We also needed someone to paint the entire house, including the eaves, wood windows, trim, and exterior doors. As the project progressed, we also added on removing a window, re-siding the back of our house (a long wall without stucco), installing a new back door, and replacing our old garage door with a brand new one. Through all these changes, Daniel and sons rolled with the punches and delivered an absolutely gorgeous end product. They even consulted on paint colors, and I could not be more satisfied with the results. As a bonus, Daniel and his sons are just the nicest people you'll meet (and you will meet ALL four sons). I'm originally from the Midwest, and they reminded me of everyone I know from back home - friendly, honest, and always up for a chat. They stopped by the house every day to check on progress, and I feel like I really got to know them. A++ communication. Don't hesitate to call these guys! He left me with a written estimate and zero pressure. Their pricing came in right in the middle, but the service level made it the best value by a mile. Once my HOA approved the project, everything moved exactly on schedule. The windows were custom, and the team showed up within the four-week lead time they quoted. They installed all five windows in less than a day. They also removed the brand-new blinds I had just installed and put them back up perfectly--like they were never touched. Huge bonus. Communication was great the entire time. The installer met me in the morning so I could walk him through the space, and he called ahead before finishing so I could come back from the office, inspect everything, and sign off.
