This is by far the worst restaurant I have ever been to. First they gave me the wrong burger and on top of that I couldn't even get a blizzard because they were out of ice cream, what kind of ice cream place is out of ice cream. In addition to this when I got my burger made correctly this time the burger was so dry my tears couldn't soften the burger. Honestly I wouldn't rather eat airplane food. On this note they also had sign posted at the counter saying the promise to make your food right and keep everything clean which was a lie because this is by far the dirtiest restaurant I have ever been to. I stopped in this evening waiting on a customer. I ordered a burger, fries and small drink. Also ordered a fish samich. A few minutes after setting down they informed me they had no fish samiches. Ordered a birthday cake on the app. Arrived to pick up and there was no cake. Asked for a refund and the guy working the counter said he doesn't know how to do that and to call customer service. Customer service told us to contact store for a refund . I want my $40 back NOW. You took my $ immediately, but now I have to jump through hoops for a refund?!? Stopped by here to get a few shakes. Speedy service. Happy hour from 2-5 meant my three large shakes were just 7 bucks! Not a bad deal. I love Dairy Queen. Palmer DQ are you trying to make me a non believer? You have been out of Fundamental ingredients all summer. The food came out pretty fast, which happens when it has been pre cooked and getting cold in the back near the heat lamp. The bbq covered chicken popsicles were interesting how do you get your chicken strips that cold. The fries didn't come out with the meal, but somehow came out cold a few minutes later. Management, I'm sure you will give me encouragement on how you will do better, please just utilize your reply time to order food for your establishment. You're better than this. read more

I have been here four time this summer and every time I have been told they were out of either hot fudge or pecans or both. Each time I had to drive to Wasilla Alaska's and was able to get a hot fudge sundae every time. Its terrible I have to drive to another town for service. On the good side, it was fast service. My daughter's Mcflurry was good. On the sad side, I ordered a chocolate malt. It was not good. It tasted like wood. I think their malt powder has gone bad. NEVER AGAIN. today we went there...we were the ONLY ones in line...they made us wait and when they brought our hot fries they gave us COLD GREY burgers and the cheese would not melt...we have NEVER GOTTEN the orders to be given to us correctly...6 of 6 visits. my wife waited one day for 45 minutes and had to get a refund so she could go back to work. the guys working there are fat, greasy and dirt stains on the clothes at work and upon arrival...DO GO THERE FOLKS....the food should be the best fast food burger in palmer...but it is not. read more

I'm a fan of their ice cream. And their drive thru service. Inside service is okay too, they just really seem to be on top of it in the drive thru. They have all your DQ favorites and Orange Julius drinks too. The OJ smoothies are really good though a but of a steep charge for adding a banana. read more

We stopped in for a bite to eat. It took 23 minutes to be exact for us to get our food. We had our daughter with and she was going to play in the play area but it was so cold she was shivering, I take that back we were all shivering. The play area is also disgusting they dont clean the play equipment, they had just mopped the floor and behind the play area was an old melted sundae. The top of play area has a huge amount of dust covering it. My husband went to use the bathroom and it was even colder. read more

The teenager employee informed my children and I that he gets the best signal when he sits in the bathroom on the toilet there:((( Gross! Ever since I stopped working there this place has really gone down hill. The store manager is great and busts her ass but the rest of the people they've got working there don't seem to be very competent. For one, every single time I go in there to order a Mocha Moolatte (which is supposed to come with cocoa fudge) I have to remind them to use cocoa fudge instead of chocolate syrup because 95% of the time they get it wrong. The front counter evening guy, while nice, has no business working in such a fast paced environment because even when it's not busy, it's clearly too overwhelming for him. Last week I sat there and waited for about 15 minutes for a hamburger that took about 2 seconds to make, but he left it sitting under the heating lamp and kept taking orders when it would've taken one move to turn, grab the burger and hand it over. Then yesterday I go and order a blizzard which took forever. The sign clearly states if it is not served upside down, then you get a free blizzard next time you come in. Not only did the girl not serve it upside down but she was so busy talking crap about customers with the 18 year old pot head shift manager that she just set it up on the counter and said nothing. She didn't call it out, didn't tell the front counter guy, so it's sitting up there melting for like 5 minutes before I even noticed it and just walked over and grabbed it.I would call in for my free blizzard but I have the feeling they wouldn't even honor it anyway. Most of the employees don't look like they practice very good personal hygiene and the guy up front didn't even have his long hair brushed. NOBODY wears hairnets there and they have a really bad problem with fruit flies in the summer. I hate to talk crap or give bad reviews, but it's clearly a bunch of teenagers that really don't care about customer service, cleanliness, or making sure the customers have a good experience. I tried to get my job back there last year but since I didn't put in two weeks notice he wouldn't hire me back. But they will take a 17 year old child who hasn't even been alive as long as I've been working, who smokes joints back behind the dumpster at work and then rats on others when their purse smells like weed, and they'll make someone like that a manager. When the food was brought to me, I was told it had been done and was sitting behind the counter "forever", and that nobody had bothered to bring it out. It was not even busy.
