We had our generator picked up. We were provided with the cost of the pickup/delivery fee and diagnostic fee which we agreed to. We didn't hear from them for 3 weeks so we called to ask about the status of our generator. The gentleman could not find the paperwork and called us back later to say he had found it and they would look at the generator now. So where was the paperwork for 3 weeks and would we have heard from them if we hadn't called? A few days later we get a text that says it's ready for pickup and the cost was over $500. They never called for consent to do any further work beyond the diagnostic. I called and the woman was instantly very rude to me as I tried to explain why I was upset with the way they had done business. The gentlemen I spoke with after was slightly less rude and did apologize for not calling with an update but then tried to excuse it by exclaiming how busy they were. If you're too busy to conduct business fairly and provide adequate customer service then maybe turning people away is better than taking their money before they've consented to the repair. Had he communicated with me about what the generator needed and why he thought it was worth the cost to repair it as opposed to buying a new one I would have appreciated that very much and I don't think is too much to ask. We asked for a small amount off the bill to compensate for our bad experience and they said no and that if we didn't pick it up they could sell it. Very predatory way of doing business and simply rude people who can't take accountability when they mess up. Steer clear...I will find a repair shop who treat their customers better. read more

I have used Daily Equipment repair for service on a riding lawnmower, and tiller in the past but not since 2021. On January 5, 2026 I took a Husqvarna chain saw into them for chain sharpening and tune up. A deposit of $52 was requested. I was told that it might take 2 weeks to be serviced. After not hearing from them for 3 weeks I called and said it was "on the table" awaiting repairs. Did not hear from them again for a couple of weeks and when I called Don said he was awaiting a part expected the next day. Called again after a couple of weeks (nobody ever bothered to call me). When Don came on the line he whined about how much time it was taking and he couldn't get a part to fit (gas tank cap). So I told them I would pick it up. When I picked it up I asked if chain was sharpened, plug replaced. "No" but when I asked for deposit Jen said they would keep it for them "having to look it over!" Long story short: after two ten minute "chats" on Husqvarna's website, new part received that fits. All I had to do was send them a picture of the incorrect cap. 'Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice shame on me." Never again. I hate to be ripped off. The only reason I gave one star is that they answer the phone. read more

My 5+ year old Toro lawn mower would start then quickly die out. They picked it up and repaired it and returned it within 3 days. Everything on thisi mower was original. They replaced the spark plug, air filter and cleaned out the plugged up fuel line, changed the oil. There was water in the fuel tank. They also sharpened the blade that needed it badly. read more

Paid over $350 to have my mower serviced as it had been sitting for two years. I asked them to replace and service everything that it needed...does this picture of a belt look like it needs some attention?!?!?.....now I have to take it somewhere else to get it fixed. I pride myself on patronizing local business, but I regret this choice when it comes to Daily's. We had our tractor serviced there at the beginning of spring and they charged us almost $350 and did not even repair the one item we asked them to look into which is still broken. We took our weed whacker there for a clutch replacement and they were going to charge us $100 for the service - the part only costs $37. Additionally, it took them 4 days to even get around to looking at it. They were able to keep their $35 fee for looking at the machine but that is the last dime they will see from us. read more

Bad service center and horrible communication. The woman who answers the phone doesn't know when when the service will be completed even though you state a date needed and they agree upon. Even when your item is completed she's unable to provide a date range and time the item will be delivered. Had same issue when they missed the original pick up day. Should've known then this was going to be a bad experience. read more

I must say I had a great experience with Daily Equipment Repair. A day before the major snowstorm I checked my generator and it would not start. I called DER at 10:00AM and they sent someone to pick up the unit within an hour. Worried I would not get it back the next day, and also knowing it would be my own fault for not checking the unit earlier in the week, I called several times to check on it and they were always very nice even though swamped with repairs on snowblowers and generators. I got a call at 6:00PM and they delivered it back all set to go. It was just hours before the snow started. It was great old fashioned service and at a very fair price.
