I really want to love Arctic Circle, but with every visit, I find myself more unimpressed. At this point, I'm really only here for the iconic Fry Sauce and the Lime Rickeys. On my most recent visit, the food was "mid" at best. While the fries, sauce, and cheese curds were great as always, the burger was mediocre. To make matters worse, the service was disappointing. We had a large order, which I know can be a challenge, but my burger arrived with raw onions despite me asking for none. When I politely pointed it out, I was met with an eye roll and an attitude like I was an inconvenience. I'm not one to send food back, but I can't do raw onions! The blue raspberry ice cream cone at the end was fine, but overall, the quality just isn't what it used to be. I'll likely be back for the fries, a drink and a side of sauce, but I'll probably skip the meal next time. read more

I heard their fish and chips was worthwhile eating. They advertise it on their sign outside. I ordered it and the fish was inedible. I didn't know if it was in the freezer too long or just left out. It was the hard, not flaky the way fish should be. Definitely not coming back read more

We spent through the drive thru to grab some lunch to take to the park nearby! The building feels like it's really old and the menu board could use a good revamp. The ordering process was fairly smooth. The wait time wasn't terrible either. Our food tasted fresh and I was really happy they threw in a fry sauce cup for my french fries. My husband was surprised by how good his hamburger was, he thought Arctic Circle was just an ice cream place. Not a bad choice if you're in Logan and craving a cheeseburger! read more

Come on folks. You guys have been a staple in the neighborhood for decades. I get it, sometimes your drive-through line is a mile long. Not tonight. July 5, not a holiday, it's 730 in the evening. I ordered a bag of burgers. How tough is this? It shouldn't be. 15 to 20 minutes? I had to walk into the restaurant to make sure that I was going to get what I paid for. You can do better. The good: really the only reason I enjoy coming here is because it's the only place where I can find a good piece of fish. It sounds weird, but honestly, some fast food restaurants can make it work--and this one does. The bad: the employees were not rocking it. One girl was, she was doing it all. Cashier, shake maker, wiping down tables; and all the while calling for her manager, Hannah, to come help. It's a shame when the head boss of the place won't even work hard to make the customers experience better. I wish I would've gotten the girl's name though, she truly deserved a raise and promotion because she was the only one doing anything. The ugly: I ate the entire shake. All of it. Practically licked the cup clean. Dang it all, I eat way too much--food tends to be one of my favorite pastimes. We went Artic Circle after dinner with some friends for some shakes . We were in the drive through and when we go to the window we could see THE MANAGER making the shakes. She was rushing and the ice cream was coming out of the top of the plastic cup they use and she used her bare hands to push the Ice cream back into the cup. She did that twice. The last thing she did was wipe the outside of the plastic cub with her finger and pushed the ice cream back into the cup. How absolutely disgusting and unprofessional etc. She was handling money prior to us. No gloves ever used. I wonder how many other times this has happened. Needless to say they will never get any business from us again and it was too expensive for the size of shakes we were getting. read more

I'm from east coast and tried Arctic Circle for the first time. locals say it's good and they are absolutely right. I must say Arctic Circle has banging burgers!!! The fry sauce made my taste buds explode with happiness it was so so good. I got a double cheeseburger which was really good along with fries that were perfect. The fry sauce was amazing I put some on my juicy cheesy double cheese burger. Unbelievably delicious Very very good. I purchased 4 combo meals with two milkshakes through the drive through tonight. When I got up to the window to get my food, I asked for some extra fry sauce- we really like the fry sauce, one of the reasons we go to AC. The girl hands the the bags and says that there is a bunch of fry sauce in the bags. I said ok and drove home. A bunch of fry sauce to an AC employee is one per each large fry and onion rings. Hey, guess what? If I order and pay over $48 for some food, put in enough fry sauce to at least take care of the food I ordered. Next time I'll be more specific. read more

I always go for the shakes. They are the best in town. I get the chocolate with peanut butter cups. They are smooth and creamy and loaded with peanut butter cups. Yum! read more

Imagine my disappointment at the discovery that this mexican restaurant named Arctic Circle (huh?) is not in fact a mexican restaurant, but is actually a burgers and shake joint. It was crowded, and the customers looked happy, but they were slurping on boysenberry (?) and other fruit milkshakes rather than horchatas and Jarritos. Oh well. The burger was tasty and the fries were too. Good spot for a burger, just don't go looking for an empanada. read more

Today is my best friend's 19th birthday, and as a tradition I took to her Arctic Circle to get ice cream. We ordered two cherry dipped COURTESY CONES and were told that they were out of the cherry dip. We then told the women at the drive through that we would just do the birthday cake dip instead. This woman sounded very unfriendly and said that she would have our cones at the first window, without giving us a total amount (because obviously they are free cones). She opened the window, holding one cone, and told us in a rude tone that our total was a little over $2... Pretty strange for someone who ordered two free cones... Without wanting to argue, we payed to amount and a few minutes later she came back with the second cone. She made our experience very unenjoyable put a damper in my best friend's special day. These ice cream cones weren't even good and they had a gross "buttery" taste. Because of that problem, we were not able even able to finish the ice cream. We will definitely not be coming back to this location. read more
