I came here with my husband and a friend and it was horrible. The woman at the front where we paid when coming in didn't smile or greet us or anything. Just said "How many?" We said 3 and she said $38 then snatched my card out my hand. Rude old hag she was lol. I've worked in restaurants before so I know it's not that hard to fake a pleasant smile and pretend your happy it's just part of the job. We were nothing but nice to her. Wish we walked out then. But we hadn't eaten all day and I love buffets. The waitress we had was very nice all smiles but then we saw the food :( almost everything was dried out except the basic stuff like rice ,noodles and chicken. Just wasn't worth the money. I had eaten here 10 years ago, before they changed owners and was good. Once the owners changed the food went on a downward spiral. The hubby and I were in watertown grocery shopping n decided to go for Chinese food for dinner and that was the closest place so we went. The moment we got home we started getting sick. We didn't even eat the same thing except for the fish that they had out. I got the grill and you would think that it would be nice and fresh after it was cooked but it wasn't hot at all which sorry of stumped me since it just came off the grill. read more

I was with a group of people on tour heading back to Canada before crossing the border, we stop here to eat for dinner from our tour guide treating us and getting our food paid by him. There was a certain section in the buffet for a room reserved for us to stay away from their regular customers. When we sat down on our table, there was a server just handing out napkins, forks and spoon and before I could say another thing, she walking to another table continuing handing out utensil. After a few minutes go by, I had to walk out our reserved room to ask someone who work there for 6-8 glass of water for my family and so does the table next to us since none of them ask if we want something to drink. I don't know if I would recommend the people in my hometown about this place but to be honest, it doesn't seem like this buffet get any business unless we are there and that's what attract other customers to come or maybe I'm not used to what it's like being in small town and that's how they do things around in that place. The quality of the food is decent but not spectacular and it's a bit different of what they offer vs the buffet back in my hometown. I know I'm not the only one in my group who would walk back to our table by passing through their back room, where you can see their stock of supplies and their emergency back door as that room is open for us to go through since they didn't close their doors the whole time we were there. I remember they run out of spoons for soups and I had to ask another person working near by for some but I don't know if it's because of language barrier or I'm asking the wrong person and that person is someone from the kitchen. I don't see any other server around me and I had to walk in their small work place looking for some without not getting in trouble and telling my brother where he can find some for his plate of food. Just right before we leave to go back in our tour bus, my cousin, my sister and I walk in the girls washroom, my cousin was telling us how high and thick the space of the door is and someone could just come in and watch you do your business. There is a toilet near the door, the handle is completely broken and it's hard to flush by your hands. Eventually, I have use my shoes to end up flushing the toilet but I don't know how long that have been broken and not able to get it fixed. If I'm not walking back of the buffet carrying my food to my table, every time I would see the lady in the front chatting away to my tour guide about something and I don't know if she is the owner/manager or the head host/server but if that was me in my work place, I would get called out by the boss for not taking my job seriously and I'm just socializing with the customer. read more

Got take out here and found a mealworm in my hot and sour soup! So nasty! Threw up when my husband pulled it out of the top, luckily it was floating. This place cannot be clean if there are worms in the food. Yuck! read more

"Avoid this place as there are lot of options available near to this place as No body cares once you pay the amount for horrible food" We went to buffet at this place on 10/26/2014 with a tour group and honestly we have spent a horrible 1 hr at this dreadful place. Please avoid this place if possible, worst food and on top of that very worst customer service. I have been to lot lot Chinese buffet's and this is the worst food i ate And moreover it has the worst staff and customer service. They showed us table and nobody came to take drink order. We started to hunt the server and asked her to get some water and "No Ice". She got water with ice then we asked her to get water with out ice as its very chill out. Then the server responded that she is very busy and she cant get it with a frustrated face. She never came back to us even though she came close to my table couple of times and also i prompted her to come to table. we are in middle of eating and we already paid the amount, if not i would have abruptly come out. About food the $15 is expensive for the food they put and its not to the level we expected, i would say their deserts are fine and their main menu items are not good and even we did not get a chance to taste some of items as they are not available , we were there at 12.30 Noon read more

This place was decent. Typical buffet food, nothing stood out so nothing was over the top or not great. One thing I noticed was how much colder it was by the sushi, so that was a plus. The waitresses are a little over the top though, very attentive and even placed the check down before any of us even got dessert. read more

I'm going to give this place a solid 3 stars. The food was pretty decent and I'm not much of a Buffet person myself. One thing I do take in consideration is if they use white meat and they do. I found it quite tasty and nice environment except the booths could use a wipe down. read more

Totally reasonable price ($13 per adult for dinner), a wide variety of food, and polite staff (with limited English capacity but we worked through it). It was a little sticky/crumby in the booths though. Basically your typical Chinese buffet, it was exactly what I expected it would be. read more

Just finished eating here for the first and last time, and at this point I wish there hadn't been a first time. Food was subpar, sushi tasted as though it had been sitting out for quite some time, and the temperature of the "hot" dishes was lukewarm at best. This is the second of the two chinese buffets I have tried in the Ft Drum/Watertown area and they both were horrid. Unfortunately I will never get back a missed opportunity to of gone somewhere else tonight. Beyond just the appalling food, the service wasn't much better; out waitress allowed the dirty plates to stack up on the table and our drinks to sit empty even though she passed us numerous times. If mediocre Chinese food is too good for your taste then Daily Buffet is the place for you. The food is cold, oily, and gross. The service was bad, there was no one at the Hibachi grill. Hope I don't regret it further in the morning. read more

I went to dinner with my family tonight, after it was recommended by a friend. It was awful. One of the worst Chinese restaurants I have ever been to. The lady at the front counter was rude and demanded payment as soon as we walked in the door. I know we pay first, but she was seriously rude about it. Then the waitress could barely speak English and we had to tell her our drink order 4 times before she finally figured out what we wanted. That was the only time we saw her, until we were getting ready to leave. We all got our food and sat down to eat, my 3 year old wouldn't touch her food and I couldn't understand why because she usually loves Chinese, well after trying what was on my plate, I understood. It was horrible, you literally couldn't eat most of what was on the buffet, it all the chicken that I tried was dry, way overcooked, and chewy to say the least. My husband bit into a piece of chicken that wasn't even fully cooked and still pink in the middle. Apparently the need to hire new people to cook for them. None of us were happy about the experience. The last time we saw the waitress was when we were getting ready to leave and she came and asked if we wanted something else and we said no, she just stood there staring at us. Not a very personable place, the food sucks, the waitresses and hostesses are even worse. I would not recommend them to anyone. I wouldn't feed what they serve to my dog. it's a waste of money....I would suggest going somewhere else. read more
