I'm really not sure why there are so many bad reviews. My boyfriend and I love pick-quick, it's one of our favorite fast food places in the area. The burgers and fries are so tasty, we haven't had any issues with the service and we have been here more times than I can count. Went last night for a quick bite with my husband. We ordered two burgers-- I got the deluxe cheeseburger with grilled onions and a lettuce wrap, and my husband got the double original burger. We both got fries and shared a cup of chili. I thought everything was absolutely delicious, and I can't wait to come back! Next time, I'd just request the sauce for my fries on the side. Food was ok but customer service was the worse. They got my order incorrectly and then charged me with the wrong order even though I told them multiple time on the drive through. I ask if they can to fix it once at the window but one of them dare saying "just keep it it's the same price" then closed the window ... we all know it is not the same price for with cheese and without cheese but they insisted. A couple of years back my wife and I just about gave up on this establishment. We decided to try it again recently, at least once or twice a month for the last few months and I have to say they make the best fast food burgers in the area, if not Western Washington! The quality is great and even the presentation of their burgers has been impeccable. I would absolutely stand behind my 5 star review, especially in a time where most restaurants don't care and don't need to due to volume I presume. The burgers always have fresh toppings (lettuce tomato etc), and the fries are great too. I look forward to eating their burgers now every time we order! We ate here for the first time today. Very impressed with their customer service, everyone is very friendly!! Food was delicious!! We each ordered the cheeseburger. They followed our specifications perfectly and it was wonderful. Chile cheese fries were also very good! So happy we tried this place, will for sure be back. The double delux cheeseburger was delicious, (tomato included) with that grilled flavor and all the other trimmings (grilled or raw onion, your choice). Finally got to try this place. We ordered a Deluxe double bacon cheeseburger and a original double cheeseburger with bacon and grilled onions, an order of fries and a chocolate shake. The burgers and shake were fantastic. Burgers have that perfect old fashioned taste to them and the shake was made with real ice cream, not too thick and not too sweet. I've lived by this place since it first opened, this was my first, and likely last time I visit it. I ordered a double deluxe with fries. Now, there was only 1 car in front of me on a Saturday afternoon and that car was gone in 5 minutes, so why did I sit in line for 20 minutes after I placed my order? The burger was OK, but didn't wow me in any way. The fries are what bother me most. Not one fry in the little baggy was longer than 3/4", hardly any salt, and mostly cold by the time they handed me my order. This place never gets old. My only complaint is that it takes so long for your food to come. You will be in the drive thru at least 10-15 minutes but your food will be fresh.
