I love how the school staff really takes time to remember every student and makes sure everyone is greeted by their names. They try to know every family on a personal level and we really were able to build a relationship here. I'm always surprised by the artworks our kiddo takes home every week, I can tell the teachers are working really hard to help students to thrive. Huge shout out to Ms. Dani, who was always able to calm our son whenever he's fuzzy and put our mind at ease. We know our 2.5 yr old is not easy to work with and seeing him enjoying school so much means a lot to us. We are grateful for primrose independence and can't wait to take advantage of their sibling discount when our daughter is a bit older.

The front staff especially Mrs. Campbell, is always so warm and inviting when walking through the doors. Ms Allie and Mrs Hanan have been so great and communicative. Primrose is clean and has so many activities planned for the kids to do. My child learns a lot here and it's thanks to the teachers. I highly recommend Primrose at independence.

Where do I start...I can't say enough about Preston Kiddie Kollege! The owner, and staff are…read moreAMAZING!!!! My oldest went to two other daycares and they were basically expensive-glorified babysitters. He was about 5 when he started PKK and all of the 5 years olds in his class knew their sight words, addition and subtraction. I felt guilty because he had a lot of catching up to do. His teacher, Mrs. P who is absolutely amazing worked with him to get him caught up to where the other kids were, and by the time he graduated he was ready for kindergarten. As for my little one he started a little after he turned one. He adjusted quickly, but a few years later COVID hits and we pull him out. While he was out, PKK scheduled zoom calls for my son and the other kids who were also at home, to see each other, sent multiple learning websites for the kids to continue learning, and his teacher worked with them as well. A year and a half passes us, we re-enrolled him Aug 2021 and he was not feeling daycare AT ALL! The owner Ms. Maria made it a point to come outside to get him from the car to reassure him school was ok. She still does this!!! I think the best part of his day is helping her make her morning coffee. It took him about 3 wks to adjust and now he wants to go to school on weekends ‍ which says a lot. Ok, moving onto breakfast and lunch. He no longer eats breakfast at home because he prefers to eat their breakfast and he brags about how Mrs. Maria is the best cook in the world!!! Yes, he actually said she cooks better than mom and dad! ‍ We all have choices in daycares, and we all want to make the best choice for our children. In my opinion this school is by far the best! I have many daycares close to home, even one less than a mile away, but I continue to drive 22 minutes because (1) I know my child is safe, (2) he's actually learning, (3) the class sizes way smaller, (4) my child is eating healthy food made with love by the owner, where other schools had my oldest son eating microwave lunches, and (5) the teachers know your child by name says a lot! I hope this review helps any mom or dad struggling to make a choice. I was nervous, but this has been the best experience and decision for our family!!!

I interviewed lots of child care centers prior to settling with KALE. The director I met a month before was not the same when my kids started. When they got a new teacher for my kid's class, they did not inform the parents. Luckily, I paid additional ($40/month) for the cameras so I questioned my kiddo about the new teacher. Other parents had no idea for at least a month. There were 22 kids crammed into a room with one teacher and a floating teacher sometimes. As for the cameras, they did not charge monthly. They deducted the total from the refundable deposit. With the constant changes, organization is not a priority. I asked the director two weeks prior to Christmas what the plan was and she said she is just thinking about the next day. Yikes! One of my kiddos was not acclimating well to the new environment and she couldn't get any attention from the teacher since the teacher was wrangling almost 20 kids. My kid was usually alone and I didn't see the teacher trying to engage or encourage her to join the rest of the class. I pick up my little one at the same time every day right before nap time. Sometimes, they would have the kids wait by the door for over 30 minutes in the dark. Speaking of doors, they do not have conventional closed doors. All doors are short so you can hear everything going on in other classes. Onto the neutral/plus side, the school had some potential. The meals were on par with other places, the curriculum was admirably challenging, and they tried to set up events on Sundays but they were usually low turnouts. I wish the school all the best but I can't recommend it to my fellow parent friends and their kids.
