This store has the rudest management EVER! I had a problem with my order reported it to corporate who misinterpreted what I said and told them I didn't receive my order which I did I just had a quality issue. I got a call from the Store manager, As I'm trying to explain to him the problem with my order and how it wasn't fresh he's constantly talking over me yelling at me like I'm his child so I hung up and he kept calling right back. Their cashiers are very rude! They are more worried about talking on the phone than waiting on their customers! Why do they have items on their app then say they don't have it! Very unprofessional. When I ask for a peanut brittle crunch cone,her response was we don't have those. Tried to find out why they didn't if on the app. All I got was the window slammed in my face. We went through the drive thru, ordered a number 6 and a kids chicken tender meal with ketchup. They didn't get the number 6 and the kids menu they put some kind of ranch or something. We went back into the drive thru and asked for another kids meal to replace the number 6 and extraaaaaa ketchup. They put extra ketchup but the packets were dirty. The layout for the drive thru at this location is counterintuitive the window should be on the other side of the building so that cars have more room to pull up allowing other cars to no have to sit in the road. Customer service is nonexistent here everyone seems under paid and overworked. The food and ice cream here is less than par do yourself (and your family) a favor and go elsewhere. read more

The menu is pretty much the same in all these cool treats and hot eats drive ins. They do a good job at this location. Service is friendly and engaging. It's common courtesy. I'm not sure there is s better ice cream treat out there to even challenge the Blizzard. Banana splits are well crafted and if anything under priced for such well built belt loosened. For a fastfood chili dog they do an admirable job. Good pop to the wiener, thick rich chili rides the weenie well on a fresh bun. You can eat one in three bites holding one hand riding a bicycle. Shakes are rich creamy gizzard freezers. Even the chick fingers are tasty. Hot fudge will sho nuff melt some of this kohlar mix ice cream. It's fun and they see to it you enjoy your visit. Weve come in here a few times because it's the closest SlDQ to us...never again. Of the handful of times we've been here I don't think that we've ever had a good experience. Example this time; order two meals and a kid's meal. Chicken strips and a number 1 without mayonnaise. Nothing hard. So we get the meals and the number 1 has mayo on it. Send it back. Wait. When I asked for the flavor choices for the milk shakes the person at the drive through replied "it depends what you want." I wasn't sure what that meant and it wasn't helpful at all so I just chose a standard chocolate and placed my order. When I drove around to the window I waited about 10 minutes before a cashier came over and I had to give her my order for the second time. It will be quite awhile if ever before I go to this DQ again. I recently ordered two chili dogs from the drive thru , once we left discovered I had two chili cheese dogs. Returned a week later and go inside and asked for the same and upon looking at my receipt after ordering I again had two chili cheese dogs. Brought the mistake to her attention. When I inquired was there a difference in price I was told no. I worked at this DQ many years ago, cheese added was extra. The final straw was this week went in and after ordering I noticed the cook in back pants were hanging off his behind, (slacking I believe it's called) I asked for and spoke with a manager (young lady) who appeared to be of High School age and expressed my displeasure/disgust with the young man preparing food dressed in such a way, All the time I am watching this fellow to make sure his hands didn't go any place inappropriate. I think he became aware that I was complaining about his attire and disappeared into a corner so that I couldn't see him at which point I asked for my money back and left the establishment. Before leaving two of his co workers said loudly to one another "I told you he ought to pull those pants up". When I asked for my money explaining that when I lost sight of their co worker I didn't want to eat his food one said "I understand". Visited this place a couple days ago and the costumer service was horrible, the cashier was super rude to me and my friends, she looked at me up and down with a mean face and didn't have manners at all. I called because I wanted to check if I left an item of mine there, they said they would inform the manager and he would check the cameras to see if I left my item with valuables. We called about three times and they kept saying the manager wasn't there or that he had just left. I know it's not an obligation for them to check the cameras, but the least they could have done is checked where we were sitting or asked around to see if any of the staff saw something, that's all. The girl on the phone with me and my dad was rude af, I don't know if the bad treatment was because of the fact we're not from here but they need to check themselves and be nicer and respectful to other people. Although my wife and I enjoy visiting this DQ location, at times the service can be appalling. Like on the evening of November 4, 2016. We came in and there were two people at the counter. The employee acknowledged us and we waited for her to complete the order she was taking. Meanwhile several others entered through another door and crowded behind the people being waited on. Even though the clerk CLEARLY saw us waiting and had already acknowledged us being there she took the others ahead of us. We walked out. I think we're done with this place.
