I have visited this Autozone location several times and have always encountered pleasant and helpful employees! Most recently, I had a unique problem: my coolant cap popped off while I attempted to fill the coolant reservoir. The cap landed on the ledge of my fender under the hood, and I couldn't reach it! I drove to this Amazon location for assistance, and a cheerful employee named Cassudy used a magnetic rod to retrieve the coolant cap! I recommend this location! read more

What a joke of a store. You should avoid this place. The parts specialist that help me shouldn't even be allow to step foot in an auto parts store. parts I wanted was at another store. Promise me that it will be there in the morning latest noon. Fast forward to next day at 1pm. Parts are not there, then I ask if they know what time the answer was "when the hub sends it". Can't give me a straight answer then I ask to speak to the store manager. The answer was that they did not have one. Ask for the manager on duty and ends up everyone else was a manager. Got my refund and got out of there. Funny part was at 9:43pm someone call and told me that my parts are in. What an embarrassment. That is why I am so happy when my customers brings me an AutoZone diagnostic print out. Free toilet paper. Maybe they should plug the scanner in their store I bet it would read P0DU1773 which translate to malfunction of workers. read more

Hello, the other day I had a bad experience in this store and I wanted to address it. I am a 19 Asian American man with my Asian American girlfriend. I always been into cars and have found AutoZone to be a reliable access to quick purchases. But the other day when we went in to browse around we heard two workers (Caucasian female with dyed hair and tall Caucasian male) they were making jokes on how Asians are bad drivers and even talk in a "funny asian accent." This really upset us, my girlfriend and I are both young so we understand that it was a jokes but it was clear that they saw us and still decided to make those remarks. it was clear they knew it was wrong bc they did not continue their conversation as soon as we walked up to the register. Please do better and racism is not funny, I can't believe I have to say that in 2025. read more

I went here to get my car battery checked, because my car was making a slow cranking sound as I try to turn the engine on. I believe it was one of the managers that worked there, I didn't get his name, but he was very kind and professional. He checked it and let me know that I needed to replace it. My battery had corroded overtime, so it was time. The worker kind of gave me a little tutorial on how to change a battery. I received great service here today! I needed a battery replacement, called ahead (had excellent phone service), got here and still had a great service! It should be noted they were extremely short staffed this day but they were still professional and just simply apologized for any delay and accepted the blame. They did not complain about being short staffed or over worked. That's the difference. They took the customers in order and set the expectations of waiting and handled it professionally.
