I came to this Dairy Queen and they made me feel so unwelcomed and like they didn't want to serve me. I had to repeat my order 4 times for the lady to even understand. Then when I got to the window my order was still wrong. Very disappointing with the fact that 2 people were trying to talk to me in the drive thru. I've also never been charged extra to put a dipped cone into a cup and she charged me $1.50? The girl with red hair was extremely rude and acted like she hated her job. Sat in drive through for 30 minutes while everyone behind us left. $40 in melted shakes. What a waste of money. Not many options in Brigham City late at night but it would be better to just go to smiths and buy a couple quarts of ice cream than waste a bunch of time and money at this place. read more

I love Dairy Queen! But man, the experience here was awful. We stopped here to get gas while traveling through and I had to get a blizzard. My blizzard was really great and consistent to how I've had them in the past. I think this place just really needs some training and management to improve the service and customer experience. The lady in front of me got some hot dogs and fries and they came to her ice cold. She asked if they could get her some more and the employees said, "Do you not want us to just heat them up for you?," she was not having it and when the employee didn't know what to say or do the lady left without a refund or anything. Employees had no idea how to respond. After waiting 20 minutes and watching people who ordered after me get their food I asked multiple times if they might have skipped my order. They didn't know what to say and went on making other orders. I asked again and they said, "oh yeah, we were wondering what kind of ice cream you wanted? That's why we haven't made it yet." .... I was not happy, especially because we were in a bit of a hurry. Poor poor service. read more

I'll be honest, I don't usually review fast food chains, but the service I received on Saturday, 6-17-17 at 5:30P was really worth a review. We've lived in Utah for about 1 yr 7 mon now and have yet to visit this DQ. The opportunity presented itself and the menu brought back memories of high school, though it has obviously morphed since then. Pricing was still very reasonable, but again, I was impressed with the young man at the counter. He was busy, he was polite, he got my order right and I was out the door in about 5 min from ordering. He also spoke to the cooks in Spanish and threw off his cap to don a mic to help with the drive thru, and I was STILL out in about 5 min. And when I asked him to break a $5 to put a tip in their tip jar (unusual for a fast food chain), he gave me 5 - $1s, asked if that's the way I wanted it, and when I put $3 in the tip jar he said, "Your awesome." I would guess many of us have worked fast food - I have - and it's a hard job and sometimes it sucks, so having an employee who can deal with multiple tasks at the same time and still be nice deserves noting. read more

It was new years eve. We had previously gone to a new years party, the kind of part that leaves your balls sweating and your shirt steaming. Before we went to Dairy Queen the party was going kind of slow so we decided to head out for pancakes, because were the kind of jackasses who want pancakes on new years eve. Getting into the Dairy Queen was easy, the place was empty because no one in their right mind would go out for pancakes on new years eve. You could tell the employees did not want to be there. There were three employees there including the manager who was working the grill ; the manager did not know how to work the grill. The waiter came up to us just as one of the lesbian girls said "do It and I'll scream rape!" the waiter turned to our friend and said "do it". Dairy queen has pretty chill wait staff. After we take our orders trouble starts, first someone orders the bottomless pot of coffee, Which wasn't bottomless by the way, It had to be refilled three times. One person orders crepes, and one guy orders 100 piece hash browns, which only had 97 pieces! and I order blueberry pancakes which they straight up forgot to cook. As everybody finishes their meal and the waiter comes up we ask about the blueberry pancakes. I want to drop it because at this point I don't want to be sitting around, while everyone is done, eating blueberry pancakes. My friends complain anyway and 10 minuets later the waiter comes back with pancakes which are raw, because they were cooked by the manager, who had never worked the grill before. At this point my lesbian friend from before gets up from the table walks into the back room and screams at the manager/cook about my raw pancakes. The waiter comes back all apologetically with to-go free blueberry pancakes, then we stole one of their forks, so its all good. read more

Stopped here around 8pm with my family. Went through the drive through. Our food order took almost 25 minutes to get to us. It was crazy how long we sat there! We were the only car there at first. There ended up being one car behind us after a bit. By the time we got our food, our order was wrong. And the fries were cold (and I mean cold). There was one fry box that had 12 fries in it. It was laughable how much of a failure this place was. read more

I did the drive thru here on a late weekday night. The drive thru is really bad too get to, first of all. It is such a sharp corner you cannot get a good angle of the menu or the ordering microphone if you are in an SUV or truck because the turn is so sharp. I had to pull up to the window to order because he could not hear me. I ordered the 1/4 lb bacon cheese with onion rings and a drink. The cost is what you should expect from fast food. The burger was well put together and the right temperature. The onion rings were awesome. They were so good in all the ways possible, from the temperature to the taste of the onion rings. I didn't realize DQ had such good rings. I had to ask for napkins and he forgot my drink so that is why I'm giving a 3. The food was great but the service and drive thru were not so good. The kids was friendly though and it appeared as if he just started working there, he was a little overwhelmed. read more

This is the most overpriced, poorly run fast food joint i have ever set foot in. The cost is ridiculous and the service very poor. I've been there twice and both times they have messed up orders with very few ordering. There aren't enough workers and you wait too long. Also, the desserts get put out and they never tell you it is there. I went to another DQ not far from here and the cost was almost half what it was at this one. read more
