience. Had it been any of the four of us adults we'd have taken our food to go to get those kids out of there. Sadly, management didn't suggest they leave. We nearly had one of our three children melt down because she's sensitive to those situations. As I said, six of our seven meals were good, but it was Father's Day and the one dad in our group didn't care for mustard BBQ. We paid for it and got a different style to take home, but that ended up being a disappointment too (too much garlic to suit his taste). Again, our server did the best she could given the circumstances, but we were only in town for a few days and can't commit to trying them again.

She ordered $18 pasta dish with a garlic sauce according to the menu with basil tomatoes and mozzarella. She was very a large mound of angel hair with a thin watery tomato sauce. Tasted like spaghettios and was served cold. Server took it back to microwave (yum. Microwaved spaghettios). She also brought a teaspoon of the advertised basil. My friend was disappointed and could not eat her meal. Food was sent back with nothing else being delivered. They took $9 off her bill for a meal should could not eat. Server did not handle this well. It was a group of 9 , but still we should be able to dine out together.
