All our food was awful! The burger was so coated with the sauce which is all you tasted, and it made the whole burger an awful mess! The 4piece chicken basket had a strip about the size of a French fry. One of the two chicken strip baskets meal was ordered with cheese curds which you pay extra for, and all the small round pieces didn't even have cheese in them. If you have food allergies don't come here. If you order something and don't want an ingredient you better believe it that it's gonna be on there. Would go just for fried mushrooms, end up ordering main course with them & always disappointed. Havent been since they stopped selling mushrooms, but in a hurry one day & it is close, so tried again. Stopped in today for ice cream. The drive thru line had 15+ cars un it. We decided to go inside but we're told the dining room was closed because they are short staffed. I placed an order 5/22/17 for two chilly cheese dogs ( three spoonfuls of chilly and shredded cheddar melted probably by microwave leaving much to be desired) chilly cheese fries ( a Sunday cup with a spoon full of chilly and yet six tiny shreds of cheddar...... disappointment truly especially because I can buy a can of chilly and shred my own cheddar or take it up a notch with a small nacho cheese can and an order of Largs Crispy fries) an order of pretzel sticks (greasy nope)( white queso cheese?more nope) and finally large order of fries ( these where white flaky mash fries..... bland and require a fry cook who knows how to care for fryer grease adding some old oil for color would make them taste and appeasing free pro tip!) Maybe DQ is losing its customer base because of location or lack of employees who care or maybe they just want to appease folk with no taste... Starting May 1 (2018), they added a 39 cent transaction fee to any credit card purchases. No notification / warning posted. I thought pass on cost-of-business credit card charges went out years ago. Apparently they are making a comeback, at least at DQ (as I have seen several similar other Yelp reviews). read more

Honestly the best service I've received at any DQ. Very helpful workers and the food is decent. There was a transaction fee if paying with debit or credit card, but has since been removed. I personally didn't have an issue with it and just used cash instead. Will be back. read more

But I won't give THIS location any money, for the simple fact that they now have a "transaction fee" to go along with the price of ice cream. If you are charging me to purchase your ice cream, I will go up the road to the drive in instead. Worst idea I ever heard of. Worst food establishment I've ever been to in my entire life. Constantly making mistakes on orders, never able to correct them or satisfy a customer. The drive thru is by far the longest wait you'll ever encounter. The speaker to order hardly works, so you have to literally shout out your order. Food is cold, dining area is permanently dirty, and overall a poor excuse of a fast food joint. (I let the drive thru worker keep my change on an order. After having to shout my order, wait 25 minutes in line with only two vehicles ahead of me, getting the order wrong, and having cold food, that's the last dime they will ever see from me. ) read more

the fried food is absolutely horrible. The only way to ruin something deep fried is by not changing oil frequently enough. Such an icky taste. Tried a 2nd time. Asked for a slice of tomato and lettuce. OMG the thinnest slice of unripe tomato, and 1 leaf of lettuce for which I was charged an additional $1.00, and French fries again had the taste of old oil. read more
