Bay far the worst DQ experience we've ever had. We used to go to this location years ago every weekend. Ow we were back in the area coming home from a concert and wanted some late night blizzards. The only thing about the expert that was good was the blizzards. The food service area looked like a high school party. Kids running the place with absolutely no direction. Swear words everywhere. No one doing anything except the girl running the window. She finally shut the window but I could still read her lips. She said to the tall goofy guy "Would you just shut the f@ck up?!?!" When a customer in the drive thru asks for a lid on a cup I think it's safe to assume the want the contents of that cup contained until they reach their destination. If that cup contains a blizzard and the employee squishes a drink cup lid down the mound of ice cream so that it oozes out the sides of the lid, down the cup and out the straw hole on top it defeats the purpose of requesting the lid in the first place. I had to spend time cleaning the mess out of my car before I could sit down and enjoy my lunch. Why don't your employees use a lid with a dome, like for a sundae on blizzards? read more

The last time I visited there was a sign about being patient because they have teenagers working. Understandable. However this visit I was told to wait then after 5 minutes asked politely if they were there and was greeted back with attitude as I was the one making them wait. Then when my order was repeated back it was also in the same snarky tone. Topanga was the one who took my order but sounds like Topanga needs an attitude check. After all this we ended up getting a refund because believe or not we are still waiting while I have typed out this entire post. I've been here multiple times and the service is never great. Stopped here for a break on Sunday, April 29 about 3:00pm. I used the ladies room, but wish that I hadn't. There was an unbelievable sewage smell. I ordered an ice cream cone. I watched the waitperson prepare two Blizzards, without cleaning the machine in between and wipe her hands on her pants a couple times. She then took my order and my money and WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS made my ice cream cone. Had there not been paper on the cone, I would have refused it. While she was making my order, the other waitperson prepared a Blizzard for a customer in the drive-thru WITHOUT CLEANING THE MACHINE from the previous Blizzards. I've probably eaten at this location once or twice a month in the 5 months I've lived in the area. Dine in is sometimes a bit dingy, but they always get my order right. The food is always really good, and they are really fast in the drive through. Compared to the other locations in the area, the crew here just seems faster. I swear this DQ has been here longer than most of Pacific has, and I am so grateful for it being there! On these crazy hot summer days, DQ is a sweet slice of frozen Winter. A mint cookie dough blizzard is so refreshing. The drive thru can get crazy busy in the summer, it is literally right off of the 167 offramp, so I usually go in and order. The restaurant is clean, the staff is young, but very friendly and helpful. If i'm ordering lunch, the fish sandwich is my usual order, I forget what they call it on the menu though.
