Tried reaching out to schedule some tires to be mounted/balanced over the course of 3 days days but they never pick up their phone. Their Voicemail says to text if they don't answer but take almost 24hrs to respond - not very professional... First time customer and here's my experience. Called Matt and had setup to come in the next day for tire mounting. The following day, I dropped off my new wheels and new tires and picked them up a couple hours later. The good: got an appointment from them next day for tire mounting. The bad: my new Advan wheels got damaged from mounting from there machine even though Matt texted me that they are flawless after inspecting the wheels. Price went up from a $100 the initial phone call with Matt, to $120 from meeting Matt at the shop, to $140 for having to do reverse mounting. Not to mention uses my Advan wheels on there IG story to promote getting wheels from them which I didn't purchase my wheels from them nor was I asked about it. read more

Dude at the counter made us feel like an inconvenience lol. When we walked in, he didn't even acknowledge us... Mind you, it's a really small space. Asked for steering wheels and basically told us get the part number and I'll help you which we were under the impression that this place has steering wheels to look at in store. 05/1/23 - Bought 2 set of Momo wheels from these guys ebay store. Wheels were authentic but both package was incomplete, missing parts that should be included as shown in the (instructions & what comes in the packaging). When I contacted them about the missing parts they claim it's not included even though the package clearly shows it's included and I need to purchase separately. After a few emails back and forth, they made up a story that the missing items will be shipped from wholesaler at no extra charge. After 2 weeks of not receiving the package they sent me tracking of another customers package 1000+ miles away from my address and claimed the wholesaler shipped to the wrong address. I contacted them again, they keep BSing me until i'm frustrated, give up and just took the lost. It was an excellent experience getting new tires on my Abarth. I received a same-day appointment, and the guy mounting the wheels took the utmost care removing, mounting, torquing, cleaning, and installing the wheels. My car is nowhere near perfect, but he treated it like an exotic. (even took the extra time to make sure center caps were aligned. I have never had a shop take the same care as I would. This place is excellent. I wish I knew about them when I moved here 20 years ago. I will see yall next time! read more

First of all this shop labeled the wheels wrong, drove across town to get wheels in a 5x100 only to find out it was 5x112. The shop is slowly dying and going out of business. Wheels are over priced for reps. Not much parking. The employees take all the parking , none for customers. Tiny shop, No ac. They don't even know what in their own inventory. Fantastic Service! I went to Gummy Grip after finding them on the internet. Went in person to see if they could order tires for my Boss 302. The answer was "No Problem". We settled on the Nitto 555G2 as a good street balance, and Matt ordered the tires. The price we agreed to was below the online price from Discount. He was able to get the tires in a couple of days. We set up an appointment for install, and when I got there things were ready for me. Two employees waiting for me. They mounted and balanced all 4 tires, taking great care of the polished wheels. The whole install took less than an hour. Literally the most positive experience I have ever had in a tire shop - and I have been buying tires for 35 years. Clean shop, nice people. Modern equipment, and they know how to use it. The balance on these tires is exceptional. I highly recommend this shop for tire work. read more
