Bay far the worst DQ experience we've ever had. We used to go to this location years ago every weekend. Ow we were back in the area coming home from a concert and wanted some late night blizzards. No one doing anything except the girl running the window. She finally shut the window but I could still read her lips. She said to the tall goofy guy "Would you just shut the f@ck up?!?!" When a customer in the drive thru asks for a lid on a cup I think it's safe to assume the want the contents of that cup contained until they reach their destination. If that cup contains a blizzard and the employee squishes a drink cup lid down the mound of ice cream so that it oozes out the sides of the lid, down the cup and out the straw hole on top it defeats the purpose of requesting the lid in the first place. I had to spend time cleaning the mess out of my car before I could sit down and enjoy my lunch. Why don't your employees use a lid with a dome, like for a sundae on blizzards? read more

The last time I visited there was a sign about being patient because they have teenagers working. Understandable. However this visit I was told to wait then after 5 minutes asked politely if they were there and was greeted back with attitude as I was the one making them wait. Then when my order was repeated back it was also in the same snarky tone. Topanga was the one who took my order but sounds like Topanga needs an attitude check. After all this we ended up getting a refund because believe or not we are still waiting while I have typed out this entire post. I've been here multiple times and the service is never great. A mint cookie dough blizzard is so refreshing. The drive thru can get crazy busy in the summer, it is literally right off of the 167 offramp, so I usually go in and order.
