I wanted specifically to leave a 5 Star review because about a week ago this location held a fundraiser for a local member of our community who is battling cancer. On 10/15/25, after entering and approaching the counter, I was greeted by a young blond girl who couldn't smile, and instead of asking "May I help you, or how are you today," I was greeted with a "what cha need." This poor greeting, the crappy wild music playing and the fact that she was unable to even count back my change correctly was a turn off. She also forgot part of my take-out order which I had to go back for. This place has certainly gone down hill. Management needs to spend more time interviewing adequate people with potential and aptitude for the job of interest regardless of what position level it may be. The excuse of "this is all we can get nowadays" is rapidly becoming the downfall of many companies and certainly a major trend demonstrating the laziness and incompetence of business practices serving the public. read more

Look I understand it's just a bunch of kids working here, however, my entire family can not eat gluten. Therefore we order blizzards that do not have gluten. They got both blizzards wrong and my daughter ended up having an allergic reaction because they gave her a take 5 blizzard. I assume this was the blizzard considering it had pretzels in it. The only reason we even knew was because she was broken out head to toe in welts and said her throat felt funny. Really dangerous everyone! On top of that my lettuce was disgusting in my salad and the bacon was grey. read more

Make sure to check your order if you go through the drive through! My last visit I ordered a 1/2lb burger and asked for a replacement cheese besides American. After getting home I see I have one hamburger patty, and American cheese. What's crazy is what happened when I returned. I showed my receipt and the burger and explained I ordered a 1/2lb with different cheese. After remaking my burger I foolishly took their word for it being correct now, and went home. After getting home I see that there is one damn patty again (right cheese though smh)!! I know their making $7.25 but damn let's get some drug tests going that's a special kind of dumb. Who makes 1/2lb patties guys? Besides this event my other two visits have been sub par to say the least, 0 consistency.
