Drivethru order #2546. Start out by saying all the employees encountered were very nice. Having said that, the young man that took my order(obvious he was new) really struggled. Had to ring up my order, then delete it and start over 3 different times. Originally ringing all my food individually when I asked for meals, then I said "u made those meals right" he said ya, but then the woman watching him made him delete it all and re ring it up because they weren't meals(2 meals). Eventually after getting through with all that and his supervisor helping him through the last few steps, we got done. Got my food shortly after and got back on the road. Only to find out 5 minutes later that after ringing my food up and deleting it all those times, he had still rung me up wrong. He put my sandwich in as spicy even after the woman and him both asked me special type of chicken I wanted on the sandwich. Supposed to be regular but it was spicy chicken on the pimento sandwich. Just a really bad experience from usually a good stop. I'm just frustrated after all that, my food still got rung up wrong. The only reason I know it was rung wrong is because the sticker on the box said spicy. This won't stop me from coming back, but maybe don't put the new guy in drive thru during lunch rush. We just had a wonderful experience at this Chick-fil-A! Special shout out to Ms. Angela! My grandson wanted more chicken nuggets. She stopped by our table to see if we needed anything. When she learned about the nuggets, she brought a serving to us - and then wouldn't let me pay for them. She went way above and beyond to help a frazzled, tired grandma!! Plus, the food was excellent. Hot and fresh! And they allowed my picky granddaughter to have just a plain bun, along with her kids' meal. Plus, they still have a play area for kids! And their drive-thru doesn't negatively impact people walking into the restaurant! The restaurant, restrooms, and play place we're all clean. This is now our favorite Chick-fil-A! read more

This place is so busy that no one goes there anymore. Seriously, you can sit 10 to 15 minutes in the drive thru sometimes. Food is decent priced, but not great priced. There are other chicken joints in this town, and some aren't far away from this one. I will say the store is always clean and the clean and friendly staff are almost always "a cut above" what is sometimes experienced in other fast food places. I have nothing against anyone being poor (plenty in my family have been, and still are) but I have a lot against "all tattoo'd up, chain-smoking/vaping, greasy hair and just generally dirty". read more

My husband has exclaimed about food purchased from Chick-Fil-A when traveling. It seems to be a frequent airport offering. When the Chick-Fil-A opened in Frankfort I decided I had to try it. The first several months I avoided the overcrowded restaurant and parking lot. Then I realized it is continuing to stay crowded even after the newness has worn off. Reason 1 - The food is much better than many fast food options. Reason 2 - The parking lot is way too small for the popularity of the restaurant. I went through the drive through several weeks ago and despite the line being fairly long the traffic moved quickly. The employees were all courteous and efficient. The chicken burger that I ordered was perfect - a hot & tender battered chicken breast, lettuce, tomato on a fresh bun. I'm not sure what can be done about the lack of parking but this is a great option for a delicious meal on the run. read more

This is an update to my previous review of 4 stars: this place has consistently went down hill in the mornings. Mobile or for curbside pick up you still waiting 10 minutes and some mornings I've had to go inside to get my food. This morning I was in drive thru behind only one other car. Over 10 minutes I waited. And no apologies received from the staff. Can we talk about how awesome their chicken is?? I mean really, I have a serious addiction to this place!! Let's just call it the sweet chicken nectar of the Gods! My most favorite breakfast meal is the chicken biscuit, man that biscuit is like butter and will melt in your mouth. My fav lunch special is the spicy chicken sandwich with pepper jack and extra pickles. I don't know what they are doing here but they need to keep it going. I have multiple food allergies and IBS. I specified my food allergies and requested a gluten free bun on the order. Even though this was my first mobile order with curbside pickup, I had eaten grilled chicken with a gluten free bun and waffle fries before this. I got sick after eating food from your establishment on Wednesday, 2/27/19. The mobile ordering was very easy, but I don't know if I will ever feel safe using this service again. This experience turned me away from your location. Its sad, because Chick-Fil-A is one of the few restaurants where I felt safe to eat. Update: I shared my experience on the Chick-Fil-A mobile app. Within hours, I was contacted by phone by the store manager. We spoke at length about my experience and the company's procedures. He recommended that I request a glove change in the future to avoid/minimize cross contamination. He wanted to make things right and ensure not to lose a customer. I will give this another try and then update my rating. read more

This is probably the worse chick fil a I've ever ate at. Don't get me wrong, the customer service is absolutely great. But the food is trash. You pay 10$ + for ice cold fries, my chicken tenders beyond hard and burnt and to top it off I couldn't go back because I was on my lunch break. Only thing decent was my HI C fruit punch. Love me some Chick-fil-A, HOWEVER went in this morning to get some breakfast and things didn't go so well. Walked in, no one in line ordered my standard #1 with a large sweet tea. Then..... the wait was on.... The dynamic was one that I don't normally see in this place. Young man that took my order was perfectly nice. I say there was a lady that was prepping bags for the drive through and the togo orders. Then a man that appeared to the manager was working as well. The young lady that was the prepper just stood there while finished order started to pile up. The young man that took my order seemed to have a tough time juggling his duties, and the manger was totally disengaged from his staff. That being said, I was there for 15 minutes while waiting for my #1 with a large sweet tea. It wasn't just me, there was no one in line when I came in but there were probably 7 people waiting for their orders. The manager was rather rude as he barked out names for orders, no "thank you", no "have a great day". For now Chick-fil-A is no longer an option for me in the morning, I can get that kind of service anywhere, anytime, just didn't expect it from Chick-fil-A. read more

The employees actually looked like they enjoyed serving the customers. A couple of us have the mobile app so we doh d a place to sit and then used our apps to order and pay for our meals. I live literally a stone's throw from here and this is where I head to for my fast food chicken fix. The spicy chicken sandwich is one of the best chicken sandwiches around. The hearty and healthy chicken noodle soup is very comforting on cold days. And I can't say enough good things about their nuggets. We get catering too from here for office parties and everything has been good. Using their app for ordering is extremely easy and your food would would be brought out to you as soon as you reach. Just wanting to give a quick shout out to the marketing and PR guy Jonathan Gaby for his great hospitality! Traveling from Chicago to TN for Labor Day weekend, we stopped here for lunch. With Chick Fil A known for their awesome service, we had our food delivered in a timely order. However, our shake was never brought out... we thought it was forgotten, which we would have understood since it was a busy lunch rush. We found our shake sitting at the order counter melting...it was just drink at that point. Mr Jonathan Gaby came to rescue! He approached our tables asking about our experience, and we told him of our displeasure. With his calming voice, he said he will make a fresh one right now and said keep the old one. When he delivered the new one, he said "this one should be more Icy" This might sound like a no big deal, but small things like this make a huge difference. Give this man the snaps! read more

This place is great for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. They are opened Monday-Saturday and with delicious meals all day long. Although I am obsessed with their Waffle Fries and Mac and Cheese, this time my coworkers and I tried some items from their Breakfast Catering. I called in this order and the staff member was very pleasant and completed the order correctly. During this time, the lobby is closed so they are still offering their drive-thru service and added curbside for those who placed their orders online or over the phone such as myself. When I arrived, I parked in the front curbside parking space and the attendant processed my order. My coworkers and I ordered the 20 piece Chicken Mini's and their signature fruit bowl. The mini's were very good and fresh. We love their tasty chicken but the bread that comes on their is phenomenal!!! Service providers could have been friendlier, but compared to other fast food restaurants even the unfriendly few at Chick-Fil-A are better than the standard fast food servers. Healthy choice for today (with Weight Watcher Smart Points) was the Southwest Salad, with chili lime vinaigrette (8 smart points) Skipped the tortilla strips easily as they came in a separate package. Diet lemonade (1 smart point) made with Splenda is a nice change of pace from tea or soda. Plenty of parking and store stands alone in KMart parking lot. The guy taking my order was very rude. I think his name was clay. When I tried to scan my app for my reward points he laughed at me cause I did not know it was scanned. He also didn't say my pleasure but also mocked the "my pleasure" . He also was disobeying his manager which made me very uncomfortable knowing he could be rude to me also. Went here for breakfast with the family. Kids ordered lunch and it was only an extra five minute wait for their food. The breakfast sandwich tasted a little different than normal but it was still good. The restrooms were clean and so was the dining area. The do provide a military discount.
