We should have known something was wrong when we pulled up and there were no cars in the parking lot or any customers inside. It started off with me asking for something on the breakfast menu and the employee was mesmerized and could not figure out what I was asking for. I basically had to point it out on the menu above his head and he finally said oh yeah okay..... We also ordered two small coffees with our breakfast and after waiting around 15 minutes we finally were brought out the food and coffee, we asked for creamer and sweetener and he acted like he didn't know what we were asking for, after explaining several times he finally said oh yeah again.... He comes back a minute later with the industrial size bottle of creamer with sweetener in it. we manually added the creamer to our coffees and then I asked what about the sweetener? He blatantly told us that they did not have any of that in the restaurant! We went back to the seating area and proceeded to take a sip of coffee and it was disgusting, it tasted like something that was made the night before. I grabbed the two cups of coffee and went back to the counter asking the employee to give us some fresh coffee, he stated that it was fresh and I said no I don't believe so. I asked would you please give me fresh coffee. he then proceeded to tell me that they didn't have any more coffee in the restaurant! I then asked for our money back, he said that I shouldn't be so rude to him and then proceeded to refund me for the coffee. We will never go back to this restaurant ever again! read more

This West side Dairy Queen was horrible for many years. We stopped going for several years and would go to the one in Jett. We ate at the West side DQ a couple times in 2017 and a couple times so far in 2018. It is much, much better than it was 10 years ago. The service is great and the food is good. I gave them 4 stars because the blizzard selection is a lot smaller than it used to be. read more

Wish I could give this particular Dairy Queen Grill & Chill zero stars - Probably the worst fast food dining experience I have had in my 35 years of living! Smelled funny when we walked in, gnats were flying around the dining area (and in the women's restroom), employees' uniforms were a mess and unkempt. Took a good 10 minutes to fill our order and when we finally received it, it was wrong! Only took a few bites and decided it wasn't worth the likely food poisoning to keep eating. This location recently started serving breakfast, and since I get breakfast at another DQ in my nearby hometown on the weekends, I have started stopping a this one on my way to work some mornings since it is located very close to my office. The food quality is usually pretty decent for breakfast items, so no complaints there. However, the drive thru wait can be slow to extremely slow at times, especially if there is more than one car in line. Seems like many mornings there is only one person working the store. Really? Come on DQ management. I am also frequently charged different prices for the same order. For instance, I ordered one sausage biscuit and a large coffee this morning, which is an order I place from time to time. Girl working the window rang me up at $6.57. That usually costs me $4 and some change. Heck, I can get the 2 sausage biscuit combo with a coffee minus the hash browns (which I don't really care for anyway) way cheaper than $6.57, When I questioned her on the price, she re-rung it and asked "how does $6.07 sound"? I just rolled my eyes and said to myself..."still way to dang high" and like a chump I paid it. Co-workers won't go there any more because of the slow service and some of them have also had problems with the food as well, but that is mostly in relation to lunch which I don't use them for. As mentioned above, I frequent the DQ in my nearby hometown on the weekends, and a little more often during the summer on weeknights picking up treats for myself or the grandkids on warm nights. That store is managed MUCH better and always fully staffed and I pay the same price for the same order, it's never a guessing game.
