I walked into Carl's Jr. last night and was greeted by Hans, a delightful young man who smiled and helped me to save some money by ordering one of their specials. My order was up quickly but while I waited, I watched all of the Carls Jr team working hard, smiles on their faces, obvioulsy a team who cared about each other and I even saw one of them dancing to the upbeat music that was playing while he did his work. I sincerely enjoyed eating a delicious burger, that cost very little while watching a team of employees who enjoyed their work and made me feel like a queen. Very disappointing trip. We always stop here on our way through Oregon because the staff and food are wonderful. But this time there were homeless sleeping inside with their dog and they forgot one of my items. Won't be going back unfortunately. read more

Ridiculous -- I walked up today and called the phone number as noted to order lunch. No answer after ringing a couple of minutes! I then checked the number to ensure I dialed correctly -- I had. Called again, same result. Then got in the drive-thru line but they wouldn't answer my call (is there a sensor for vehicles?). With cars behind me I gave up, went back to the entrance and called again -- no answer again! Knocked loudly on the door twice and no response. I gave up and went next door to Subway and had a good sandwich! Needless to say I'm not going to give this Carl's my business anytime soon even though I'm a Carl's fan!! I will continue to visit other locations but will avoid this one -- I suggest you should too if you want to order take-out! read more

This was really good for fast food. I haven't had Carl's Jr. in awhile and I saw it on the freeway exit and actually picked it over In and Out. I dined and the cashier/order taker was fast and friendly enough. The good was hot and was done by the time I went to the restroom and it was on my table for me in a bag. I watched the girl who was calling out the numbers and handing the customers the order and she was super friendly. The restaurant was clean as well. read more

The California burger was really good. The restaurant was very clean including the bathroom, the new restaurant here makes fast food look so much better. More appealing rob the eye. I'll start off by saying that I've been to many different fast food joints and Carl Jr's. and this one, along with the other one in Grants Pass are the best ones I've ever been to! Being from L.A., I've had many bad experiences with dirty restaurants, orders being incorrect, poor quality food, bad attitudes, non-English speaking cooks, the list goes on. I walk in here and I'm always greeted,food is always tasting fresh, my order is always correct, I never leave dissatisfied! I get better service here than I do at some more expensive sit down restaurants! To all the people writing negatives reviews about this place, you must be too picky, go to a Carl's or any fast food joint for that matter in the L.A. area and you will see the night and day difference! Average fast food chain. Haven't had Carl's Jr in a really long time and I always get the western cheeseburger which was pretty good. Ordered a side of fried zucchini and they were pretty gross. We stop here frequently as it's about 1/2 way between our destinations. This time, quality was subpar. As we were ordering, another guest approached the counter with a hair in their burger ... a moment later, another complained of a cold chicken sandwich ... all before I'd even finished ordering ours. Yikes. Not a good sign. However, we proceeded with hopes all would be as it had been on previous stops. As far as death machines I mean fast food joints go, this is the best one I've ever been to. It's Carl's Jr. It's fast food, it serves a purpose. This location is very clean and you can tell the franchisee lives in town. They treat everyone with respect and are well trained. The staff here is better than most sit down restaurants in grants pass. Anyways, the orders are always correct, the dining room is spotless always and it's has a local theme inside. Can't ask much more when it comes to gut bomb calorie factories. Good job on this place. read more

Great big hugs to the drive thru crew. My brother is in hospice care and doesn't eat much at all. The only burger that he will eat is the Double Western Bacon Cheese Burger, with extra bbq sauce and pickles. This Carl's historically has been very good each time I've eaten there. I went through the drive up today for lunch and ordered 2 Famous Stars. After leaving I drove less than 5 minutes before parking to eat. Both were cold not luke warm, but room temperature with wilted lettuce. We go this location fairly often. They always have good service and the food is always fine. On our most recent visit 7-19-16 we found the order taker/server to be polite, personable, and attentive. She gave us all the options for food and beverages with regards to the child meal. We appreciated that. read more

Yes, the order person stated my order back to me then totally ignored my attempts to get a response from her. (6:00 pm shift on Sept. 14, 2014) With a smirk I was imformed of this at the pick up window, and, oh they seemed happy to tell me they don't get paid $15.00/Hr. What's up with that?? Having lived in Hawaii for almost 20 years, my wife and I decided to try the new sandwiches advertised on the cute TV commercials. They were both better than we expected, the chicken being better than the burger. If you use a coupon you'll need to tell them the code when placing your order. This was our first visit to a Carl's Jr., and it was fantastic! The high quality of my chicken sandwich reminded me of Chick-fil-A. Dovie greeted us at the front counter and was very warm and welcoming as we walked in hungry and tired from hours of driving from Sacramento. It's cool that they bring the food to you. The food tasted great. I agree with other reviewers that the decor is clean, modern, and new. This was a relaxing break from our road trip. Makes me wish we had Carl's Jr. in our area! read more
