We ordered their bacon double burger with curly fries, saucy& loaded mini tacos, and crispy chicken wings. The burger looks very plain and not sure why its pale looking not like mcdo or wendys. They didnt give me buttermilk dipping sauce for the wings so I couldnt try it. The loaded mini tacos was loaded with cheese, spicy sauce and lettuce. This jack in the box has got to step it up. All the way from the General manager who let's his girlfriend run the store. Order is never correct and they only hire Hispanics. He will act like he don't know English when u come in with a problem and his shift manger(girlfriend) is so rude over the phone and in person. Slow on orders even though they have 50 people there in the evening with not a car in sight. Would not recommend and I'll definitely never spend money there again. I've been working in the area for the past few months. Jack in the Box is a wonderful option for my lunch break. I've come to this location around a dozen times. The crew seems like they have potential and the food is decent. However almost every single time I come, I have to remind them about my ranch sauces and/or sweet and sour sauces. One time they forgot my 4 tacos I ordered. It's a habit that before I leave, I double check my order because there is a high probability that it is incorrect. On this most recent visit, I ordered my two sides of ranch at the order menu. After I pulled up to the pay window and paid, they asked me to pull around front. I waited for around 10 minutes for my food. A young man with curly hair brought my food without the sides of ranch. I stated the ranch was missing. He asked if I could park two parking spots closer to the front door. I did and he never came back out. Another woman waiting for food next to me, went inside and came out upset and vocal, with side sauces in her hand. We were both on the same page. I went inside and the young man with curly hair realized he forgot about my sides of ranch. I asked to speak with a manager, whom refused to share his name in a red shirt with short black hair. I informed him of this reoccurring theme with the sides of sauce. My words seemed to fall on deaf ears. I stated I would leave a more proper review on Yelp. I think this team has potential to be a lot better. I think a better leader would help tremendously. I would bet money that if you come for a drive through order, that you have a 75 percent chance the order is off. Something worth reviewing and being aware of for the company moving forward. We have been to this Jacks about 5 times now. We're San Diego natives so we take pride in this one fast food chain lol as it was founded in San Diego. Lol I needed to preface this review by saying that so you know why I was so passionate haha. Every time we've gone it was late night, we know how that some restaurants charge extra for sauce so we always ask before they slide the card because we do NOT mind paying (even though we feel we shouldn't have to pay) . Every time we've gone, we stated this and made it known we want a handful and don't mind paying & every time they've given us 2 & closed the window. LOL they probably so use to getting yelled at about buttermilk lol. I'm usually not the driver (the more patient one is the driver lol ) so he never lets me go off about buttermilk hahaha. Then the fries aren't ever fresh, we getting end of the day fries, the tacos are drenched in sauce it's basically just sauce. Hubs and I went to this Jack In The Box location after running some errands in this part of the neihborhood. Since they are the new fast food in this part of the town, my oh my definitely lots of patrons come thru here. The norm order for Hubs though I cant recall what was it when we were there. I realized that they have some other orders from the menu, that other Jack In The Box does not have, that we have been to. On the day we were there, my order was slightly disappointing. Every time it took a minimum of 20 minutes... The longest was over a half hour through the drive through with only one car in front of me... We came to this location's drive-thru after visiting another location that wasn't serving chicken strips due to a possible piece of glass found in them. It would appear that they had no information on this issue as they sold them without hesitation. My daughter found nothing wrong with the chicken strips and enjoyed her meal. The reason for the 4 instead of 5 stars is her drink order. She ordered a combo with a large water instead of soda (not requesting a price reduction). When we got to the pick-up window, she wanted to give us a large Coke. I'm thinking they don't have a button to indicate water with a combo. If this is the case, they should have passed it on as a special order and verbally mentioned it to the girl at the window. She was happy to remedy the problem, though, when we brought it to her attention.
