She called spoke with somebody. They said they would take care of it, so I drove it back up there and went in. I was approached by a manager named Billy, who looked at me and said I was lying because he personally packed my order, I proceeded to take everything out of the bag, except what we were missing And he still called me a liar. Who would go through all that for a single sandwich and ajou. I was so shocked and insulted I went off and said some things I probably shouldn't have but when you insult a disabled veteran with ptsd that's what happens. I'm actually proud that I didn't react worse. I've spoken to the general manager of the store and the district manager and they have both told me the Billy will still be there the next time I go there that is ridiculous he should be fired.
