I would give 4 stars for a general review - good coffee, DRIVE THROUGH! (slow normally, but still a drive thru), and good customer service. But 3 stars for my personal experience. I purchased their coffee for my espresso machine at home, after asking which beans they use etc. I got home and it worked horribly...so I thought it may have been grounded wrong or something. I brought it back and the staff had changed, but they were still willing to help. They took the coffee back and explained they didn't sell their espresso, but were sweet to offer an exchange for their espresso...only half of my bag was filled though, I asked as to the quantity, he said it was finely ground and went down. I didn't feel like questioning further or asking him to weigh it, just wasn't up for the conflict. I normally buy Counter Culture coffee for my espresso machine and it's ground in front of me...the bag stays the same size...so I feel cheated/deceived somewhat. Thanks for the effort. I wish the staff I encountered at first was more knowledgeable on the products, I wouldn't have purchased something unnecessarily and I wouldn't have had to come back. Would I come back, possibly, would I recommend going here for a chat with a friend and coffee, sure, just don't buy to brew at home. read more

I have tried this place a few times and everytime I get the same disappointing cup of coffee and service. No one is ever there to great you and when they finally show up - they are RUDE! A young tall slim guy walked out to say what do you want? I was appalled with his greeting. Then I got a muffin that was as hard as a rock and probably more than a week old. I found the place dirty, and unfriendly and the service terrible. The owners were there once and weren't very friendly either. I went back to Starbucks for a month or so, then found a new place up the road that rocks! Guppy's Coffee! They have their act together. The coffee and pastries are superb as well as the service! Although I still stop in from time to time at Starbuck for their Large Cinnamon Swirls I can't resist. I hate to write bad reviews but someone has to tell them right???? read more

I love this place. Somehow it can always magically have seating for everyone because it gets busy! I usually get the pomegranate tea (on point every time), with a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit - when properly warmed up, it is probably my favorite biscuit anywhere. The missing star is due to the content of the TV - every one of the last 6 times I've been there, it is Fox News. I don't mind Fox News, but I do like variety. read more

I love that there is a local coffee shop in West Cobb; however, I wish there was more access to outlets while sitting inside. I'd love to come here to do work occasionally, but I can't seem to get a table by an outlet very often so it's somewhat discouraging. I love it!! This is a great place to get a cup of coffee with a little something sweet on the side. The staff have always been very friendly no matter what time I go in and they don't mind going the extra mile to make sure that you have what you need. They have excellent WI-FI service as well, and there are tables outside if you want to just chill with friends. The prices I find to very reasonable and I hope that they stay around a long, long, time. read more

There are a lot of things to love about this place. The staff are great, there is a conference room available for meetings and book clubs, and the coffee is good. The espresso drinks are fine. They only put two shots of espresso in their 12oz drinks. This makes their drinks a little weaker and sweeter than I prefer. I wish I could give this 0 stars! Why? The morning manager provides the worst customer service. This location is directly across the street from the elementary school and customers regularly clog the drive thru which paralyzed traffic in all directions. Although not his fault directly, when called to discuss and possibly explore a proactive solution he is RUDE! Not indifferent rude but OUTRIGHT RUDE! While I love to support local, smaller businesses I will drive out of my way and pay more money to go to Starbucks before I am treated like that again! read more

Not just another coffee house! I make this a stop on the way to the library and they have made me a regular. I'm always greeted by the staff with a warm smile (most of the staff are young 20's), the loose tea selection is great (I always get the Czar Nicholas -Russian Caravan) and when I'm not over in the area I order it online, and the cinnamon rolls are melt in your mouth yummy (I usually bring some hem for breakfast)! I learned today that they have a charity coffee called Victory coffee and proceede benefit a charity. How awesome is that? I may just have to become a coffee drinker because when a business will take from their own pocket to give to others in need, man that's just not heard of these days. I have had the coffee and it was coffee but I'm not a coffee drinker so who am I to judge? The ambiance is so cozy, I could totally go to the library 1st then hit this spot up on a rainy day snuggled up in a cozy chair and read for hours, or at least until I order my next cup of tea. The food was okay, but it is poorly run. Our group was not accommodated, after telling us they could handle a group of 12 in a private conference room. They put us in the middle of the cafe (small area). Neither the manager nor other employee apologized for the way we were treated, but only said you should have reserved the conference room "on line." We were never told this in two conversations about their accommodations with employees on the phone. Makes me wonder what other things they do not care about! read more

very nice staff and good coffee. I came into DG planning on spending a couple hours doing my online school. I found the music to be very loud as well as the smoothie/frappe machines. I like the idea of doing school at DG bc it offers more seating/outlets than the usual Starbucks but I felt the atmosphere was more social for people to sit and chat rather than individual studying. The coffee is delicious and reasonably priced! The interior is welcoming and well decorated. I especially like their flavored/seasonal coffees and fresh pasties.
