It had been many years since I've eaten at DQ. I decided to try a burger meal & swung thru the drive-up one Friday evening. I'm glad I did. The drive-up employee was not only friendly, she was very polite as well. It was great to see such good customer service. There was one car ahead of me & it didn't take long at all to order & get my food. I had one of the $7 Meal Deals. This was a Cheeseburger, Fries, Drink AND a small Sundae. The Cheeseburger was great, however a little too much mustard for my liking, the Fries were slightly underdone & needed more salt but it was a pretty big portion & they were crispy. I really enjoyed the Hot Fudge Sundae, it was yummy. For a small sundae the ice cream was huge. I had the fudge put in a separate container so I could warm it up at home. All in all this was an enjoyable meal & now one of my go-to favorites. read more

I visited Dairy Queen and ordered a shake that was runny and watery, unlike how it is normally made. I politely asked the employee at the register, Kassandra, if it could be remade. She responded that they were busy and could not remake it, and she did not apologize for the issue. When I asked again, she grabbed the drink from my hands and rolled her eyes. After remaking it, she handed it back to me. I said, "Thank you," but she simply stared at me without responding. I understand that employees can be busy, but customers should still be treated with courtesy and respect. The experience left me feeling unwelcome, and because of the poor customer service I received, I do not plan on returning to this location. I hope management can address this situation and provide additional customer service training so future customers have a better experience. read more

They closed on me when I pulled up @9:55 pm and turned the sign off while I was in the drive through and let me sit there until 10 pm anywhere else in the area with adults in the store stay open until closing time till the last minute these kids close early all the time this the 2nd time they done this not the first so I had to let it be known how the store is being run I work in the same area and work a closing shift and stay open until that last minute Dairy Queen needs to do better and y'all's hours are all over the place maps says open even right now and Yelp says closed at 10 PM read more

She chose the one of the ice cream options in a cup after being rudely interrupted multiple times. We get to the window and the gentleman handed us our food after we paid. They gave her quite possibly the saddest thing I've ever seen. Easily could've been the worse ice cream in the freezer. My significant other described it as dry & chalk like. The place is a complete mess. They only have one cashier, and they're not even using the numbers on the receipt. One person tried to explain that putting the cones on the counter wasn't efficient because almost everyone had ordered a cone. There are a few cones melting on the counter right now. I see about three people standing at the drive-through window chatting, while about sixty people are standing in confusion. We came to this Dairy Queen around 7 PM and were the only customers inside. We ordered two Blizzards and a sundae. The sundae came out in about 3 minutes, which was great--but then we waited 20 more minutes for the Blizzards. That's not an exaggeration. In the meantime, the family member who got the sundae had to eat it before it melted. Then another family came in, ordered, and got their ice cream almost instantly--as they should, it's ice cream, not a gourmet meal. Only after that did the girl at the front decide to check on our order, but she couldn't even figure out what we had ordered or what our order number was. We had to repeat our order. All in all, we spent 25 minutes waiting for ice cream. No one working there offered an apology beyond a half-hearted mutter, and no one offered any explanation or solution. This review is for a drive-thru visit for Blizzards and a pup cup and we were quite happy! Blizzards were great, had plenty of mix-ins, and were thick just as they should be. Pricey? Went into this location after 9 on a weekday. All kids running the place as expected. Only reason I went was I had a coupon. I ordered 2 Blizzards. Even with the discount it was $10 & I ordered Mediums. DQ for years has been overly priced. Knowingly aware of 6 people that just walked in, she smirks and continues to whisperer something just loud enough (in Spanish) to the co-worker on the other register. Keep in mind, there was absolutely no one before we entered nor anyone waiting to order after and if there was I would gladly allow them ahead! I have had very little issues with this location since I moved to this area back in September, I love DQ and it's easy on the wallet. The workers were nice and even when clearly short staffed they would still try their best. I started ordering from the app in the hopes of helping with drive-thru traffic. I ordered my stuff this time however and when I entered I realized my order had somehow gotten cancelled. I brought this up to the cashier and she mentioned it to what I assumed was the assistant manager at the drive-thru, who then accused me of having already picked up my order repeatedly, she said she saw me in the drive thru and I had gotten and left. It was pretty bold accusation-- I'm a regular here, and I was just wondering what happened to my order and suddenly the people behind me are hearing as this woman is blatantly accusing me of trying to steal food, I didn't want to cause a scene-- but I was livid! I was being accused of something I had not only paid for, but was supposedly cancelled and not picked up and it was LOUD-- for everyone else could hear the accusation and it was incredibly embarrassing, as an autistic person I struggle enough in social situations and I now am randomly being accused of something I genuinely didn't do and I could not get a word in. The manager came out later and explained the order just didn't go through, I appreciated her kindness but I can't shake the really upset feeling of being publically accused of scamming for food. I ordered a cake online here 6 days ago, so almost a full week. I asked for an Oreo flavored ice cream cake and asked for my boyfriends name on it with happy birthday & asked if it was possible to not do the chocolate drizzle on the side and instead a red icing would be better. I said that it was not necessary to put all the Oreo decorations on it as it was just for the flavor of cake and not what I wanted it to look like. I just picked it up & it was just an already premade Oreo cake like the ones in the fridge up front except it had my boyfriends name written on the bottom, half covered by cookie chunks and also SPELLED INCORRECTLY. I would assume with 6 days to prepare this order and the 30 seconds it took to take the icing and write "happy birthday" on an already premade cake, that y'all could have at the very least spelled his name correctly. read more

I love DQ but the wait time today was ridiculous. The lobby wasn't busy around 1pm and we ordered food and a blizzard. The ice cream came out immediately and was consumed first. We waited over 39 minutes as the food slowly came out of the window from the kitchen for orders placed before ours. He called a number after our ticket so I went to the counter to ask what happened. The kitchen staff said they made it a while ago and he already gave it out - clearly not the case. I asked for a refund and the manger could care even less saying I guess we have new people. Worst Dairy Queen ever. Ignored by the entirety of staff. The problem isn't staffing, there are probably 10 people working at the establishment, but they are all on their phones and do not care if a customer is trying to get their attention. They were eating food and talking on their cell phones in front of us. We felt unwelcome and felt as if we were interrupting them. We did not receive our correct order (after reminding them several times to MAKE our 2 blizzards) but it wasn't even worth pursuing at this point. Definitely will not return to this location EVER. Average time in drive through is about 25 mins and I pulled up two out of the three times right up to the order tower. It's not like there was a long line. 4 cars tops. Staff is never friendly and loves to just say here you go. Total shame because my family and kids are suckers for a dipped cone.
