Honestly I can't give them any stars, we went in there we're only two employees one at the drive-through and one at the front register. The front register took our order and then went in the back and proceeded to make our order after taking other people's orders. I watched her she made our food without washing her hands. I did say something to her about that. I also told them that I felt bad for them because they were very short staffed. We ordered our hot food. We finally got it. My bun was very chewy and the only thing that I can think of is it sat in the back for a good amount of time and then was reheated in the microwave. It was not washing the hands that bothered me at that point we were watching the whole situation go on and we wanted blizzard so we thought we'd hang out until nobody was waiting in line. We went up. We ordered three lizards 19 minutes later I went up there and asked about our blizzards. Oh, we're gonna work on those now and I said I apologize. I'm just a little frustrated with this whole situation and then I was told that I have to wait if everybody else has to wait then I have to wait explain to her that I felt for them, but having to be on the register and making food was definitely not sanitary. There was no apologies. I was told I was abusing them by telling them how I felt I was very patient for a long time we ended up being there for over an hour spent 5775 and if I get food poisoning, that's all on them. I'm not the one to complain about fast food industries because I've worked but this place is a joke. The costumer service was a joke. We went to order then the lady says hold on took 10 more mins to get back to us ordering. Hard to find a place to sit all the tables had crumbs seats were sticky. This place is a joke. There were 4 employees working and they were getting every order wrong. Also, no one was wearing masks, not even the people preparing the food. There were people constantly coming in who had been given incorrect orders. In between the customers coming in all the staff do is talk about their personal lives. No wonder they screw up all the orders. Sure enough, after about 10 minutes I asked where our food was, and was told, "oops, guess we gave it out on the drive though." What a joke. I ordered a birthday cake online a week in advance. Get an email notification and everything. I call the morning I'm supposed to pick up to make sure everything is okay. Sure enough, the store seems to have no cake prepared. They say they'll call me back once they track it down, they don't. I show up, and the lobby is closed due to understaffing. I go through the drive thru, tell then my name and that I'm there to pick up my cake and they say "ok, pull forward". I get to the window, they say they don't have my cake. At this point I have two options: no cake, or buy a random cake instead that's probably been sitting in their freezer for ages. No happy birthday message, nothing like what I wanted and order. Okay for a fast food joint. The kids are polite, stay on top of keeping the place clean, getting your order right and bringing it to your table. It's a nice spot to grab a booth; down a double cheese and a sundae and watch life pass you by, in an automobile driving too fast down 6th street. read more

The food was good and as best it could be for Dairy Queen. The counter service was fine too, but then it was downhill from there. The dinning room was a mess with many flies all over, dirty tables and floors littered with food and trash. My order was mixed with another and the confusion just continued with their staff. The cooking crew kept yelling "Fries Up" and other annoying alerts to the staff. Other customers asked to get their tables wiped down and waited. Nobody ever came out to clean for them or the others around me. I did not want to even know what the bathroom would like like. I heard somebody say it was bad as I was leaving. read more

I like the flavor of the burger but the location on SR 199 plops the mayo in one glob, they do not spread it??? The burger is then plopped onto the burger and then tossed haphazardly into the box so you get a scrambled mess with mayo on one bite!!!! Don't order a burger just before closing, it'll take 20 minutes to get it! read more

My family and I walked to this Dairy Queen from our hotel on a hot evening and order our desserts. My daughter, who is newly and severely lactose intolerant, ordered a smoothie then realized there was dairy in it. We forgot to check beforehand and when I told an employee, Amber, about it she very sweetly and with no hesitations made another smoothie with no dairy for us at no extra cost! We stopped by this particular DQ on our way home from San Francisco. Although the restaurant is a bit older, the employees are just wonderful and knowledgeable. Quentin really made a great impression on us. He was eager to take our order and serve us! These kids should not be running this store. They never give napkins. They are very rude. Very slow. Every time me and my family go in its always a 15 minute wait. Messed up our order last week but when we called they asked us to come in and they would replace it. Tonight I ran down with an extra kid to feed and a family recovering from 105 temp weather and this. I try to be patient and understanding towards people but I am having enough stress taking care of my family at this moment. I get to the drive thru window and let them know I have a burger coming from the last time. The person working the drive thru window asked me to move to the window. I asked if they would take my full order. The person responded "Oh you don't just want free food?'' I said yes I would like to order food for my family as well as the burger that was wrong last time. I wasn't as upset about that part until I got home, plus the burger they gave me last time wasn't just a burger missing mustard or has to many pickles. It has some sauce that burnt my mouth. I was later told it was the flame thrower burger. Well I order and get to the window. The person at the window confirms I have the free burger order and informs me I would need to come inside before they would honor the free burger replacement. I said I was not dressed to come in side the store, also the reason I am in the drive thru in the first place. I said please look me up in the notes from my conversation with the manager. So they said we are not able to give you the replacement burger. I said fine I will pay for the burger and I would like to know who I may speak with to resolve this in the future. I saw the window person go and speak with a person, who I can only assume was the manager, then return to inform me the manager was too busy and we can call the corporate offices from the website. I really don't want to go through the process of phone tag and the 1 800 number of no customer service at this point. Went in to this DQ and the wait was super long and they weren't that busy. I ordered and watched the staff of 3 busily filling orders. I ordered a chicken salad. The gal who took my order was doing the front and filling orders. She was handling the cash register-money, cards- and making food. Not ONCE did I see her wash her hands or wear gloves to handle the food. Plus the staff all looked dirty. Sorry but this is disgusting and that's how people get sick.
