I think that is an excuse to get out of working the counter and forcing people to kiosk order. Sad. I won't be back. What happened to customer service. Went to Taco Bell today. Lobby was closed so we went through the drive though. Ordered at the dumb box a taco 12 pack and a drink came to $20.86. Asked for Diablo sauce 24 packs 2 for each taco. Got to the window paid and asked to make sure I got 24 packs of sauce. Got my order and 8 packs of sauce after asking once again for 24 packs. Asked for more sauce the lady got mad putting 8 sauce in a bag and sealing it with a sticker. 16 packs of sauce when asking for 24 more than 4 time. I hate to even leave 1 star; what a f'd up place this is. We ordered 9 Cravings Boxes ( $56.11 ) on the App and they tossed them all into a single bag and 5 items were missing. Went to Taco Bell today and went in side ordered on the computer and gave me an option to pay cash, so I hit that button. Then I stood at the register for a few minutes, and no one approached me. He then said, "You have to pay first before the order goes thru. With an attitude, someone could have said that before. I then just said to cancel the order, and I left. Didn't feel like waiting any longer . The guy that said all that was very rude. It is disappointing that it took someone that long to ask about my food. Don't get the blue raspberry freezz at 6th Street taco Bell. It taste like nasty mold. It's probably because the spouts on all of their drink machines are filthy. I've worked in many different convince stores & was always taught to clean the spouts on the machines daily otherwise they will become moldy & nasty!!!!! This is a job that gets overlooked often & easily since you can't see the problem unless you remove the spouts. I ordered 3 chicken taco salads, 2 beef soft tacos, 2 chicken soft tacos, Doritos taco, and a stuffed nachos. I wrote this review because I really liked the way they make the salad. They put good pieces of chicken, and the shell was so fresh. At about $5.70 or so, it's not a bad deal. I might have just come at the right time, but the salad was so satisfying.
