I walked in waiting to order my food when I heard coughing around me. when I looked towards the ice cream station there was an older lady missing teeth and hadn't showered for a couple weeks. she was coughing around the whole food area without covering her mouth contaminating the food area. with my chicken basket you usually get a slice of bread that is split into two pieces. this time they kept it as one whole piece because they are lazy and workers are filthy. also when they put my bread in the box i noticed she had no gloves on. i continued to look and see if other people had gloves and NOBODY was wearing gloves. despite the filthiness of this place, I had to wait 20 minutes for chicken, which was very unreasonable. especially when they continue to increase their prices everytime i visit. well, I was waiting for my food. There was two managers/store owners that walked in. one looked like they hadn't showered again for multiple weeks. but neither of them said anything. They just walked to the back room and ignored the rest of the business. Overall, this experience has changed my mind about coming back again. i realize working may not be the funnest thing to do with your time but they chose to work in the food business so simple cleanlin should be required to work. The older lady SHOULD NOT be working when she looks DISGUSTIN. I used to enjoy this place but now with the dirtiness of the area, I will not be coming back. read more

i fucking hate this place!!!!!! i gave them my money and i didn't get my god damn gravy, i only go there for the toast and gravy and i couldn't get it. also the staff where so rude when i asked for my gravy quote "hey buddy we don't have any gravy" i am so pissed because i already payed for as i said once before. anyway i do not recommend going there ever ever ever because they will deny you the gravy. one star!!!!! read more

Service here was friendly and wonderful. The deals were great as well. $5 lunch gets you a cheeseburger, fries, drink, and a sundae. They even kindly asked if you want the ice cream when you're done. I purchased the $6 lunch which was a blizzard, chicken strips, fries, and a drink. Everything was tasty and came out fast. And it was cool as usual to see them flip the blizzard upside-down. The interior was very clean, modern, and had a television playing the news. The Orange Julius smoothies are okay. We came tonight at 9:10, after checking closing time. We waited patiently to order, even though we were the only people inside, there were drive through customers. We did not complain that the food was slow or not completely correct, we dealt with it. When we finished eating, 3 of our party of 6 placed ice cream order. After more than 10 minutes, our order came out and at the same time was informed that they close in 3 minutes. Four of us immediately got up and left. We were gathering our stuff when they came back to tell us it was 10:00. I said that if they want to leave on time, they need to get food out in a timely manner. We were told that corporate will not allow anyone in the building after 10:00. Again, not our fault that service was poor. If this is policy, it's terrible. If not, you need to fix it.
