Both of our sons have grown here, and the staff and administration continue to be amazing people who feel like extended family. Everyone really cares about your child at LMM, and the attention to details are beyond compare. They work hard to ensure the program is appropriate for each child. In addition to being invested in providing a great curriculum, they are committed to providing a well-rounded nutritional program daily. Even though our older child is now in public school, he asks to return to LMM for summer care and holiday programs. Our younger child continues daily at LMM, and we couldn't be more pleased. Each teacher and room has its own unique experience and they definitely helped prepare our children for kindergarten. The teachers and front office staff are welcoming, helpful and communicative. Food selection is balanced and they keep their toys and facilities clean. Also having the camera system is an added bonus and whenever you feel like peeking in to check on your kiddo it's a breeze! My son started to go here in November it was great at first but after 2 months everything started to go down hill fast. First my son started to not like going to the daycare which was odd because for the last 2 months he enjoyed it and out of no where he hated it . At this point I started looking for a new daycare it was difficult because I'm a single Parent and have to work during the week so Going to tours was hard and I hated being in the situation where i didn't have a new daycare picked out as I wanted to make sure my kids had a great place to go to and I had to complete a transfer with my agency who assists me. Fast forward my daughter starts the following week (she was enrolled before the incident) My daughter socks were consistently taken off after she had been sick after telling the teachers multiple times. My daughter's diaper rash was worse every time I picked her up and they claim it was me after having photographs that don't lie. I came at 11 am one day my son had no shirt or shoes on after the teacher claiming he had bit his shirt and was wet after my son having an extra shirt. My son had cough for over 2 months !! This explained why! My dad went to pick up my son and since they did not it was his grandpa as another parent was taking their child and my son wanted to leave them pushed him harshly .My son came home with a bruise under his arm on Friday which was there last day my children where there bth the assistant director and director denied me seeing the cameras after offering it on Friday and then when they found out about cps they did not allow me to see them both directors justified the teacher leaving a bruise and my son having no shoes or shirt by saying that I did not saying anything to the teacher only about the shoes lol when I did for both. All the teachers do not have any sort of certifications or degree to take care of young children the lack of empathy and the director justofying her staff and being negletful towards the children. My children were not allowed because I started a cps investigation they state I threatened them because I created a case . The pictures are of the directors who care more about the money than the children but they are prompt to send email about balance but not to Address issues or concerns of the parents. The daycare is dirty ! food definitely not healthy for the children. They have a pending lawsuit from another parent. That nervousness quickly went away. Stephanie, the primary teacher for her infant room, has been amazing as well as the other infant teachers (I am so bad with names, I'm sorry!!). The center regularly updates their app with what our little one has been doing and we get at least a daily picture of her; which always makes me smile when I'm at work. Firstly, My daughter has been sick from this daycare since the start of going here. Multiple times a month she would bring something home, which isn't normal at all. I took her to the ER 6 times and she had been sick or gotten a terrible rash 15 times since she started. (A span of 8 months) my daughter had a yeast infection and it was almost fully healed when I dropped her off at daycare. When I picked her up her skin was peeling off and she had blisters. I had to start the process of healing all over again because of their negligence. I asked them to change her every hour and they didn't listen to me. When I asked about it they said they just "didn't log the times they changed her in between". I got calls up to 3 times a week every week because something was wrong, or I needed to come get her, or they would diagnose her with some illness that they're not authorized to even do. I went to the dr. Multiple times because of them not letting her come to daycare due to them self diagnosing her and not letting her come to daycare. On another note, I have picked my daughter up and many times where someone would tell me how they fed her their own personal food for lunch and how much she loved it. THINGS I DID NOT BRING OR AUTHORIZE ...SHARING THEIR FOOD OFF THEIR FORKS TO MY CHILD!!! I also picked her up one time and her teacher asked me if she was allergic to anything.. I said no, why? She continued to explain to me that she had just given my 13 month old a bite of her sonic strawberry milkshake, and didn't think about her being allergic to it until after she gave her a bite. The woman who runs the daycare (Samantha) would tell me how she shared her Chick-fil-A salad with her for lunch... another worker told me how much Scarlett loves pineapple, Olive Garden salad dressing, AND DONUTS. That right there in itself breaks so many codes that this place should honestly be shut down. They also sent her home very dirty every day. They NEVER wiped her face, even when she was sick so many times, I would pick her up with dried snot all over her face. When I had picked her up when they were playing outside she always had dirt all in her fingernails, all over her face.. she had been eating the dirt and sticking wood chips in her mouth. I asked about this and told them to please not let her eat the dirt and wood chips and her teacher replied by saying that "they give them snack outside and sometimes she drops it and picks up dirt and eats that instead." ... I wish I was making this up.. why are they giving toddlers snack outside? They could so easily choke on things so I'm not sure why they're standing up, outside eating their snacks while running around and playing. This daycare is also supposed to take photos everyday of your child, they won't. And when they do submit a photo of them 9 times out of 10 there's a teacher in the background, ignoring the toddlers, on their cellphones. I can't count how many times I picked my daughter up to see both teachers on their cell phones. She would come home everyday exhausted, and very unhappy, I thought it was just because she was tired.. nope. When she started at her new daycare I noticed she's the happiest I've ever seen her, and that lasts until bedtime.. at the other daycare I would pick her up and she was immediately in a terrible mood for the rest of the night. Unfortunately this makes me realize she wasn't treated right..I can't even imagine how she was being treated and I feel awful for sending her here. I've heard them yell at my baby for trying to get something off the counter, and I'm talking yelllll. I should've known to leave then and there but I just didn't and I deeply regret it. She would come home with scratches and bruises and bite marks EVERYDAY!! and apparently every time no one had known what had happened to her. Every time I tried to call or get in contact with the daycare they either didn't answer the phone or when they did it was clear they didn't want to be bothered. And I got the same treatment when and If I had a special request for her... i would be told they would do it for her and then find out they didn't do it at all. I'm really sorry for the long message but parents need to know this before deciding to send their kids to this daycare. It's filthy and the people who work there are negligent and breaks so many codes.. it might be the cheapest option but it's far from the best. We're at a daycare now that is so clean, feeds her three meals a day including snack, and I have access to all the cameras so I can view her at any time of the day now, and they are going to teach her sign language and Spanish. All for $60 more than apex. Please if you care about your babies, look into other options before sending them here.

Both of my children attend this school. We've been here for four years, and our experience has been nothing but positive. When I was touring schools, I visited eight in total, and this was the only one that truly felt like home. Even the moment you walk through the door, it has the warmth and comfort of a home environment. Their learning approach is Reggio Emilia, something I wasn't familiar with before, but it's centered on hands-on, exploratory learning. And yes, that means the kids get messy! They play in the mud, dance in the rain, paint with their hands, climb wooden stumps, and move their bodies freely. It's everything you want your child to experience, so I don't mind the extra laundry one bit. I've also received incredibly helpful parent handouts for big transitions like potty training, and I've always felt comfortable asking questions and getting thoughtful, educated responses about any behavioral concerns. They use an app that shares updates throughout the day, and I especially love the photos--both of my kiddos are always smiling, running, and playing. Their menu rotates seasonally, which has been great for my picky eater who now eagerly tries new foods (who knew he'd become such a soup lover!). They also host multiple on-site events for parents to join in on themed activities. I'm already excited for the upcoming holiday performance, especially after seeing little glimpses of the choreography they've been practicing. Even though Lake Dallas ISD recently opened their 3's and 4's preschool program, I'm very happy keeping my littles at Four Seasons. If you are an African American parent considering this school, please read this carefully…read more By the time we pulled our 2yr old out of this school, it became painfully clear that the environment was deeply prejudiced and borderline racist. She started in April 2025 after thriving at her previous Primrose location, where she was confident, happy, and excelling. Within two months at Lantana, her teachers completed an ASQ assessment and rated her as not meeting expectations in nearly every category. Let that sink in. Our daughter, who is bright, energetic, and constantly praised for her intelligence by everyone who meets her, including her pediatrician, was suddenly portrayed as behind across the board. Just before leaving Old Orchard, she had an ASQ completed there and was thriving in every category. When I questioned leadership about these shocking results, I was met with gaslighting. I was told the assessment was different. I was asked to complete one myself. I was made to feel like I did not understand my own child. Her former school was equally shocked. Around October and November, the narrative shifted. We began receiving complaints that our daughter was not listening, did not want to come inside from the playground, and had put her hands on other children. Typical two-year-old behavior. We acknowledged that like many toddlers in the "mine" stage, she sometimes reacts when a toy is taken from her, and we assured the school we were actively working on that at home. Instead of working with us, they escalated it. They began sending behavioral reports home and recommending speech therapy and play therapy for a child who speaks clearly and in full sentences. Two years old and speaking in full sentences. Yet teachers, some of whom are not even certified, felt comfortable suggesting therapy as if something were wrong with her. They started using loaded words like "tackled" and "going after the teacher" to describe a two-year-old little girl. I am still trying to understand what exactly a toddler is capable of doing to a grown adult in a classroom that is supposed to have at least two teachers present at all times. Yet we were told no other child or staff member did anything and that our daughter simply decided to kick and hit other kids unprovoked. That does not align with reality. Our daughter has playdates. She spends weekends with her cousins. We have never witnessed anything close to what they described. I have voicemails from leadership, including the owner Erin Lundie, using carefully chosen language that clearly attempts to label our daughter as aggressive and violent. At one point, I became so disturbed by the sudden change in her behavior that I genuinely started to question whether something inappropriate was happening at school. This is a child who used to love school so much we sometimes had to force her to leave at pickup. Suddenly, she was having meltdowns at morning drop-offs. Another major red flag was a call from their HR Director, Shannon Tilton, about our daughter not wanting to nap. I explained that she is at a stage where naps are inconsistent and she would prefer a quiet activity. I was told verbatim, "We do not force them to sleep, but according to Texas law they are required to stay on their cot for the duration of nap time." That is completely false. Texas regulations require that children who do not sleep be offered quiet activities. So not only were they mishandling our child, but they were also misrepresenting state regulations to justify it. I could go on, but the bottom line is this: the leadership team and teachers either failed to properly do their jobs or were actively shaping a negative narrative about our daughter. We were paying over $1,600 a month, they were not doing us a favor. Since removing her, she is now attending a new daycare, and she is thriving once again with only positive remarks from her teachers so far. Zero issues. No behavioral labels. No therapy recommendations. No exaggerated reports. Just a happy, intelligent child in a supportive environment. That tells us everything.
