We asked an employee to help explain some of the roasts they offered and she was kind and helpful to give us some insight. You can buy the beans by 1/4 lb increments and they'll dispense and bag them fresh from their wall of beans. They also have a rewards program where you get a free lb of beans for every 10 or so lbs of beans you purchase. There were also prepackaged beans that come in 12 oz bags. The nutty aroma from the ube hit my senses before I even took a sip, and the first taste was everything. I've had a lot of different matchas and love them all for different reasons, but this one is easily in my top favorites. On our first visit the staff was quick to make recommendations on pastries when inquired by my husband and I. Similar to our second visit during lunch. We have ordered latte's and matcha's and both have been tasty. The food apart from their Adult Lunchable is made to order. This location also has merch to represent their style.
