This dairy queen has gone DOWN HILL so bad Every time I come here I am greeted with the most rude service ever. When I came here for the 2 for 6$ cupcakes they would not honor the deal. So I decided to order a lemonade.. a regularrr lemonade... and they gave me something pink? I asked them for a regular lemaonde and they said "that is lemonade." all sassy... I've been to the store three times already and each time it's the same six 6 guys four old guys and then two young ones just sitting around drinking and talking really loud and each time I had to wait between 15 to 20 minutes to for somebody to come up to the counter and help me even though they were doing nothing and they were literally just in front of me looking at me one by one and here's a thing every single time none of them were the ones that helped me out they always wait there is usually a guy that works with them. That looks like a teenager around 17 and they wait for him to come help me even though they're doing literally nothing and I see the guy the teenager just running around making a bunch of orders going to the back and come to the front and he just looks exhausted and the place is dirty. The lights are horrible. They're always out of everything. read more

They totally helped us out last minute! We had ordered a cake from a different location and when we went to pick it up they had forgotten to make a preordered cake. Well this DQ didn't miss a beat. I walked in and got a cake they had it decorated in a few minutes and I was on my way!!! read more

In the midst of COVID we were looking for somewhere to go and get a treat that we did not necessarily need to go into a store and chose to drive through this location. I will say we never do this but we ordered a blizzard for each of us and it was excellent, service at the window was great and we felt that we got what we paid for and would visit this location again. read more

I am so excited to finally able to dine-in that I just ordered a simple meal, and it helped that I was also starving as well. When I walked in it only took like 5 minutes for my order. Plus the employees were not only cool to talk to, but my order was done right. I had the chili cheese dog, with some soda, and of course a green shake for dessert. All in all my visit was only 20 minutes, but this place is so worth stopping. I think I will come here again, since it is so convenient, and with spring coming, what a good place for a blizzard or even a meal. read more

Hello I am not trying to be rude and pointing fingers at anyone but me and my friend went to this Dairy Queen and we order 2 small Butterfinger blizzard with extra Butterfinger and Reese's cups with extra and our total was around $18 and there was no extra toppings. when we asked to get our money back because we were upset the girl at the first door went to go get someone else so when she came she said in a very rude and upsetting tone " I can remake " so we said okay that's fine as long as there is a lot of toppings like we paid for. She when she was done remaking them the other girl comes back to give them to us and the blizzards looked so much better and when we started to drive away the rude manager said is she happy with that one in a Condescending way read more

Considering the times we are in, I am very concerned with the cleanliness of this restaurant. As I was eating my lunch, I watched an employee come from the back with a wet rag. He went to the table next to ours and wiped it down very quickly. Without even flipping that rag over he went to the next table and the next table and the next table until he managed to hit the whole eating area. To make matters worse, he then went to the condiment/pop area and wiped that without even rinsing the rag. He was also the worker that brought meals out to people. WITH THE CORONAVIRUS AND FLU GERMS RUNNING AT A HIGH LEVEL THE ONLY THING HE MANAGED TO DO WAS SPREAD THESE POTENTIAL BACTERIA/GERMS FROM ONE TABLE TO ANOTHER TABLE AND SO ON! Consider the amount of people that could be contaminated/exposed by one person wiping down a table without rinsing or spraying down with a disinfectant correctly! APPALLING!! When I got home and told my daughter what I had seen she explained that at that same Dairy Queen location she had witnessed an employee wiping the tables, dropping the rag on the floor, picking it up, and continuing to wipe tables down. I am not sure how these employees are trained but it is clear that management doesn't really care about the health of their customers. Horrible service. Manger was beyond rude and when I told her she had messed up are order she got even more mad. Person I was with had called up there and got hung up on, so I called and when I told her we were going to be making a complaint she told me to not come to their location then, and then hung up on me. read more

If I could give it a zero rating I would. Good luck getting what you ordered because it's mostly made badly or wrong. When you tell the staff about it they are very rude and say "too bad". Worst restaurant customer service I've seen in a long time. read more

Good ice cream, good service, good friends. That's how Dairy Queen should be. Dairy Queen Andover doesn't deserve its one star rating, because more than any other soft serve fast food establishment, it fulfills that promise. Pay a visit to this DQ and I personally guarantee that you'll feel at home. When they say welcome to Dairy Queen, you instinctively know that they're happy to have you there, and when they say have a nice day, you can feel in your heart that they mean it. I don't often use the phrase life-changing, but to call Dairy Queen Andover anything else would be simply wrong. read more
