Updated 7.6.26: I was in need of a sweet treat for the ride home and decided to try the new Mocha Brownie Mudslide Blizzard and my roommate got a vanilla kids cone. No problem going to l through the drive-thru and the ladies working were nice. The Mocha Brownie Mudslide wasn't bad at all, but I thought it would have more mocha flavor--imo, it was a subtle mocha flavor. Brownie pieces were good and there was plenty. Although my roommate's kids cone looked underwhelming--it actually was enough for a "kids cone" and at .99 cents, we both thought it was worth it. read more

It was fast,easy and they made good blizzards! I still can't believe how expensive Dairy Queen is and it is still so good! We had an Oreo blizzard and a Cotton Candy blizzard and no complaints. Person working drive-through was very nice and accommodating. read more

Its a DQ, so the ice cream was what you would expect. But I want to commend the young woman who was working the counter the evening of 2/25. Unfortunately, I did not get her name, but she was a petite sandy hair lady, early 20's. She was chipper, well groomed and actually seemed like she wanted to be there. (unusual in fast food joints). My wife and I both commented when we got back in the car how pleasant she was. On top of that the restaurant was exceptionally clean and orderly. So, if the manager reads this review and can figure out who she is, please give her and attagirl or a bump in pay. read more

1 star seems fitting considering the fact that for the last 3 times ive been to DQ I've ordered some meal with bread and haven't gotten it. Also today I went and also ordered an extra bread and they didn't give us the extra bread. so I went to get it at 9:16 just quick In and out grab my bread and a worker told me to walk through the packed drive. 1 star trash, ambiance was stinky. Came in with 2 coworkers for our lunch break and worker at counter refused to tell us the bathroom code before we ordered. So you guys lost 3 customers due to the incompetence of your employee. . . We went to Zips, who gladly provided a bathroom code and took our business. read more

Walked in here with my 4 year old child asking politely for the restroom because my child CLEARLY needed to go and was going to get some ice cream for the family to go afterwards and the manager asked me if I "had ordered food already" after WATCHING me walk in the store he refused to tell me the bathroom code and insisted it would be on my receipt ONLY after I ordered food. Totally disrespectful and insensitive towards small children. Will not ever be receiving my money in the future. read more

Our family comes often and their blizzards are our favorite! Always served with a smile and great customer service:) Felt we had to write a review as their rating is surprisingly low! If its super busy, of course expect a couple minutes wait time (like most places!) My wife and I went for dinner, the food was great, the place was very clean, but we were impressed by the young man (Samson) who waited on us at the front counter. He knew his job very well, answering all of our questions, but when he wasn't waiting on customers, he was doing his job, cleaning and keeping the place looking very good, and always greeting people as they walked in, I asked him if the owner had changed in the last year or 2, he said yes , we could really tell, much cleaner and way better service. keep up the good work, because on those hot summer days we know where we will be. read more

I normally love Dairy Queen but the prices aren't worth the food we received. Had 3 take out orders cost $28.00. These meals were very substandard compared to a chain such as Burger King or a Wendy's. Even the mini blizzards are expensive. Worst DQ I've been to. Asked for a quarter pound burger, but they gave me (and charged me for) a 3/4 pound burger. Fries were clearly hours old. Blizzard only filled 3/4 of the cup. Could have gone to Red Robbin for the same price. read more

745 pm this evening drove thur,ordered food,paid for it asked to move to forward and they would bring it out. Sat in my car for 10-15 minutes.6 people drove thur and left with order..still sitting in my car. Pretty sad. Very slow service. Pulled in to the drive up and it was well over 15+ minutes to get order. Food was not that good. Been a while since we visited a DQ. Disgustingly Poor Service!!! I end up waiting near 10 minutes with no one taking my order. There were at least 5 employees and only 2 tables that seemed together and another lady, so not busy. 2 Employees were laughing and giggling doing nothing and another on the side by the ice cream machine just standing their. Even the other lady looked at me and we both shook our heads at how bad it was. The final straw was when the cashier asked me if the quarter pounder was mine and when I still had not had my order taken. I then told him that I had no order taken and he still made me wait, so finally I just left and got some chicken tenders at a store Deli. I don't go out of my way to leave a review unless the service was really bad, but this was probably the worst service in a while. At least 5 employees and not busy come on. Great Customer Service! If you are close to this Dairy Queen I would highly recommend.

Every time I come here they are jammed packed full of teenagers from the high school down the road that's parents apparently don't care if there butts hang out the bottom of there shorts. The last and final time I went here we were going to dine in when we were cut in front of by the whole girls cross country team. At this point we decided to go through the drive thru. We already knew what we wanted seeing as we had been standing in the lobby about 15 minutes before getting cut in front of, so ordering in the drive thru was quick but getting to the window, not so much. Upon getting to the window, the cashier was snotty and rude and basically threw our food out the window, she looked about 16. After that horrible experience I called the manager on shift, and low and behold to snotty cashier didn't give us a receipt to reference to the manager. He basically just acted like it wasn't a big deal and that he'd "have a talk with her". No thank you. I'll go to McDonald's down the road before I EVER return here. read more
