Fast forward to 12/31/24 when I walked out with new dentures. in March I dropped the bottom denture, breaking it. They made me a new dentures from and did not charge me. Now on 10/13, I was eating a piece of roast beef and the replacement denture broke in the same exact location as the first one. I went back, they repaired my denture charging me $149.00 to glue it back together. I tried expressing my frustration with the dentist, he was simply getting to frustrated with me, so I walked out. My concern is the 2 bottom dentures breaking for different reasons but in the same exact spot. The dentist tells me they will probably break again and all he could offer me was a hard reline and that may not work. so I bargained in good faith with Aspen, paying over $3000.00 for new dentures and the bottome one is going to keep breaking. What is wrong with this picture? I will never go back there again. Now I have to go to a different dental office to have a new bottom denture made. The dentist in this office is very unprofessional.

this place is absolutely horrendous. the office lady at the location is cold and not helpful. the…read moreoffice staff and the call center gives conflicting instructions and just blame each other. they do not know what they are doing and cannot keep track of appointments, leaving the patients to waste their time and to suffer through pain for weeks. after reading through other reviews here and on Google it appears that it was a good thing that they erroneously canceled my appointment because it seems like they are legally or possibly illegally extorting people for their money with unnecessary treatments and what sounds like fake charges on top of that. I would go to literally any other dentist besides Aspen dental. you might think they will get you in quicker or be more convenient but read these reviews, you'll wind up getting pushed out for weeks due to errors, there are reports that they force people to have other treatments before they will agree to do what the person came there for, even if they are in extreme pain, and the staff does not care in the least. don't believe anything they say. I hope some of these patients that have left reviews sue this place and I hope they get rid of the cold unhelpful lady that works the counter. I hope the whole place goes under so they can't torment and extort any more people

She makes her self available to patients when there is a dental emergency and it's always good to know that if you have aproblem when the office is closed, you will be able to rech her and get help. (See previous review) And guess what happened? The Valley Family team called me regularly with available cancelations until a date and time finally opened up that fit my schedule perfectly. I just had my first appointment and let me tell you--I walked out smiling, and not just because they cleaned my teeth. I found my dental family. The vibe was relaxed, the office staff and dental techs were friendly and professional, and the hygienist knew exactly what she was doing. But the real star of the show? Dr. Greg. This man walked into the room radiating comfort, confidence, and calm which immediately put me at ease. I was instantly sold. I am now officially a new client of Valley Family Dentistry. Do NOT recommend Was…read morea patient for over 15 years, never missed an appt. ever. I missed one due to being sick with pneumonia, was required to pay a missed appt. fee in order to reschedule. After 15 years, no warning, even after knowing the reason. Second, if you forget to confirm your appt. they will cancel it without letting you know. My daughter has shown up for two appointments only to be told they were canceled because she didn't confirm the already agreed upon appointment. Apparently, it's OK for them to break appointments as they please, but not OK for their customers. The double standard is astonishing. When they cancel without notice: no accountability. When you cancel unexpectedly due to illness: immediate penalty. This practice has become rigid, punitive, and completely lacking in basic customer care or common sense. We will be finding a new dentist, and I would encourage anyone considering this office to be aware of their policies and how they are enforced -- and continue looking. There are plenty of good dentists.

When I tried to get my permanent bridge the "office manager" informed me they charged off my account that I was paying on regularly. They never provided my permanent bridge. Instead they refunded a small portion of all the money they were paid and reversed the claims paid by my dental insurance. They're affiliated with another Dentistry in Saratoga and didn't honor their treatment plan and treated me like a diseased animal without any consideration for my dignity nor well being. My daughter is on the Spectrum and the first time we went there she had several issues after her surgery in which she had 3 extractions done. I made several phone calls to them advocating on her behalf. One of the secretaries whom answers the phone can be very rude. Now... she needs to have another extraction done in which the tooth is infected. They scheduled her for a consult 6/13. I asked if they could get her in any sooner. They scheduled her extraction for May 29th, this coming Thurs, but over the weekend my daughter had an allergic reaction to something where her eyes started to swell and she became agitated by itching everywhere. We were visiting Urgent Care Medical Arts in Wilton on Sunday, then on Monday to Saratoga Hospital. With the help of Benadryl and Prednisone the swelling went down but itching has continued. I thought that the right thing to do would be to call today and let them know. So I did but to my dismay she (the rude girl), put me on hold and she told me they could only do it FOR THIS TIME ONLY. (I felt like they didn't believe me). Now we have to wait until June 30th, in which her tooth has been bothering her with pain...which Amsterdam is well aware of. Then I said..."Can I call to see if there are any Cancellations before that date? She told me, "No because they'd have to switch appointments back and forth and they couldn't do it. **Just saying...That's a long time for someone to have to wait to get in with a painful tooth, especially, when she's tasting infection.**
