He scooped my ice cream into a bowl, poured Carmel on it and proceeded to scoop 2 bare handfuls of cashews on top. I told him politely it probably had nothing to do with him, but was surprised he hadn't been trained to use a scoop for the cashews. This fell on deaf ears as he walked away without a response. He then proceeded to make my granddaughters sundae, continuing by scooping the jimmied out of the container with bare/ungloved hand, along with the cherry for a topping. I told him if I return and see the same procedures unchanged I will call the health department and report this.
