The following morning, Rebecca called again and stated that a replacement part would need to be reordered and would take another 7-10 business days to arrive. We politely asked whether any discount or other accommodation could be offered due to the delay and lack of timely communication. Instead of addressing the concern, Rebecca immediately suggested that we could use another repair company if we preferred. When we expressed concerns about the communication and asked to speak with the owner, Rebecca stated she was part owner and insisted the answer would still be no. During the conversation, the call was abruptly disconnected. When we called back, Rebecca stated she had been speaking with Brian, the owner, but we were never given the opportunity to speak with him directly.
