Was little discombobulated in the front line to many workers not enough guidance on who was doing what, it was PACKED . They was still knocking out orders in a efficient manner food was hit even with the long lines, I would have given 5 stars but 3 of my chicken orders was missing a tender in each and when you getting food for starving kids you already know the comments, but for a dairy queen on a hot day with lines wrapped around the store and to the door on the I side they knocked it out definitely a great job read more

we ordered a meal and they let us order large fries but would not let us order a large shake! We are paying for it so why could we not pay the difference? The girl was rude, the food was cold and then she didn't even give us a straw! Not to mention the food is way over priced! So even though I only have 2 check-in for now, we have been here several times. Recent visit to this revise was Thursday April 28, 2022. So I have to say I sort of know why the rating in reviews is low. So depending on the ice cream treat you order or food items, it is a hit or miss depending on either how many workers are in or if they are paying attention. One time I placed an order for their chicken basket, the 6 piece, because when I was younger one my parents use to purchase that for me after school. The way I remembered it is how the picture is on the menu. Sadly what I got instead was 4 piece not the 6 piece I ordered, dry gravy, and 1 piece of toast. I could not complain because they did not bother to put receipt in the bag, partially our fault for not checking the order or asking for the receipt, I just choose not to order food from them ever again. The most recent visit we ordered an Oreo Blizzard for myself and an Very Cherry Chip for her. At the speaker they asked if she wanted the chocolate, she said no, just the cherry. So we get to the window they do that test where they turn it upside down to show it is made properly, they turn mine upside down, but after a long wait as it seemed like the folks from Ohio in front of us made a laundry list of orders. so when we finally got to the window, I could see our order was waiting at the window, not freshly made, because what I ordered when they did the upside down test my blizzard did not go splat, we should have had them remake my lady's order as it was partially melted, Just know if we wanted a milk shake we would have ordered a milk shake not a blizzard, they did not turn upside down at all. Also they added the chip to it. I mean why ask the customer do you want it, if you are going to ignore the customer and add it anyways. Honestly from what we experiences, the staff usually talking, laughing, and or joking around. rather than paying attention to the order. For some reason they never give you a receipt, you always have to ask for it. From what we heard from people in town and other towns, all the Dairy Queens in the area are a hit or miss sadly. 2-3-23 @ 1238pm--ordered chili cheese dog combo in drive thru, I got home and my bun, hotdog, and some of the chilli was rock hard (clearly microwaved too long). I called the store and they were very nice about either come back for refund or take my name down. I opted to go back and pick up another chili cheese dog. I returned in about five minutes and went inside with first chilli dog. They made me another one and the front cashier said twice just chilli and cheese. What do know, I get to my car and it's just chilli with no cheese and I'm sure bun will get hard since it was again microwaved. Unfortunately on my lunch break and no time to go back. With fast, friendly service and the usual delicious Dairy Queen menu, this is a great place for the whole family to grab a bite to eat or just enjoy a cool treat on a hot day. The lobby is clean and well maintained. I love this DQ and will be back frequently over the summer. read more

Drive thru Had to repeat my order 3x, Drive up to an empty window, Waited to be greeted, Once money was taken I waited again, Then was handed my drink and asked to pull up to the trash can. (They have you pull up because there's a sensor that tracks wait time), I pull up to trash can and wait again, Then a girl comes out and asks me to pull up further, Then I wait again, Finally my food comes out! Start to finish 12min They have wait time sensors for a reason. One reason is so upper management can know if there's problems with staffing or process. When they ask you to pull up it's not doing customers or the business any good. read more

This was my first visit to this DQ and I WILL be back. The food was excellent and the service was wonderful. My chicken strips and fries were fresh and hot. My sundae was great too. I got the 5 Buck Lunch deal. It includes an entree, fries, drink, and small sundae. It's affordable and just the right portion. I am looking forward to returning with my family after we complete our move to here in Anderson. read more

This is the absolute worst DQ I've ever been to. Over the last month or so I have gone twice and I won't be going back. They put next to no toppings in their blizzards. If I wanted to eat mostly plain ice cream I'd go to Walmart. They also don't know how to put hot fudge on things. 2 medium royal Oreo blizzards later (the ones with fudge in the middle of it) I have gotten a few bites of hot fudge. But last I checked there should be a lot more then 3 bites of fudge in a medium blizzard. I also watched them scrape off part of my blizzard because it was poorly made and it was going to fall if it was flipped. Overall just terrible experience over multiple attempts for it to get better. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra 5 minutes to Chesterfield. This location is always extremely slow, very rude, and has terrible food.

This establishment is rude and has no customer service. The portions are a joke with the serving of ice cream for what you pay and you are charged extra for everything. To add sprinkles is .79 cents and only get 15 total is disgraceful! The employees do not wear gloves or wash between handling money and your food. I would avoid this DQ! read more

The employees are rude. Some of them were wearing short shorts to where I could see their butt cheeks, very unprofessional. They refused to make a freeze that I have recieved from them before, they said that is was against policy. Yet, the DQ down the road was happy to do that for me. Their food was stale, and you could tell that it has been sitting in a warmer for hours. I personally worked at a DQ for three years and this establishment is poorly managed. The inside was gross, you could see leftover food on nearly all tables, so they were not wiped down properly. The employee that had helped me was chomping on gum the whole time and she even rolled her eyes when I stated we would like our ice cream after we had ate. I will never be returning to this establishment, and I advise others not to as well. I can't believe how I was treated. This is the WORST service I have ever recieved in my entire life. I have been working in customer service since I was 14 years old. I know how to run an establishment and how to treat customers. This is despicable and completely disgusting. read more

I go to this DQ often. I have had great customer service and I have never had any mistakes. I was at this location last weekend and I got there at 10:50am cause I seen a truck in the drive through so I thought they were open. I sat at the ordering screen for a second and a guy came out and said that they don't open until 11:00am but he would still be happy to assist me on what I would like to order. I told him he didn't have to do that and he insisted. I ordered and got my food in less then 5 minutes. He had three customers he did this for in drive through. Great job. read more
