Tried to repeat order 4 different times, at least and she couldn't figure out what to enter, didn't enter coupon. She was rude, inattentive and quite frankly, I believe she was on something. Worst food service in have encountered in a long time. It started from the time i ordered my ice cream. Im assuming the person i interacted with was the manager on duty , he was super rude, he didnt understand what i order so he just gave me whatever and then got mad when it wasnt what i wanted . Ordered 4 Chicken strips-bev-onion rings and fries on 10/15/2023 at 11:57 AM. None of the four had fries. Even discussed the fries with Mike, the Mgr on duty, before the order was placed. We went to this location yesterday and upon arrival to the drive thru they expressed it would be a 10 min wait for ice cream. The machine needed to freeze it I guess. Well my husbands banana split was just unacceptable. We didn't even bother going back bc the line was so long. To even serve it like this is ridiculous. The staff is this area are so lazy. If the soft serve is liquid just shut down for 10 min get the machine working and resume and serve acceptable items. Good grief it's not that complicated. read more

Lobby closed earlier than drive thru but no signage and hours are not posted online. Went to eat with family (whom were already inside) and they would not allow us inside to meet them. They also would not allow them to sit inside after they ordered and told them they were closing the lobby due to staffing. Needs more signage as well as customer consideration! read more

Went here tonight around 830. Because the Cotten candy blizzard is back and we all love it !! We went through the drive through and I have to say the most pleasant young man greeted us !!! He was so nice his personality just shined through and was one of those people that just made you feel happy !!! Will definitely go back. This kid deserves a promotion. And a huge raise. Ate here for lunch this evening and absolutely will not be coming back here. Ordered 3 small blizzards in 3 different flavors. When we finished our main meal, I approach the counter and ask for the blizzards we ordered earlier. Our cashier asks me what we ordered. I tell her what we had. and she says "you know what, could you write that down instead please?" I've never had them ask me that before, but I oblige her and write it down. As I am writing it down, another employee approaches and asks what is wrong? I say "oh nothing is, just here for the blizzards" so he takes my order and relays them to the cook. When he comes out with the order, We dig in and realize that the staff made our order incorrectly. So I approach them and politely ask for the flavor I had ordered, gently pointing out that it wasn't what we had asked for and that there were M&m's in all the blizzards. He rudely corrected me and said "no, those are Reeses pieces and its a peanut butter blizzard. I conveyed that I still would like the flavor blizzard I ordered. (which did not contain any peanutbutter or M&ms) and he called the manager out to help. I explained to the manager that I would just like what I ordered.. So he told the cooks/blizzard-makers in the back what I wanted. The cook got snippy with the manager saying she made what was on the receipt and the manager kept telling her to "just remake them" because the customer isn't happy with it. I was feeling apprehensive because its never a good thing to make the cook unhappy... right? So at this point its becoming quite a scene and a good 5-8 employees have gathered and are standing around me giving me dirty looks. The cook comes out from the kitchen and proceeds to ask me what I want exactly.. I tell her my order and she is talking loudly and making the whole ordeal feel much more aggressive than need be. She returns to the kitchen and I wait for my blizzards. While the employees -I-kid-you-not... congregate around me looking as though I am being very difficult (one young woman even rolling her eyes) even though I did not intend to be troublesome whatsoever. The cook returns with our "freshly" made-half-melted blizzards and aggressively shoves them at me, then winks at me, assuring me that she's put extra toppings in them before stalking off. I did not enjoy my experience here AT ALL. I feel as though customer service should remain professional and this business needs to improve on that greatly. This was NOT the first time this has happened, but this was indeed, the worst time. All I wanted was what I had ordered, without any drama. I will not be back. The ice cream here is great if you are able to get any. We have been twice within the last month. Once, the system went down and an employee yelled at us as we entered the store that we couldn't come in. Tonight, we ordered food and ice cream.
