I would be so stressed out if I was a teenager working here. Every single ingredient is weighed and when you think about how much time it takes weighing every sprinkle when there's a line it just seems petty. Also I've never seen so many cameras focusing on the backside of the counter. Just wasn't impressed. read more

Love this cute coffee/ice cream shop! I'm so happy they have regular hours and their heated area overlooking the outdoor ice rink next door is open during this time. I stumbled across this adorable ice cream and coffee place with my boyfriend and 4 year old tonight! I loved the atmosphere and decor, so lively and fun. Not to mention the huge variety of ice cream coffee and food! We all got ice cream scoops in a waffle cone needless to say it didn't stick around long. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because when we were looking at ice cream selections a few of the cashiers were shouting about both registers being open but since I had never been there I didn't know there were two registers.. All of the girls who work here are sooo nice. They literally are super fast when you order and they also allow pets which is awesome.

This is our go-to ice cream shop. We order custom ice cream cookie sandwiches and ice cream cakes with the hand scooped ice cream for all of our kids parties. Our favorites are the lemon bar, Carmel cone, and s'more hand scooped. The dole whips are good too. I've only had the coffee once and I wasn't a fan but I think it was more of an ordering error than their abilities. Because of covid last year, we couldn't bring treats for our daughters class on her bday so we went to sips and sprinkles and bought their "free cone" cards to pass out to the kids. I took one star off because the manager was rude to me after ordering a cake and cookies last September. The girl at the counter said they could do the 3 mini cookies with different flavors, and then the manager called to say they couldn't, which I said was totally fine because the girl must not have known. But she had an attitude, acting like I was being difficult when I absolutely was not. She said I had an issue with the cake too, I said no, I had asked if we could do the cake half and half like I had in the past but they said they could no longer do that. Again, I said fine and said just do lemon bar then. I just kept saying whatever was fine (because I really didn't care about the flavors, I just wanted multiple options.) We have ordered since then and it has always been fine. So maybe she was just having a hard day, it happens. And it's still a local favorite. read more

Whoa! Just ordered blended drink's and iced drinks in usual "small" size I always buy. Look out now these drinks were now in an 8oz. Cup. Same price. This is about 4oz. Smaller. No one mentioned this when I ordered just put them in drink carrier. I was in there 2 day's ago and drink size had not changed then. I understand the economy,etc But please give a "heads up". Great Ice Cream. I always get a Chocalate Peanut Butter Cup Tornado and I'm never let down with it. I may experiment with other flavors but I'll stick to the usual Tornado. Honestly, this place is amazing and my only downside is the price is slightly hiked, but it's perfect for an Ice Cream places price. read more

This place is fantastic! The ice cream is great quality. It is better than other ice cream I have had at other establishments. The staff is very friendly and despite being busy were very efficiently keeping up the pace and quick service. The quality didn't suffer with the quick pace. There are plenty of places to sit and lots of options s besides ice cream there's coffee beverages, tea, smoothies, pie and hot food too, which I plan to try next time when I haven't already eaten. I plan on being a regular at this establishment with my family. I highly recommend that anyone who has a swest tooth to head there. read more
