Ordered a cheeseburger meal and failed to say "deal". I was surprised when the total was $8.35 since the sign said the meal was $7, but didn't complain. Went to get the sundae that goes with the meal after eating the burger and was told that you only get the sundae if you specifically say "meal deal" instead of just meal. The cashier confirmed the meal I got was identical to the cheeseburger meal deal, except that I paid extra to not get the sundae because I didn't say the word "deal." I was unable to find the regular cheeseburger meal on the wall menu and asked her where it was. She looked blankly at the wall menu for a minute and then looked back at me and didn't say anything until I walked away. read more

We wanted to get a blizzard for my partner for doing a good job with something difficult. Showed up over 20 minutes before closing, and they denied us ordering the blizzard. My disappointment is immeasurable. I worked in food service for years and 20 full minutes before close is NOT an appropriate window to deny customers. If it were 5 minutes, I would understand. #1, every single time I come in here, Mikaila talks to me like I'm wasting her time, this is my fourth negative interaction with her. #2, we placed an order with five meals. We received only 4, with one of them being a mistake. After over 20 minutes of going back and forth and one girl repeatedly asking me which ONE burger is missing, I explain repeatedly that technically TWO are missing because one is wrong. I even heard the cook raise his voice saying the order was correct. She goes in back FIVE times and comes back to ask which ONE burger I want replaced. I told her to bring me the bags so I can remove the mistake and she can see because she's not getting what I'm saying. She goes in back and the cook comes out, throws his hands up and accuses ME of having an attitude, yet not a single employee is LISTENING. Now I only explain it to him twice and he finally gets it! We've been here over 30 minutes with melted ice cream and we're still waiting for food. After 10 more minutes, ANOTHER girl comes from the back to ask AGAIN!!!!!! We've been here for 40 minutes now and it's still not done! Total of 50 minutes, the three burgers that didn't need fixing are cold, the fries are cold. Our ice cream is melted! We spent almost $100 total this evening. And every employee that made this visit difficult hid in the back and they sent the nicest one out, like I'm the villain! Yet they couldn't get the order right and wouldn't listen. I understand it was busy and the dinner rush, but solving an issue shouldn't take almost an hour, to end in poor food because it's melted or cold. I too work in the food service industry for a large corporation and what happened this evening would be cause for management action. I WILL be contacting the store and need someone from above a position in the store to contact me. Also, an employee started their shift during this, didn't wash her hands and started making ice cream. read more

2/27/25 5:50 pm. I'm sorry but 5.47 for a half melted sundae while using a coupon seems a bit ridiculous to me. I was told it was going to be a little extra when asking if I could use the $2.99 coupon for a turtle sundae. When I got up to the window, I handed the girl a five with the coupon. After she said 5.47.. I asked was I even saving anything with the coupon but receive no response just a careless look. I then asked if I could just get the small because I only order the medium if the coupon wasn't going to save anything and was told it was already made. I told her she could just keep the change and she closed the window for a few seconds.. not sure what she was doing while the whole time she had the sundae in her hand. I just wanted to grab it and get out of there at that point. I will NEVER be back here again. read more

Gave them a try for the first time today and the Caramel Fudge Cheesecake Blizzard set the tone. Filled with so many flavors from the fudge to the perfect mixture of cheesecake with a twist. The burger was huge and packed with plenty of flavor in each bite however the tomato didn't cut it but the two cheeses made this burger great. Fries were good and fresh. Lastly I had the chicken tenders they were fried just right, didn't try any of the dipping sauces besides barbecue but it was a win in my book. Don't worry DQ I'll be back soon to try more of your menu definitely worth the visit if you've never had them. read more

The dreamsicle dipped cone is right at $4.00 for a small. It's nothing special and we decided we would not go back. Seems a little over priced for what you get. Also while I appreciate the efforts regarding COVID, I think requiring masks in the drive through is unnecessary. I've not seen this from other similar businesses. This was my first visit to this location, and first time visiting any of their "Grill and Chill" variants of their chains. The food itself was pretty good, but it may be more worthwhile just getting a drive thru or pick up here. The dining area is relatively small and comparable to a generic McDonald's dining area. This location is very family friendly, and even has toys for kids to play with - which also makes this not the place to go if you want peace and quiet while eating fast food. I kid you not, three different kids, each at separate tables at different times, were yelling and screaming while we were here. We even had a kid come up to us while we were eating, and asked us if we liked his pants. Bottom line - food here is good, but if you are looking to eat in silence or with minimal noise and distraction, you are better off getting drive thru. If you have kids and are looking for a place to let them loose and play, eat inside. read more

this location totally sucks after they cleared our order and left us standing there for 35 minutes they told us how sorry they were and it was not even acceptable that this happened she told me over the phone our order I didn't even need to say it she said they would replace it next time for free then when we went they turned us away and said they was not honoring it but she knew what I was talking about I called corporate because that was the only number they gave me nothing came of it no contact so I called back and they said we never told you we would replace it sometimes when we are busy it takes a while but everyone else had their food to their table and was done eating that was in line with our order and leaving building by the time we got our food then to flat out lie on top of it was the kicker I hope they enjoy messing with people we went right to Arby's and had a good quick warm meal read more

We stopped in on August 8th (early afternoon) for a quick ice cream, and were sadly disappointed. We are local and this store is literally within a few blocks of our home. In recent years the store has never had great service, but recently it has fallen to the point where it makes Wal-Mart look like Neiman Marcus. Typically the wait time is long, and the service experience is poor but as I said you are convenient. In fact, we have come to expect a group of lackadaisical teenagers who appear to be unmanaged and unmotivated attending to your business. Yesterday, we stopped in via the drive thru and the experience failed to meet our already low expectations. The young lady working the intercom, was literally unintelligible. After what we assumed was a response for us to pull around we waited for 3 to 4 mins for the car in front of us to get their order. This I understand is unavoidable and part of using a drive thru. We then pulled forward only to wait again (another 4 mins) for one dipped small cone, one Buster Bar, and one Dilly Bar. After waiting the young lady appeared with our order, and it looked like the cone had been stepped on. The ice cream was partially melted and looked horrible, the trademark curl could best be described as a blob. Neither the wait or the substandard curl was that big of a deal, the horribly stale cone really was, to coin a phrase, "the cherry on top." As I said we are local, but will be driving by to anywhere next time we want ice cream. read more

3/6/2015 Putting one star because unable to put zero. The staff is very unprofessional. I have seen multiple staff members on cell phones.. One of which I believe is a manager... I often times can hear personal conversations that if there was proper HR management would be reported. Every time I sit down to eat, my table is sticky. I understand it's an ice cream joint but, it's every time I go in! And 9 times out of 10 my fries taste as if they have been sitting in the warmer for hours and I see people working the drive window handling random peoples cash and then going to the cook the order WITHOUT WASHING THEIR HANDS. Seems as though this place is ran as a free for all and no one is really worried about it. Will not be wasting my money there anymore. read more

My family showed up at the Dairy Queen to celebrate a family members birthday at 10:02 (they closed at 10) while the doors were already locked and they were mopping the floors, however the manager Crystal told us to come in and that she would take us anyway.. I just had to say I tried the "monster cookie" blizzard at Dairy Queen this weekend, it was awesome. The blizzard is full of many different tastes and textures. Everything from m&m's, peanut butter, and cookies are in it. It's very rich in flavor, so I would recommend getting a small or sharing it with somebody. But everyone who likes blizzards should try the "monster cookie" before they stop making them. By the way, this particular dairy queen does not sell the "brownie batter" blizzard anymore. (not sure if all the Dairy Queen's are like this). But that blizzard was fantastic too. read more
