He was so kind, polite and introduced himself and tried to donate the shop 2 of his vinyl that was just released. One for the shop to play and one to put in a local bin. (Californian Desert) As any independent artist knows, it takes a lot of time, money and courage to get your music and art out (grass roots style). Every single shop we have been to has not only been epically rad and kind, but some have even handed him cash for his record. This woman told him she "doesn't know what to do with it" and turned her back to him. Absolutely unkind and nasty.

I came back a few days later with the receipt and Dan was able to exchange it for a new copy when I came in, no problem. All staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, and they have an excellent selection of records available. The only small caveat I have is that the hours listed online are not accurate. They are not open Mondays and Tuesdays. This was not a problem for me since I live fairly close by, but I think it would be helpful for other customers if the online hours reflected this. Regardless, I'm very happy with the service I received and I'll be coming back.

They have a great selection of vinyls, cds, shirts, stickers, and everything about in between. Pretty pricy at times but I enjoy supporting small businesses like this.
