Great place to hang out, the place is clean and has a large variety of bubble teas to choose from. They also have good food you can order too, but the only downside is the bubble tea costs around $7+ when most places charge around $5. read more

I had my snacks delivered with Passionfruit Iced Tea (my go to from Queen Tea). I love that this tea place gives you an option to customize the ice and sugar level. Considering they are delivering from Marietta to Powder Springs (easy 30 minutes, for 10+ miles), it came well packaged in a bag and it was still warm! The drinks came in an insulated cute bag as well. I was impressed! The sesame ball is my favorite! I do wish the pork steamed bun comes with some kind of brown sweet sauce, it can really enhanced the flavor of the bun. The popcorn chicken is always good and crunchy when it's still hot, so you better eat it fast or share it with someone because they do give you a good portion. Back for the second time with a good friend and this place is just as great as remember two weeks ago. Stocking up on our Boba tea, we each got two drinks and we are taking two drinks back with us to share with our friends and family. Highly recommend the brown sugar milk tea, it's smooth and delicious pair it with the regular Boba. Fruit teas are nice and smooth, if you're not really in the tea the seasonal fruit tea is the one for you. You can pair it with crystal Boba which really has almost no flavor, or give one of the flavored popping Boba a try This place also has a nice selection of food. I can recommend the shrimp dumplings the spicy chickenins and today I'm trying the pork steamed buns. Plenty to look at, plenty of space to sit, come in do some homework, or type on the computer, or do some people watching, or ignore everybody that's absolutely around you for the entire time you were here. I don't know what these "Karen's" are talking about. This place is amazing. I regularly go all the way to Buford highway for Dim Sum, but that is coming to a stop. The Dim Sun here is authentic and the Steamed Dumplings (shrimp) "Ha Gao" is, imo, better than the ones I get off Buford which is saying something with the amount of awards that place has won for their dim sum. We went back for 2 more orders. The Char Siu pork buns (Bao) are fantastic! Authentic and the porks flavor is perfect! We got an additional order of this one too! The Thai Tea is just as good as anywhere and the Honeydew milk is spectacular! The personnel behind the counter are a little unfamiliar with the dishes if you are asking questions trying to gauge the authenticity of the dishes, but I'll tell you from experience everything is made to order and very authentic tasting. Their cheese foam is solid and their drinks come in two sizes which is nice. However, their green matcha tasted watered down, could be the ice, but it was definitely weak. read more

I'm a fan. Stepped into this spot today while running errands to have some tea and a quick bite for lunch. It's ideal for quick bites and a refreshing drink of various teas but not particularly ideal for a large dinner or lunch. The place is new, their second location, and is very crisp and clean. Parking is free and ample. I tried the Honeydew Milk Tea after trying a free sample and it was so delicious. The spring rolls were great too. I recommend them. I am SO happy they opened this location! I love Queen Tea. It's my favorite boba tea place. The menu is so big and there's something for everyone. I've had nearly every milk tea on their menu and I've loved every single one. The space is big inside with lots of tables. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. They even offer Taiwanese street food and Dim Sum. They can customize the boba to your sweetness preference which is awesome because I don't like my drinks too sweet. Tea was good, cashier was sweet, inside was pretty and clean. I went about 50 mins before they close & felt super rushed out at about 11 (close at 11:30). Two employees started putting chairs up at the two tables on each side of me as I was sitting there. then one moved a chair at my table and started sweeping directly under my feet. And she acknowledged that by saying "sorry I'm just going to sweep under you real quick". I've worked at like 3 restaurants and I currently am a closer at one of them. I haven't gone that far out of my way to passively make someone uncomfy enough to leave just so I can leave work a little earlier. Queen Tea has a great atmosphere, but I haven't been incredibly blown away with either the tea or food honestly. The tea is fine, tons of selections, but nothing really stands out from other tea places and I don't seek it out usually. The food on the other hand I've never had the best experience with. It always tastes like it's just frozen packaged food heated up in an oven, and hasn't been the highest quality. It's really about the only thing in that area until you get into Kennesaw, so for that it's good, but otherwise it's usually a pass for me. read more

This place is unbelievably good in every way. Visually it is a DELIGHT! It's a feast for the eyes before you even get to their amazing menu. The drinks and buns are beautiful too. My lychee milk tea was the best I've ever had, and the light, airy buns drizzled with condensed milk (can't remember what they were called) were TO DIE FOR!! Giving this place a 1 star based on friendless of the owner. Visited this place a couple times and the times I've visited I've seen the owner who is Joleen Dai and might I say she isn't as friendly as you might think. She never greets people she just looks at you and walks away or just hangs out on her phone behind the counter with no regard of who's in front of her and just no sense of customer service. You would think you have multiple locations, making good money yet have such a horrible presence when it comes to welcoming your guests. Try to work on that more Ma'am. read more

I am so happy to have this new location a little closer to me than the original Barrett Pkwy one! It makes it so much more convenient to stop by for bubble teas whenever my hubs and I are craving them. Every flavor we've tried has been great, but we're currently stuck on our favorites - brown sugar milk tea and earl grey milk tea - both of course with tapioca bubbles (boba). We've tried a lot of bubble tea places, mostly on Buford Hwy, but also back home in NYC where they are on every corner.. and Queen Tea has the absolute best boba with the most perfect chewy texture every time! I honestly don't even know where to begin. So I am a frequent customer of this place but this last experience has made me never want to give them my business again. I brought my sister-in -law here hoping to have a great experience but little did i know I would be walking into a nightmare. So when we got there I ordered a X-Large drink with strawberry jelly boba and some custard buns but the girl at the register only rang me up for a large drink, she also cut me off saying there was no strawberry boba, even though I hadn't even finished my sentence but finally rang it up so when I got my drink I saw it was smaller then what i had ordered but I didn't make a fuss over it since she hadn't charged me for the X-Large, assuming she just didn't hear me. We waited for about 10 minutes and finally got our drinks but the whole time we waited the girl from the register was giving us dirty looks, she would occasionally go to the back and eat croutons over the counters, and I even saw her eat dumplings. I've yet to try the food, but I can't wait to try the sesame balls and the other vegetarian / vegan food. The Thai tea with almond milk is my go to with boba, of course. I might've ordered it for delivery 3 times last week. I would suggest calling ahead if you want it fast. I waited 30 mins for my drink, but I'm not going to knock a star off for that. The owner is impatient and mean to her employees. The teenagers work long hours with little to no breaks and are expected to memorize every drink. I'm pretty sure what she's doing is illegal.
