He fixed the issue promptly and I threw in towels to make sure the very loud noise during the spin cycle no longer occurred. While he was here, I mentioned an issue with our 18 year old GE refrigerator. He explained that since he was already here, rather than charging me $99 service charge, it would only be $79.
